Version 12.6: Emotions Unsecured

Yea, the sewages are a given. I mean, I could get a map for them, but they wouldn't be as big and I'm feeling lazy now lol
Oh you guys will pretty much will decide where you start, but it will in your character's home to start with. So obviously the you would pick a section where your character would belong due to it's current state of living. For Spud, I guess she could state she's "underneath" whatever part of town.

I'm thinking of having Vie live in the kind of poorer parts, given her upbringing, but then I did imply in the form that she's found herself a comfortable living income, plus I'm thinking that androids would be a luxury rather than a necessity.

Then the middle class homes / apartments seem to fit her well. The Slums aren't deteriorated, they're just kind of a ghetto, seeing as the rest of the town is comparatively wealthy.
Oh also, the factory district IS a little bit deteriorated, as it houses several abandoned buildings (such as the Haven.)

Living in the factory district would give a lot of change for revolution-y type stuff, so I'll definitely consider that with the middle class houses.

There are plenty of people from the Slums working in the Factory District. You could be hiding out at your place of employ. Also, you cold live in one of the houses outside of town (Either in the Farmlands or the houses on the Outskirts of Knavestown.)

What kind of jobs would there be in the Factory District? I don't think production line work would be her cup of tea, she'd be far too jittery standing still for so long. :)

Haha, as this the future, it would be mainly overseeing that the machinery runs correctly. The Factory District is mostly empty due to the fact that robotics are so efficient, so only a couple of working factories are necessary.

Also! I wanted to note that when your character refers to areas out loud, they would say. "He's in section 1." Instead of "He's in the Slums." Although, for internal monologue or general posting, the areas will most likely be called by name.

DOUBLE ALSO! I have just posted a prologue.

Gather your characters and take a look at the Map. I will be composing my first post soon. Please take a look at the Prologue, as it sets the scene for the beginning of the RP.

Just a note in regard to Androids. If they are connected to the ARC's wireless system, receiving this update has now given them emotions. Until a later patch is released, if your Android's wireless settings accidentally get turned on, they will be fine. ALL Androids are now capable of emotions. They are able to e-mail each other using another Android's serial number.

Also in regards to Knavestown's Correctional Facility, it's more a Asylum than a jail. In the future, people are given drugs to sedate them and lull their aggressive natures.

The Slums wouldn't be the correct place for a mechanic shop. Depending on it's nature, it would be best placed in either the Factory District, or the Knavestown Shopping Plaza.

very excited for the start of this rp

Shopping district sounds best, and steady enough of an income to get her and Cyl an apartment

thanks c:

RP has now begun.
An EDIT: I would prefer each person to post once to begin. After that, you may post in whatever order however frequently you wish.

Oh boy. What happens if someone fails to post something in 48 hours' time? Do we skip 'em out, alter the post to fit their absence or what?

I think I'm gonna wait until I can talk to Madi to post. Because she came in later, we didn't really have much of a chance to discuss things.

*Sigh* Yes, I'm going to give a 24 hour wait. After that point we continue on with the RP. If they haven't posted within 3 days, they will be dropped. If you are partnered with someone who has yet to post, make up a reason for their absence. If anyone gets dropped we will find a way to fill the gap.

Sera Lynn had to play possum to get out of death's vice - if Spud's going to drop off the face of Knavestown, I fear for the girl's fate. 24 hours wait sounds reasonable to me, but I just think 48 hours' would be looser since some people could be away for the weekend and whatnot.

lmao INSTADEATH. You're right, also taking time zones into effect, 48 hours would probably be better. This will also give everyone a chance to get together with their partners and decide what they want to be doing.

5 already.

I need to wait
Yes, please do.
EDIT: @Epsilon, your post made me homesick. I have not seen or visited a Friendly's in over 10 years. I'm now super jelly that you most likely have access to one.

It's like a restaurant/diner that is known for it's ice cream.

It's more kinda like a steak 'n' shake, if you have those.
