The plan is to have everyone start interacting before we have to deal with a sudden monster appearance outside of the Bastion.

Also A Not So Wonderful Story I think you might have made a tiny little mistake (or I'm just confused and dumb LOL). You wrote "Wh-What are our i-instructions, Ezekiel?" aimed towards the nobleman although Ezekial is Ya boi's character and the Nobleman is called Lord Valtur (I think at least). I'm really sorry if that was meant to be intentional but I was a lil confused when I read it.

I mean, we COULD just create an agreed upon event? Just to bide some time until GM returns?

Seeing as how it's been a week since he was last online, I'd be down for that. We could do something that doesn't impact the plot while we wait.

Maybe we can have the Nobleman show the hunters to their lodge and do a “tour-esque “ sort of thing

Hmm but the gm is the one who determines what the setting is like, so that would be difficult. In theory (since the meeting room is the first place they meet so we can't go earlier) we could say they're in some room of the fortress together later on and getting to know each other more?

That, or we just have them keep talking in the room they're in, ignoring any plot stuff for now XD

Danidify Thank you for bringing my clumsy mistake to my attention

I propose that we sort of make Lord Valtur go to the bathroom It would be comical, and it would allow us to interact by getting up from the table and approaching the other characters on a more physical level instead of shouting over a table at each other. Then when Ya Boi gets back on, he'll be able to simply "come back from the bathroom" and continue the meeting. Does that work better? I feel like it would be complicated doing a flash-forward as ApfelSeine proposed... if I am understanding what they wrote, haha. I can be a little clumsy at times.
