"Hey there," Aleksi chuckled when Bran came over. And before he knew it he was wrapped up in those strong arms. Something that didn't happen often, definitely not as often as he would like. More often than not it was him pulling the other into a rather one sided hug, but things like that had never discouraged him. He knew the other didn't mind. At least most of the time not. Butt grabs were a different story. Though it had been funny to see the other leap that high. The memory still a very fond one to him. He pressed himself up against the other as he cherished the moment that lasted far too short, thanks to the headmistress. "Moj sorodnik," he spoke with a soft loving tone. He rubbed his head up against Brans chin, unable to resist the urge to lick his cheek. Typical wolf like behaviour that most people would frown upon, but Bran should be used to it by now.
The wolf rolled his eyes as the vampire was welcomed in with grand gestures. Though he knew that Bran himself was probably even more peeved about having to let the headmistress come in and even gave her his welcome. As they all knew what that meant. "Cynder?" There was an immediate perk up in his voice as he looked over towards the chair the other pointed out. Right as the other vampire spilled whatever she was drinking all over her chest. Now, had he been a different man, he might have made a point about how she should lose her shirt, or dress, as well. Though thank the gods, he was not. He stepped forward to do as Bran had suggested when the shy girl took the towel and something seemed to make her blush. His gaze darted back towards his friend, though the curious sparkle in his eyes was quickly killed.
Aleksi whirled around as Aspen had gotten his hands on the poetry, and even though the lycan was not the best with privacy and such. He knew that book was very very off limits for people and to be ridiculed like this. He growled, lowly and threatening. His lips curled slightly back as there was not a thought in his mind to warn him for what the humans might think. For the sound he produced was dark, low, and animalistic. Yet an unlike voice came in between to put the fae in place, enough to make him look surprised at the merman that had joined the party. Though it was still rather obvious from his body language he was still very ready to rip up the fae, whether that would be a good idea or not. It was Bran, once more, that was able to calm him with those few words that carried so much meaning. Which were quickly backed up by the headmistress. He let out a deep sigh as he let the tension in his muscles go. Cynder. Yes. He had been on his way to the cat.
"Crazy day, huh?" His grin matching that cheshire look of Cynder. His former anger had dissolved completely. Since lucky for the Seelie-prince, his anger flared and died quickly. Especially when things seemed to be settled and he had such a nice distraction. "How is your hu-roommate so far?" he asked, having honestly forgotten completely who had been paired with the cat. He handed Cynder one of the steins with glug he had filled before he had given up on pouring one for everyone as this party was a lot more popular than he had assumed.
