Truthblade
I am the truth. Deal with it.
Fire Emblem Universe (Blazing Blade)
Ostia, Lycia
Hector was outside training by himself with his Axe. It had been about two years since his friend, Elliwood, now Marquess of Pherae, had defeated Nergal and brought peace and balance to Lycia (mostly). However, now he had been receiving some very strange visions. It reminded him of the vision he had of his own future (he still not sure who the red haired Pheraen boy was who would take his daughter away one day though), but these were by far much more disturbing. It seemed like another battle would be coming soon. But was it in Lycia? Anywhere in Elibe? He wasn’t sure, but he felt as if it was something he should be ready for. That is why he felt the need to train, even if he was now Marquess Ostia.
Hector did occasionally just stand there for a few moments as he looked down at the axe he was using to hack down the imaginary enemies with. The words he heard two years ago would never leave his mind. Whoever wielded Armads would not die peacefully, but in battle. If there was another battle coming, would it be the one that would make the prophecy a reality? It would be quite a shock if it would come so soon. But if death would come to him soon, he will face it and die as a man.
At that moment, there seemed to be some flashes of blue light somewhere near the trees. Curious to see what they were, Hector walked over them to see what was up. When he got to the source, he saw what looked like some sort of flickering blue light floating in the middle of the air. “What the heck is that.” Hector wondered. It felt as if its presence was disturbing the air around it, and it was kinda of a strain on him as well. He was unsure if he should take a further step forward, but moved forward in spite of it. He reached his hand toward the flashing small light…..as he did, it seemed to increase in size. He then tried to stick his hand in the blue light….and what followed was a very inexplicable occurrence along with immediate regret. The blue flicker quickly expanded into a large vortex. Hector quickly dug Armads on the ground trying to pull himself away from the portals grab, but the axe was getting dragged out the dirt as Hector was forced to within the blue void.

When Hector woke up, he looked around to see where he was now. It appeared that he was now in the middle of some kind of plains. He got up and picked up Armads from the ground, then looked around to see where he was. He wasn’t sure if he was in Lycia anymore, or anywhere in Elibe for that matter, but his gut was telling him that he wasn’t. “I think this may be the beginning of a bad day.” He said to himself, right before he began to walk down a nearby path.
