Leo thinks for a moment "Imagine having hundreds of thousands of people think that you are the root of all evil in the world, I get it terribly; since each of the demon kings is a representation of one of a religions evil gods, I get the Christian one Satan/Lucifer... Soo much crap from the Christians and Jews..." He sighs "then there's always having to answer requests from satanists in my mind, occasionally having to go home and kill stuff... Having the six other demon kings wanting me to have a kid with my sisters..." Leo's head hangs even lower "The power is nice, but it's simply... A living hell..."

 

[Harbinger]

"It's alright for now, you have me. Why do you have to have a kid with your sisters, they obvilously keep tabs on us if hades knows about what he calls your "mating habits" in check. They can see that we have a good relationship. I'm still confused by it but I'll understand it in time."

 

[OnyxReaper]

"The reason they want it to be my sister is because we are royals, and there is a reason we are royals. We are just naturally stronger than others and lack genetic weaknesses, since inbreeding would decrease genetic variety, most of us are born stronger than the rest, so my family don't have children with non-royals since it could introduce genetic weaknesses into our family... Meaning that our future generations will weaken enough so that my family loses our place on the throne"


Leo slowly and slowly looks more depressed.


"So yeah... I'll try and sort this all out..."

 

[Harbinger]

"Hey,hey it will be alright, you will find a way like you usually do. If you don't, I wouldn't care, I would still love you even if you had to mate with your sister for one time. Be happy that you are here with me and only think about that. Since we're talking about our personal lives, is there anything you'd want to ask me?"

 

[OnyxReaper]

"Your history, what was your life like. I'd love to hear your story" Leo shows a distinct gleam in his eyes.

 

[Harbinger]

"this may take a while but I'll cut it down for you. Before I became and Angel I was born to a very religious family in italy during the mid 1500's. UI was about 29 when a plague had spread through Rome and killed about 40% of the population. I was one of the first ones to get it and I died about 3 days later from it. I remember waking up at the gates of heaven and I was taken in by a mentor.


30 years later I had gotten my wings and I loved it. "Mati started to choke up a bit from the story. "Some men had tried to get me to do.. uhh some things for them and I refused. They tried to attack me but I stood up for my self and I was so angry, I ripped off their wings and watch them die right before my eyes. They thought I was to unstable to go through retraining like hyperion is doing.


They dropped me from the heavens into I believe was the united states. Most of the first people belived I was a god since my black wings and they were scared of me. I'll tell you the rest in a minute I need a drink."

Leo calmly nods, obviously very interested at this point.

 

[Harbinger]

MAti took a sip of water that wa snext to her bed. "Where was I, oh yeah. People were scared of me and thought good had sent me to kill them for their sins. I tried to hide who I was but even then everybody knew who I was, I think god may have told them about me.


I laid low and I worked many jobs over the next 250 years. I did jobs like soldier for hire, building manager, I even did some dancing in an exotique club for about 30 years. I made alot of money doing that. I think maybe half a million within those 30 years. I guess there is one good thing about never ageing past 18 years old on earth. I quit that job about 3 years ago and I just stayed under the radar until I came here and met you, Aria, and the rest of the group. There is my story, IT's pretty interesting If I have to say.

Leo knees him self in the face when she talks about the 'exotique' club. He still smiles however "You really have went through a lot, I guess that's both the pro and con of immortality... You experience a lot, both good and bad."


The glint in Leo's eyes remain for a few more seconds, though this story does remind him that Mati's terrifyingly older than him.

 

[Harbinger]

"You didn't fall asleep from the story, that is good. I would've had to punch you in the eye if you did. I thought I should've told you about the dancing part because you looked surprised whe I showed you that earlier today, you seemed to enjoy it. I have been through alot over these past three hundred years but there have been more pros than cons for me. Espically these past 2 weeks are high on that list of the pro's.

Leo tries to hide his smile at her words. He's certainly happy that she's said she lived a life with more pros than cons. But he remains silent; not saying a word.

 

[Harbinger]

"Why do you alwyas smile, whenever I see you, you are always smiling. I'm not saying that it's bad, You look cute when you smile. I'm just wondering?"

 

[OnyxReaper]

"Because, in the times I don't smile, I get serious. When I get serious I dont like the results of what happens next... Remember what happened when Hyperion kidnapped and assaulted you?... Yeah... I stopped smiling for a minute"

 

[Harbinger]

"Yeah I remember, let's drop that subject. Earlier you were going to ask me a question but then you stopped half way through and just dropped it. Would it be okay if you told me?"

 

[OnyxReaper]

Leo looks nervous "umm, nah... It's doesn't matter... It's just something meaningless..."

 

[Harbinger]

Mati turned to Leo and gave him a serious look. "Leo, I won't take no for a answer. If it has to do something with our relationship, you have to tell me. I can't be left out of the loop if it is going to affect our future, I trust you and If it is serious I won't get mad or overreact. I think I deserve to know and I can wait all day If I have to."

Leo remains completely and utterly silent as he looks back at Mati

 

[Harbinger]

"If you are not going to tell me fine!. If you need me, I'll be on the roof. Until you can come and tell me what it is then I'll listen but until you do, don't take a damn step near me." Mati slammed her door and some of the students started to stare at here " Get the F*** away from me or you will be seeing me holding your heart while you're bleeding on the floor." Mati heaed up to the roof and just cried.

Leo's smile fades as Mati slams the door. He heads home early, not his dorm, hell. He keeps the ring Mati had have him with him. Then prepares as he gets a chance to remove his smile completely, warping off to the edge of the underworld "Hmm... More angels than usual, gods really getting desperate"


It isn't long till the archangels received a report from an injured angel 'First, Second and third waves, total forces 715, survivors 30'


Leo goes back to hunting.

Mati doesn't remembered how long she sat on the roof crying she fell asleep and woke up the next day in the same spot. She heads down to her room and finds no one there except a letter written by someone explaining that Leo had gone down to hell. Mati knew there was only one way to get down to hell and that was to find another daemon. She knew who to ask and went to her neighboors dorm and asked her if she could transport her to hell. The roommate would help her if she gave her something in return. Mati had 4 grand in her room just in case of emergency and gave it to her.


She ended up in the capital city of hell and could see that there was a war or something big going on. She asked some of the citizens where she could find hades and they pointed her to a large building with him in there. She went up to him. "Hades, could you tell me where Leo is please. I need to speak with him and it is very important.

Hades looks at the fallen angel girl "You're the one that's been mating with my younger brother... You won't be able to talk to him, he doesn't listen to reason when he gets like this" Hades opens up a portion of the roof of the building, revealing a sky light. A small purple dot dashes across the sky, as hundreds of white dots surround it. "When he gets like this, he loses all logical thinking and just becomes a ruthless killer. In about twenty seconds he'll be done here and he'll dash off to another group of the white-winged bastards. It's depressing to watch really. When he's done we'll probably have to chip away at his soul again..." Hades simply sighs.

 

[Harbinger]

"Give me one chance Hades, he will listen to me. Just give me one chance and If he doesn't listen do whatever you want to him. I love him and I feel really bad for the way I acted towards him yesterday and I want to apologize to him. Please just send to where he is and I promise I can get him back to his normal self." Mati had the look of hope and strength on her face.

Hades bluntly replied "No, he no longer restrains his abilities, simply being in an 80ft distance of him will get you deep fried. Admittedly, a fallen angel is strong, but like this... Well... Even I don't stand a chance. " He looks glumly, " at the moment he's acting simply on instinct and racial discrimination. If it's not a Daemon, it will die. That includes you; I don't wish to hurt my brother, so I cannot allow you to die."


By now all of the dots in the sky have vanished, the purple dot hovers for a moment; then vanishes and appears in another mass of white .

 

[Harbinger]

"what, what if there was a way to turn a fallen angel into a daemon. If that could work what would I have to do and what would happen. I love him and I will do anything to be with him." Mati was sure with what she was saying and would do it if she had too.

Hades smirks derisively as he speaks "if you were a human, I'd say go kill someone and blow your own brains out. But you've already died, the soul doesn't give you a 3rd try at it. You cannot become a daemon; if you care about him, you will simply avert your eyes to this part of him; the part he hates to let out. If he killed you, what do you think would happen to him huh?"


The purple dot removes all of the white dots once more, a single white dot appears in the sky, yet it emits a soft, golden gleam.
