"How did ya meet Leo?" Ember as she smiled at the vampire and noticed what the time was. "Wow! It's evening already!?" She exclaimed with surprise in her voice. She had a tendecy to forgot about meals when she was having too much fun and today had proven to be another one of those times.

"I haven't heard an explosian yet, that's a good sign." Mati grabs her phone and responds to some messages while waiting for the enevable to happen.

Sam grinned "I met Leo on Afghanistan... Weird day... Weird day..." He looks completely focused on Ember however, trying his best to not look at her in a weird way.

"What were you doing in Afghanistan?" Ember asked Sam and looked at the oven before looking at him again.

"I hope they're not cooking that dragon pizza, I forgot what happened but I think it wasn't good. Alex is turning 8 next week, you're sisters and the rest of them are coming for his birthday."

"I wonder, maybe fighting a certain group of Islamic extremist terrorists, the Taliban?" He looked at her with an odd smile "I'm a vampire... We're like super soldiers..."

"Tell me m... wait, what's is that smell?" Ember said before she smelt something burning. "Oh ****!" She got off the chair and opened the oven. "What the heck?" She asked with confusion in her tone at the burnt pizza. "I only put that in a few minutes ago." She told Sam.

"Maybe the pizza itself simply burns? You're literally dabbling in Hell's Kitchen you know..."

"I think this is the year we give him a familiar. You know he's been asking one ever since he saw dante"

"Seems like a good idea... Though I have to wonder what he'll have... They aren't just manifestations, he'll need to find one... They're dangerous when they're not tamed as well... And only he can tame a familiar for himself... If be a but worried...

"I don't know what he would have either, I'm not a daemon like you or alex. I smell something burning, it has to be the pizza."

"Oh yeah." Ember looked at the burned pizza and a thought popped into her head. "I wonder if it's meant to look like this and smell like this?" She wondered aloud before grabbing a plate and cutting a slice of it off. She picked up the pizza slice and bit into it. To her delight, it wasn't burnt at all. The dragon meat tasted wonderful. "This is excellent!" She told Sam with a mouthful and cut the pizza into several slices so that the pair could eat the pizza.

Sam grabbed a piece beginning to eat "yeah, yeah it is"

"It must be the meat then or it's how things are made down here." Ember ate the rest of the slice and helped herself to another one. "I think our room has a tv so fancy watching something?" She asked the vampire as she ate the next slice.

_Sam's going to be breaking his own rule tonight. I'm going to grab us a piece before they eat it all." Mati heqded downstairs and grabbed a piece "hope you two enjoy your night together you two" Mati gave a sly smile and a wink , then ran back up to the bedroom.

Ember saw Mati as she entered the kitchen and didn't get time to speak to her due to how quickly the woman had entered and left. "I've not seen a film in years as i've lived in a cave for the past few years. I kinda revealed myself at a party and the humans drove us out so i'm up for anything." Ember told Sam as she grabbed another slice of the pizza and began to eat it as well.

Sam decided he'd try and mess with her tonight as payback "how about a RomCom?"
