Leo smiled, grabbing Alex by the waist with his tail and dragging her out of hiding and towards the two "well hello there sweetie, what were you listening to?"

"I don't know." Ember told Sam as she inched closer to him whilst dancing. "I've just met you two today and I'm hoping you'll be honest as i'm not the girl that ruins relationships!" She told him with a bit of a threatening voice. She had accidentally ruined a few relationships in the past by having fun and did not want to do the same to Alex. "Seriously, tell me if you and her are together." She told him as she stopped her dance and stared at his eyes.

Sam looked back "We are not together, I don't think she even likes me. I'm pretty sure she thinks of me the same was as you seem to think of me." He showed no signs of lying, because that's what he honestly thought.

Alex gave a quick scream when she was grabbed "I was just listening about my friend Sam and what he's doing with Ember."

Mati removed Leo's tail from around Alex. "you didn't have to scare the poor girl. The name is mati and this is my jerk of a husband Leo."

"Uh hmm, don't you mean 'Jerk of a husband demon king Leo'?" He shifted the tie on his tux a little and laughed, looking from Alex to Mati "so... Alex is it?, why are you so bothered about those two?" Leo had his guesses, but he was a fan of watching people squirm.

"Cool." Ember said to Sam as she resumed her dance. "Sorry for being a spoilsport but i had to check as i've ruined relationships in the past by having fun with their boyfriends without actually knowing they were in a relationship!" She told Sam whilst dancing. "You're a fun dude and very handsome! I like you but not in that way. Just the we could be friends way." She informed the vampire as she smiled at him.

Alex had a look of nervousness on her but told Leo "I sort of have a crush on him and I wanted to tell him how I felt but Ember kinda toook him away before I could."

"Hehe, got it" Sam frowned a little "then why are you dancing in front of a guy like Leo's wife used to on her old career path..." He gave a cocky grin and sat back down "Shame though, I've always wanted to live like a harem character" he scratched the back of his neck, leaving his left arm to hang at his side.

Leo smiles, first turning to his wife "hey, it's my job" then carefully turns back to Alex "hmm, I see. So... Are you worried about him and Ember doing anything? Or just sorta nervous because you wanted to tell him how you felt or something?" Leo let his tail go limp.

"You're not dating her now are you?" Ember asked Sam as she moved closer to him whilst dancing and caught a glimpse of the night sky. It was 10 pm now and Ember was unaware of the time.

"What?, no, I'm single" Sam exclaims, stuffing his gauntlet hand into his jacket pocket and giving an awkward grin "it's pretty hard to have a serious conversation with you dancing like that"

"A handsome vampire like you is bound to end up with another girl but tonight, you're all mine, handsome!" Ember told Sam whilst continuing her dance. "I'm having a lot of fun with you and i hope you're enjoying yourself!" She said to Sam as she started to feel thirsty but would continue dancing in her seductive manner.

"I thought Ember was in love with him too and they were going to make out or something. When she started dancing and he followed her, I knew that my answer was pretty set. I'm just trying to forget about him and wish him luck witht the new relationship but I can't get him out of my head." Alex continueld to look nervousleyat the couple

Leo gave a startled laugh "The guys a bigger tease than the girl he's with right now, and he's certainly not the one to take the first move, never" he was speaking as if he knew Sam like family "and really, when Sam's thirsty, once he gets into the swing of things, he'll be rather aggressive" Leo really didn't seen to be trying to say anything to comfort Alex whatsoever.

Sam grimaced, then laughed to hide it "I'm no Twilight vampire, the girls don't swoon for me because of my mysteriousness and the fact that I'm a living breathing disco ball in the day. No, I'm a fully fledged vampire, a creature of darkness and deceit, I'm pretty sure that should be keeping girls AWAY from me"

"Then they have no taste!" Ember told Sam as she sat down on his lap. "You're handsome and fun, what girl wouldn't want you?" She asked Sam as she ran her hand across his chest just to mess with him futher.

Mati slapped Leo in the back of the head "Don't frighten the poor girl, she's in a serious situqtion and you're taking it as a big joke. Look at her, her face is plaer than Sam after he got sick at the party."

"Well, I guess you see me in a different light than most people" Sam grimaces again "please... Stop teasing me or I really will pin you down and cop a feel" he was certainly serious.

"If there is a chance of him taking a bite out of Ember, we'll have to stop Ember from dancing, she drive him to the breaking point and she'll be his next meal. Besides, you're going to tell me why your arm burns when his does.

Leo puts on a perfect poker face, mastered after years of political negotiations "no idea what you're talking about honey" he smiles and laughs, then turns back to Alex "If you're worried about the biting you two... I wouldn't really, he gets obnoxious and a bit 'touchy feely' but he's went 3 years without blood, he should be able to take a bit of teasing by a hot chick... He better be able to..,"

"I'll like to see you try, handsome!" Ember told Sam as she let out a small chuckle. She kissed him on the cheek whilst stroking his chest just to torment him. She didn't believe he would try to pin her and was having a lot of fun.

"I swear to the almighty demon lord Leo, don't tease me Ember" Sam flicks her on the forehead. "And trust me, I can easily keep you down, physically, even a normal vampire can keep a Daemon pinned"

"Sam and Ember will be fine, as long as there's not fresh blood laid out for him, he can easily control his urges... Usually, but thats not the point..." He let out a harsh sigh and gave Mati a look of condescension "I'll tell you about the arm stuff later..."

Mati pulls leo away for a minute "He better be able to or what. There is obvioulsy a connection between you and him with the burning arm. Tell me now or I'll go in there and rescue ember before she is dying on the ground"

"Are you going to punish me for teasing you?" Ember asked Sam in a seductive tone before kissing him on the cheek and ignored his flick to her forehead.

"you better tell me later. Can you at least bring up the view of the room so if something bad happens we can get in there fast."

"Ahahah, that's it!" Sam took control, pushing Ember to the ground with a wild look in his eyes "rule 1 of knowing Sam: Sam never lies, just says misleading things" he had her pinned and was putting his vampiric strength behind it.

Leo summoned the laptop taking a quick look at the screen before instantly making it vanish as he quietly whistled to himself "there having a really awkward chat now, Sam's sat in the chair and Ember's sitting on the bed talking to him." Leo kept his flawless poker face on the entire time he spoke.
