Despite all this kindness he is a brave warrior that can be a strong opponent. He admires Undyne, he think she is cool and wants to be an honorable soldier like her.
Story: Before the war his family got killed excepting for his older sister who raised him as his son until he was 8 years old. As she was old enough to pretend being his mother, he believed that his sister was actually his mother. One day a human killed his sister, who was just trying to protect little Silvfang. After her death he knew that she wasn't his mom, and was sended to an orphanage. In his puberty he showed great qualities to become a soldier, a Royal Guard. He trained hard to become a Royal Guard and finally he is one. He loves life and monsters because all the support he received, that possibly may be the reason of his friendly personality. He would even give his life to save a monster.
Weapons: 2 extendable double edged swords
Ability: Poison Shot (Makes you green, you know you can't scape so you have to defend from his attacks)

I suggest you talk in the OOC section (This one.) instead of the IC one.
Anyways, as long as you can make it work, yeah, I'm okay with it.
I would also recommend you to provide an explanation of why he wasn't present during Frisk's time in the Underground.

Silvfang was no present during Frisk's time because he was under training by that momment to become an official Royal Guard. Even tough he showed qualities he was not gifted to graduate faster than the time the time he took to be an official Royal Guard, so....he would pratically has been about to graduate by the momment hehe

As long as OCs do not GodMode or go full rambo on other monsters - it should be fine. There are so many possibilities to try, in fact - I have my own OC as well, that actually worked out well with Undyne and Alphys (Perhaps I'll add his sheet later). About SilvFang - go for it mate, he is in.

Well, I tried to set up some sceene, its up to you to decide mostly if thats fake or not. After all, why the heck not? Its only like three of us here roleplaying, untill somebody comes up, we still need some action to go forth. No need to toss that hostility.
