Undead Apocalypse [Inactive]

Rena finally decided on a small dagger--it was much sharper than the knife she used to have--and retrieved more medical supplies from a first aid aid she found near the counter. The dagger wasn't as good as the rest of the weapons, but she needed something light and easy to handle. She preferred speed over strength, anyway.

The floaters were finished bidding thier time. After all there was prey to be had. They ran out of the jungle surroning the tree house and began to climb.

Rena stepped back from Adarian, relieved that they had returned safely, but then heard the sound of claws scratching tree bark. "...what is that?" she questioned. She walked over to the window and then moved back with a gasp. "They're climbing!"

I shot up out of bed and shifted immediatly, having smelled them. I leaped out of the window, taking three floaters with me.

Dan reached for one of the firearms Adarian had managed to bring back with him, quickly moving to the window to sight in on the horde of undead. He began firing, taking careful aim and calculated shots. One, two, three went down. Then four, five, and six.

He used his favorite weapon, The Springfield rifle, and shot 3 in the head with one bullet. He was back, dead shot, right in the center of the forehead.

Rena stood in front of one of the windows, watching the zombies' progress. Every now and then one would get a little too close to the opening for comfort, so she would stab them in the head with her dagger and watch them fall back into the horde.

Going on a blood-lusting frenzy, I attack any floaters I can grab. My fur quickly becomes matted down with blood and guts. I bark up at the treehouse, as if calling for backup.

As Dan took careful aim, he heard barking from below the treehouse and noticed Savvanah becoming slightly overwhelmed in her position. Leaning out the window, he sent covering fire in her direction, attempting to alleviate some of the congestion of floaters.

They kept coming, but we kept killing. Well, we thought they were dead. I looked down to see the bodies were joining others and they were still alive. "Guys, We have a problem."

Some floaters lay dead but crustaceans that had grown on most the creatures heads deflected or blunted the bullets impact and while the bullets knocked them down them just got back up and kept coming.

Rena pulled back her arm, narrowly avoiding being scratched by one of the zombies that had gotten way too close, before slicing its head. It left a deep horizontal gash and was forceful enough to make it fall back to the ground, but to her dismay it soon got back up as well. She must not have stabbed deep enough. Unfortunately, more climbed to take its place, forcing her to keep fighting to keep them from getting inside.
