(She might be a bit outta it at first though, and she might be a bit in her less sane state due to her head getting hit on the ground. Anyway, Nice'll make it a bit hard to capture Miki, given he's not one to let people get placed in the asylum for no reason, and Miki'll just play innocent. That, or Miki'll tell Nice about herp owers, and the two controllers of sound'll become great friends.)
(Anyway, Blair, Aoi, or Usagi'd be next to do something.)
Aoi slowly opened her eyes, to find that she was in her bed now. Sitting up, she noticed Yuri on the ground, and sighed. 'Why didn't Usagi help her out? Well, she is a bit... Never mind.' Aoi stood up, and walked to Yuri. Her head was still pounding... She was tired, but she won't sleep. She can't sleep. If she does, the memories will come back. Aoi heard a group of people, celebrating something. But what? Was Usagi there? Who is there? Why is it happening all of a sudden?
Aoi shook her head, made sure the wheelchair was stable. Then, she bent down, and started to fall over. "Gah!" Aoi yelled, barely regaining her balance in time. She picked up Yuri, who was about the same height as her. Kinda. Aoi carefully walked over to the wheelchair, and gently put Yuri in her wheelchair. 'Must be a pain... Can't walk, can't talk...' Aoi thought, leaning against the wall. "Wake up, please...." Aoi whispered, worried that one of Yuri's friends will walk by and assume that she harmed Yuri. Aoi began pacing back and forth, getting stressed from all the problems that she had to deal with.
As Aoi was pacing, Yuri started to wake up. As Aoi came back close to her while pacing, she weakly grabbed the girl's shirt. She wasn't nearly strong enough to hold on in the least if Aoi kept walking. Yuri let out a quiet sound of pain once as she tried to breathe, though she could still breathe enough without causing herself pain. She adjusted her breathing carefully. She still had trouble breathing, but it was good enough for her.
Yuri would try and reach for her paper and pen right now, though seeing how it went last time, she decided not to. She waited for Aoi to take notice that she was awake, though had no way to actually let Aoi know other then her little grabbing of Aoi's shirt.
Aoi looked at Yuri, who had attempted to grab her shirt. Aoi had a tired look in her eyes, today was too much. "Hey..." She muttered, her eyes closing and quickly opening again. "I'm tired. But... I can't sleep though..." She continued, then snapped awake. Her mind was cluttered a moment ago, now it was empty of stress, she was not in a depressed state anymore. "So... Want to go see what's going on? I heard a group singing happy birthday."
Aoi waited for an answer, she was only expecting a stiff nod or a stiff head shake. "You don't have to do much to answer... You can nod or shake your head. If that's too much, a small smile for yes or a small frown for no." Aoi added, remembering what her preschool teacher had told her when she had broke her neck.
Yuri gave a weak nod to say yes, but was frowning just a little. Her eyes were looking over at her pen and paper that were nearby on the floor. She wanted to at least be able to write her words, though she knew at the same time, she was too weak to write them. Normally, a person would be happy to be able to have talked again like she did earlier, if even for just a few seconds. Yuri, on the other hand, was made even more sad by it then she was when she had no way of talking after dropping her paper and pen.
Yuri took it as she was given just a moment to know how great it was to have a voice, just to lose it and know that she'd never have such a thing again. Yuri closed her eyes, letting her body loosely sit in the chair, ignoring the pain that was going through her body. She just waited for Aoi to do something, not caring what it is. She looked like she was sleeping, but after such an incident, sleep was the last think Yuri could do, aside from talking and moving around.
Aoi looked at Yuri's notebook and pen. She slowly walked over to it, and placed it on her lap. Then, she went behind the wheelchair, and pushed Yuri to wherever the party was happening. She smiled when she saw Usagi. "Hopefully the noise won't bother you..." Aoi whispered to Yuri. Usagi didn't see Aoi yet; she was trying to meet new people. Aoi was a bit sad that Yuri was sad, she was the only one she got along with besides Usagi and Rose (I guess).
Aoi walked around, looking for anyone who Yuri was friends with, someone who came with her whens she first came to the asylum. Aoi noticed the cake, and how it had nothing to cut or serve it. Knowing that Yuri was slightly awake, Aoi started to mumble. "Do you want cake?" She asked quietly. There was many different flavors, each in it;s own section of the cake.
(Can Aoi make the power go out soon? I just want something to write about, lol.)
(I'd be fine with it, but yeah, I'd wait for Laney. Wouldn't affect Nice's vision in the least y'know, 'cause he can see by sound instead a light, if he so chooses.)
Yuri nodded weakly. The mention of cake made her a little happy at first. Soon though, that happiness died out as she yawned without noise. Stretching her mouth open caused a little pain. She hoped that eating cake wouldn't cause her pain as well, but decided even if it did, she would eat it. She cheered herself up by thinking about the delicious taste of cake.
Nice took notice of the two new arrivals immediately. He walked over to them. He gave off a cold, but friendly "Hey" before observing the girl in the wheelchair. Just then, it hit him. This was the girl who couldn't speak. It both tore his heart, and made him not care for her at the same time. He was extremely saddened by her horrible situation where she couldn't speak, but at the same time, hated her because she wasn't capable of producing sound. His heart breaking was a lot stronger though.
Nice was quite interested in Miki. He enjoyed the sounds Miki produced with her bass, which were still as calming as they were upon starting. Miki's fingers were getting a bit tired, but she kept playing. Her own power was starting to affect herself so much from how many people she was using them on to keep calm. Miki stopped playing her bass. "I think... I'm going to take a nap..." Miki fell back on the bed, seeming to be sleeping now. She hugged her bass tightly, leaving no way to take it from her without waking her up. One would even have to deal with the harsh words of being called a pervert with what'd be messed around with by moving the bass.
Belphegor was feeling quite bored. He was able to play with the nurse only up to a few kisses. Sadly, the nurse left him locked in the room. They'd even placed a heavy energy in the walls and everything for his ability to shift physical properties to be useless. He laid back on the bed, just forgetting about the world. Everything was such a pain. Living was such a pain, but dying was just as much of a pain. He chose just to wait and see if he'd actually be executed like he'd been informed would happen. His death was scheduled for today, right at midnight.
What is even going on???? Last I checked we were on page 17 *sobs* )
