The Random Hotel exists in an unknown dimension and its entrance door would randomly appear, hence its name, in another dimension, inviting beings of all sorts.

Upon entering the hotel, you will find an inviting air around you. The front desk would be to your left and the lobby, with plenty seating, to your right. The colors surrounding the hotel are crisp, alluring, and easy on the eyes; mostly consisting of neutral colors of cream, white and brown with splashes of orange and green.

Before posting, you have the following options:
    1) You can be a new visitor, new visitors are always welcomed. Character sheets are optional, but if you can at least provide an image and name, that'll do. (character sheets are posted in the in character thread)

    2) You can be a regular, in this case, you can begin your post anywhere you wish, but kindly remind the owner your room number and provide a photo I.D.

    3) You can be someone's enemy, please try to minimize the damage within the hotel, a broken furniture or two will do.

    4) You can accidentally find a warphole and come crashing into the hotel. Nonetheless, all visitors are welcomed.

Please use the floor map below to use as a guide throughout the hotel.

Rules

1. Follow RPN's rules.

2. No-commitment roleplay (unless you're a hired employee), but with a catch.

Here's the catch: if your character is interacting with another character, great, but if you have to go AFK (away from keyboard) in real life, your character should either: go to the bathroom, go to the hotel room, simply dismiss him/herself, so the other character can chat with an available character.

3. If your character happens to be talking to a character that went offline without dismissing him/herself, simply dismiss your character from that character and go chat with a character that IS online.

These are just rules to keep the flow of the roleplay.

2 & 3 are optional to abide by, but don't be shocked to see the other person moving on.

Oh!

4. Use this (()) or [[]] or {{}} for OOC please. Take long conversations to OOC thread.

Questions Have any questions? You can PM me or SachiGrl SachiGrl in the OOC. By the way, TRH starts on 04/08/0101, Sunday, 5 AM. We, my associates and I, will change the time when we see fit.

Good Evening Ms. Mae,

As you may know already, the Blood Demon Clan is currently undergoing a war. We need as much magical resource as we can gather. Ddrohlas has amplified TRH's frequency of opening portals to other dimensions, so that we may obtain more guests. I am notifying you now, so that you hire as many living employees as possible. Sometimes those robotic maids gives us more headaches than assistance, but I digress. Anyway, he will up the frequency again in a week. In addition, he has elongated time, so that everyone present in the TRH has their lifespan extended. There must always be balance. So, I will leave you with this as a warning. Please take great care of TRH.

Phyonna Blood

Fawna had her laptop on her upper thighs. Her worried eyes glinted the light of the screen before her. With an annoyed flicker of her ears, she finally closed the laptop. She was suppose to go to sleep, but it has been a week. As stated in the email, there was a likely rush of guests to come. She hired as many employees as she could, but it was certainly hard to convince them to provide their blood. Only a select few accepted TRH's contract. She only hoped this hired crew would be enough. After many seemingly endless thoughts, she decided she won't sleep tonight. She has to ensure the hotel will run in one piece.

Only the demons know why she bothered to put on her rosy, silk pajamas. She went on to to take off her PJs and re-wore yesterday's outfit, a white, button-down, long-sleeve shirt with her black, knee-length, pencil skirt. BAM!!! She busted through her door out of frustration. She immediately went to the Front Desk to see who was the current receptionist.

Indigo rubbed her right eye. It hadn't stopped twitching since this morning. Funny how becoming a spirit took away all the good things about your body but left you with all the bad. No matter, it wasn't important. From somewhere else on the first floor, Indigo heard a loud Bam! like someone had just kicked open a door. She sighed and brushed the hair from her eyes as she simply waited for the storm that was inevitably changing towards her at that very moment.

Fawna tapped her hoof at Indigo annoyedly. "I may not be a customer, but you can greet me too!" she let out a huff, then proceeded as to why she was there and not sleeping, "Anyway... remember the email I told you about from Ms. Phyonna Blood. Yeah, well, you have any updates on that? Any new guests arrived yet? Are you overwhelmed? Is everything okay?" Her furry ears were angled downward, expressing concern. Her hair was slightly messy, but not too notable, so she still looked fairly professional.

"My apologize, Mrs.Mae." She said, bowing slightly "I regret to inform you that no one has checked-in for the last 34 hours." She replies, opening up the guest book. "Mrs.Mae I must insist that you a least try and relax. It will only make things harder if you begin stressing at a time like this. It will also be a blemish on the hotel's name if it get out that the owner is some sort of nervous wreck." Indigo closed the guest book and slid it back under the counter. "I will inform you when guests begin arriving."

She nodded her head in an appeased manner as Indigo bowed and greeted her. "It's... alright," Fawna responded. Her furry brown ears listened intently to her fellow employee as she briefed her, ears flickering every now and then. As the pale woman before her pulled out a book, her hazel eyes followed expectedly, from her opening the book to closing it and putting it away. Fawna returned her eyes to her employee's dull gray eyes as she continued speaking, specifically about her well being. How kind... she thought to herself with a sly smile. "You're right," she started off, "I think I'm going to relax in the pool." She gave a dismissive nod and returned to her room at once.

Moments later, she was wrapped in a white towel and her hooves tapped noisily out of her room and towards the pool area. Her eyes darted around, ensuring all was well, and finally she sat on the chair nearest to the pool. She took in a deep breath, then exhaled. "Relax," she said to herself quietly.

"My mistake," Indigo murmured under her breath as her manager walked away "It's still Miss Mae isn't it?" Indigo listened at the loud clopping of Fawna's hooves echoed down the hallway. She had always found the noise rather intrusive. As if she was it was trying to walk right into your brain to disrupt your thoughts. No matter. Indigo stepped forward and walked through the counter. She walked into the lobby and began to clean up a bit for the 6th time. Arranging the light reading on the tables and watering the plants, praying for guests to arrive if not just for something to do.

Amelia couldn't stay in that place. Not any longer. It made it her sad to go but...

It was then that she saw the portal. She didn't have any choice, it was either the unknown or... Well Amelia knew what she had to do or she would be trapped.

Passing through, Amelia entered a beautiful building that she, no surprise, didn't recognize. She slowly approached the only person saw who was standing behind a desk. "Excuse me, madam, but may I inquire after where I may be?"

Indigo looked up as she watched the woman enter. "Of course miss. Welcome, to The Random Hotel." She bowed and put on a pleasant smile. "What is the nature of you visit to us this fine day?" She asked, taking the guest book out from under the counter and flipping it open to the most recent open page

A hotel? Well there were stranger things to appear inside. Amelia gave her a pleasant smile. "How much does your rooms cost?" She might as well take advantage of this opportunity for shelter.

"As this is an alternate dimension, establishing some form of universal currency exchange here is unnecessary. Thus, rooms here are free." Indigo replied with a smile. "What room would you like miss?" She inquired

Free? That was good news. But the other part of her explanation cause Amelia to pause. An alternate dimension? Well, Amelia supposed it somewhat made sense considering the portal she passed through to come here.

Amelia smiled. "Any room will be fine."
(I put her down for 251)

"Very well." Indigo smiled and reached under the desk and pulled out a key and a pen. She turned the guest book to the woman "If you would be so kind as to sign your name here and you will be in room 251 on the second floor."

"Ah... So this is the mysterious Random Hotel. Sounds delightful!" Mr. V. said, unusually chipper despite the close call he just had. "So, where's the Bellhop? I can't be expected too... oh. I don't have any luggage? I could have sworn I was carrying all of it just a second a...go." He looked behind him as his portal closed, the final image showing his precious luggage being burned to a cinder by one of the Flamelords of Valnagesh. "Well... that's a bother. I just hope the Doctor doesn't catch wind of this, he'd never let me live it down."

Ajax Qast
"Attention. Systems failing...approaching ground at high velocity..."

The bounty hunter had only time to hiss to itself before the scout ship slammed into the planet, a pair of reptilian paws yanking back on the controls to pull the ship up. Hitting the earth with a jar, the small green ship skidded through the desert sands until it came close to the edge of a cliff and suddenly stopped. A forked tongue poked out of the creature's mouth as he pressed a button, causing the door to open, the creature checking the computer system and controls. Hissing, it seemed the controls were mostly damaged...and he didn't have the parts to fix the ship either. Tapping on a keyboard and bringing up the holographic screen before him, he tapped his digits on the keyboard. "Computer, what system am I in?"

"Sector 34 of QY-05 in the constellation Ambystona."

"Damages?"

"Reactor unresponsive. Left engine destroyed in attack, guns immobile. Air pressure is down to 20% and falling."

"Is there power to cloak the ship?"

"Minimum power available for task asked."

"Suggestions?"

An image of a hotel appeared on the computer's system and Ajax lifted a claw to run along the hologram, the strange lizard-wolf hybrid creature pulling up his email and typing out an email to the address shown on the website's contact information.

Pressing the send button, the creature waited for a response, heading into the back of the ship to retrieve the few things he had. His email would show up as qbounty61700@interstellar.net, the intergalactic email throughout all galaxies and dimensions. The Zalbanian would take a small holgraphc projector with a mini computer installed into it with him before getting off the ship. "Power systems down," the creature said as he stepped out into the open and harsh desert landscape, throwing on a pair of blinders his race had to protect their sensitive eyes to young hot suns. The ship's computer did as he asked, shutting down all systems and going off.

Ding!

A charcoal wolf ran through the forest, a bag clutched in its jaws. The gangly adolescent's eyes widened as a shimmering white glowing...thing appeared suddenly before him. A gunshot echoed behind the wolf, slamming through the portal ahead of him and disappearing through it. The bullet barely missed the wolf and there was a curse behind him. Gathering his legs underneath him, the wolf leaped into the air and sailed through the portal, another bullet sinking into his back leg and causing him to yelp...only to slam onto a ceramic tile floor and dropping his bag. The wolf's head spun...but he couldn't hear the sounds of more gunshots...though there were multiple scents that invaded the wolf's nostrils...pain shooting up the wolf's left hind leg from the gunshot...his own blood reaching his nares.

Zero
A young girl, looking no older than thirteen, hung up the apron she'd been given in the break room of the Oak Grill after clocking out for the day. Tired violet eyes looked at the clock, seeing it was 5AM in the morning. The Hellhound cracked her neck as she ran her hands under the sink in the break room for the staff at the Oak Grill and then headed out of the restaurant, emerging out close to the fire pit. The girl might be immortal but it didn't mean that she could get by without sleep or food. Passing by the fire pit, the girl continued along until she reached the pool...a place where the girl was out of her element but then this dimension was strange and different from hell. As she approached the pool, she scented-saw her boss lounging in a chair closest to the pool. "H...hello...b...boss," Zero said with a yawn and a shaky wave. SachiGrl SachiGrl

Hotaru Takenaka
Hotaru had just walked through the portal from near Mount Vesuvius and found theirself once more in the alien dimension she'd entered before on accident when they'd been a normal fox and before she'd been sealed up for their little trick that killed half of Rome's inhabitants. Currently, the kitsune would appear as a young man of Japanese origin of a height of 5'9" with yellowish-tan skin and the beginnings of a beard growing. However, this was no ordinary person...their features carried slight feline attributes and their shadow was in the shape of a fox. Around their neck was a Hoshi no tama, a white-gold glowing ball that was worn on a silver chain and the kitsune's most prized possession, the source of their power or so it was rumored, their memories and life force. For such a small thing, it had immense storage. Carrying a small bag and dragging a suitcase behind them, the kitsune made their way towards the hotel's front desk. "May I have a room?" Captain Sweatpants Captain Sweatpants

Indigo looked up, A bit surprised by the sudden influx of guests. But it wasn't something she'd never seen before. She looked up to greet the first man to approach the desk, a Kitsune with a very striking face. "Of course sir. Might I inquire to the nature of your visit to us this fine day?" She greets him with a smile, her voice pleasant and cheerful as she retrieved the guest book from beneath the front desk and began paging through it until she reached the most recent entry. scorpiodragon scorpiodragon

Hmf -Zackrilmon stared at the hotel. Watching as all the odd people entered. He was some what curious but their where few who caught his attention. One thing he as admiring was the glow the hotel gave off, like a fire glowing in the distance. He decided to pay a visit. He stood and spread his wings. With great speed he shot into the air, causeing the rock beneath him to crack-

Hotaru Takenaka
Brown eyes glittered as they followed the receptionist's movements from retrieving the book to opening it up to the recent entry within its pages. "Fawna knows me," said Hotaru. "Or should remember me at least...if her memory hasn't gone bad throughout the years. Name...Hotaru Takenaka," he said. Dropping his bag on the floor beside him, the kitsune leaned forward over the desk and plucked a pen out of a jar to sign their name next to whatever room they was given this time. Last time they were here, they'd been spending time with Fawna...of course that was when they had still been a real fox. Blood filtered into the fox's nostrils, his nose twitching at the scent of some type of wolf blood. Turning from the woman, he looked around and spotted a strange character lying on the floor. "You may want to help that boy when you're done getting other guests checked in." Captain Sweatpants Captain Sweatpants

Her tail wiggled uncomfortably underneath the towel as she scooted her pool chair closer to the water. "Ah! there," she dipped her hooves into the water, splashed a little. She found herself smiling at such a childish act. Speaking of childish, one of her child-looking employees approached her. "Hey, Zero!" she greeted as she tightened the towel around her breast and body, "Y-you done for the day?" She stuttered at the thought that she might need her still. "Can you do me a favor?" she batted her eyes, then continued without giving Zero a say, "Be a Dar' and check on Indigo, would ya?" She looked over her shoulder in the direction of where the front desk would be. She can't help, but worry.

-Zakrilmon crashed about 1000 yards away from the pool, making a large crater. A huge cloud of dust rose into the air. He walked slowly and quietly out of the ceater and dissapearing into the dark walkind twoard the pool-
