Sakaga purred, when she was done with her cleaning she set her head down and rolled on her side. She still kept an arm around Arabelle.

"I won't." Tyr said with a smile. "I do truly love you." And then, he kissed her.

Seth watched the entire commotion from within the cave. He thought that they'd make a cute couple. He realized that these people were like a family and he didn't belong here. He quietly but painfully got his stuff together but left his armor. He got both blades and tried to exit the place.

Bailey kissed back, wrapping her arms around Tyr. After a few seconds she broke away, "I love you too," she smiled.

Arabelle giggled and cuddled with the big teddy bear tree. "Thank you for keeping me company." she said, smiling up at her. Tears went down her face, she couldn't help but cry. She tried to stay quiet so no one would notice.

Tyr smiled.

"No. You aren't leavin' here any time soon, lad. You are gonna be stuck with us, whether you like it or not. Now come with me." Tyr reluctantly left and dragged the knight back downstairs. He picked up the strange helmet. "Do you remember anything from this?"

Bailey snickered, seeing how Seth looked a little confused. She theN looked around for the swamp strider. Noticing she was busy with Arabelle, Bailey just sat down. She poked the fire, putting a little more wood on it, she fiddled with her necklace some more.

Seth inspected the helm but then shook his head. "Nothing. I can't remember... But it's so familiar.. Like a distant memory gaping desperately... But. I just can't recall." Seth pondered over the helm.

Sakaga sniffed her face, blinkin when she smlled the salt of the tears. She whined in question, licking her face free of the tears.

Tyr hefted King Leon's body over his shoulder and sat him down in front of Seth. He had forgotten about the monarch ever since they originally got there. "See this guy? This is your boss. King Leon Valerian Forrester. You were his personal bodyguard. DO YOU REMEMBER?!"

She still whined, nuzzling her head against hers. Why was she crying? Was she hurt? Was she okay?

Ari went over to Arabelle. "Oi. Chin up. You've been down in the dumps all day. What the hell is wrong? Is it the king?"

Something just snapped in Seth's mind. "Valerian? Valerian. Valerian!" As he repeat the name, childhood memories of them together flashed quickly in Seth's mind.


He kneeled near Valerian's corpe with his head hung low. "I have failed you my king." Seth said solemnly.

"Partially. I just feel like I've failed. Toron has been destroyed, and if we don't do anything the rest of the world will be too. And even if we do manage to stop its destruction what will happen after that? I'll be alone again. I just don't want to be alone. I don't care about love as much as I care about having friends, but all of you will go on your way and I'll have to find a job and way to support myself."

Sakaga hissed at Ari, tightening her arm around Arabelle and lifted her head off the ground. She didnt like this human.

Ari sighed and took a moment to toss a needle at the head of a rat in the wall, killing it. A snake slithered over to eat it.


Ari continued. "In this case, we need our leader calling the shots, free of the clouds in the mind. I'm just an ole blade for hire, disowned by his family, with snakes as his new family. You don't want to travel with someone like me.


You are a leader though, with a heart of gold and kindness that'll get you killed one day. You could end up ruling this bastardized country. People actually like you. The name of The Adventurer is widely known."
