Fantasy Two Worlds Collide

[Matreania]

Adam sighed, "Great, now we have to worry about what they want now." he bite his lip, "Maybe it's not bad."


Emery shrugged, "Trouble or a mission."

 

[FangAndOzy]

Rowan bit her lip. "Maybe a mission to help prevent trouble." She suggests. She decided she definitely didn't want them to know she was involved until necessary. She had a feeling if they knew that would sway their choice, if they were given one by Kyle*. 

 

[Matreania]

Emery glanced at her suspiciously as Adam nodded, "Yeah, that is most likely, I mean we are the best." he smiled. 

 

[FangAndOzy]

She smiled and rolled her eyes a little as she took another bite of food. "Of course you are." She says playfully. Trying to ignore the look Emery had given her. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, "Well, I am sure you will figure out it's true." he said as he ate.

 

[FangAndOzy]

She shrugged. She was already pretty well aware of how true it was. "I probably will. 'Specially if I get the pleasure of getting to see a little of how you two train." She teases. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, "Well, you are meeting use for training so you'll see." he said. 

 

[FangAndOzy]

"True." She says, taking a bite of her food. Just not yet though, she knew that if they came on her little mission, they'd be leaving the next day. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked as he ate, "I hope it's a mission, so I can show you up again."


Emery glared at him, "You lost that,"


"Not even close, I was the better fighter."


"No, you nearly lost the weapons and got Rowan killed."


"You were supposed to protect her, that makes it your fault not mine." Adam pointed out, causing Ember to growl, rolling his eyes at Adam.

 

[FangAndOzy]

She looked between them curiously and then sighed some. "Hey, it doesn't matter we have the weapons safely here." She says with a faint smile as she ate some of her fruit. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, "You are so cute, but it does matter. Emery thinks he is the best and he isn't," he said, as he looked at Emery.


emery smirked, "I don't think I am, I know I am. Why do you thing I was going to be Nicoli's second. The best for the best."


Adam glared at him, "It could have just be their way of saving you from your family."


Emery glared back at him, "Shut up, Adam or I'll place my daggers lining your sternum." he snapped.

She looked between them curiously, that had escalated much quicker than she felt like it should have between the two friends. And she wasn't so sure it wasn't because she was here. She bit her lip and looked back to her food. It wasn't her place to say anything, she wanted to though. Or to excuse herself so she didn't cause any problems. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam rolled his eyes, "Yeah right, then you would have to be alone."


Emery smirked, "Is that supposed to be a bad thing."


Adam smirked, "You wouldn't hurt me."


Emery sighed, rolling his eyes, "Just eat." he told him as he went back to eating.

The entire time she had been watching them and now they were done she just shook her head a little. She supposed she wasn't used to how best friends were supposed to act with eachother. And she guessed it was a little different here than for normal humans. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam and Emery ate after that, until they were done, Emery sighed as he told Adam, "We should go."


Adam sighed, "Yeah, I guess we should." he shrugged, then smiled at Rowan, "Do you want to come with us?"


"She can't." Emery said.


Adam shrugged, "She can at least walk that way with us."

 

[FangAndOzy]

Rowan smiled a little and shook her head. "You're talking to Kyle* right? I have to talk to him too but after I'm sure. I'll just go wander for like an hour and then go see him." She says. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam pouted, "I'm sure it won't take an hour." he protested.

 

[FangAndOzy]

She laughed. "Tell you what, I'll walk that way with you and then see you when we're both done." She says. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam nodded and smiled, "Yeah, that sounds like a fair play, at least i'll know which way you go." he chuckled. 

 

[FangAndOzy]

She smirked, rolling her eyes a little. "I'm glad it pleases you." She teases as she moved to walk with them in that direction. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smiled happily as Emery rolled his eyes and got up, "Come on." he sighed as he started to leave. Adam smirked as as he took Rowan's hand to pull her along with him.

 

[FangAndOzy]

Rowan had noticed he'd had a habit of taking her hand whenever they went somewhere. It was cute in its own way she supposed and she didn't mind it. She smiled a little to herself as they followed Emery to fine Kyle*.  

 

[Matreania]

Emery rolled his eyes as he noticed Adam holding her hand before they got to the door, he stopped, "Well, try not to get lost, I have to listen to him." Emery told her before he opened the door.


Adam smirked at Rowan, "Don't listen to him, he is just jealous." he assured her.


Kyle* poked his head out and smirked, "Good, Rowan, I thought you might have gotten lost, come on." he said. 

 

[FangAndOzy]

Rowan rolled her eyes at both of them, though she was smiling some. As Kyle* came out though she hesitated a little, she hadn't been sure if he'd want her to be present as well or not. She smiled though. "Nope, just a little side-tracked. Do you want me too?" She asks.

 

[Matreania]

Kyle* smirked, nodding her head, "It's important, you picked them." he teased her before going back inside. 


Adam looked at her confused, "Picked us? For what?"
