Fantasy Treadstone School of Odd Phenomenon and Arcane Arts (Invite only)

Taylor walked back in, small gems and such rotating around him.

"Miss Avendale I'm not sure what you were looking for exactly, but these are the best I can give you at the moment."

The gems were dark and cloudy, each one about the size of one's palm. He set them on the workbench for inspection.

[QUOTE="Ine Kurogane]"Ah, so you're from overseas as well then. I am from Deva Transylvania, in Romania. I've only been in America for three years, but due to my supernatural, reading, wisdom and intelligence I was able to pick the language quickly without carrying an accent. This is my first year teaching here...or anywhere actually," Lyuba replies.

It was now the weekend and there were no classes but Savina found herself roaming the halls when she came by a classroom containing Professor Lovell, Dr. Taylor and a new teacher. She hadn't seen Professor Sesler all day, she knew she wouldn't but this whole thing about his duties had her curious.

"Um, Ms. Lovell, may I speak with you for a moment," Savaina asked.

Lyuba turns to look at the student and nods waving to Dr. Taylor and Celeste when she entered the hallway to see what it is that Savina wanted. "Hello, Savina, what brings you to class on the weekend?"

Savina looked up at professor Lovell and exhaled for a moment "I was wondering did you know where Mr. Sesler went. He said it was none of my concern, but that doesn't exactly not inspire curiosity,"

Lyuba thought about Sesler's mission and the fate she had seen for him, just the night before. He had opted not to take a student with him which was probably for the best, but she feared that he still hadn't taken anyone with him, staff or otherwise. She thought he might be in trouble of was going to be. He knew his fate and knew he should make changes to his situation, but could a man that logical even know what kind of changes to make to his situation. She looked at Savina and she had and Idea.

"Savina, you're going to come with me on...let's call it a training exercise" With that Lyuba takes Savina by the hand and walks her to her classroom, making a start globe appear on her desk when she holds Savina's hand over it. "Alright Savina, what we are about to do, maybe be considered intermediate magic, now what I need you to do is focused on teleporting, don’t think of a certain place or destination, that's all I need you to do okay?" Once Savina did what she asked she would focus on her Arcana, the one that fortold Sesler's fate. The universe knew exactly where he was and she was going to use that to take them to him, but not to is exact location, she didn't want to just appear in front of him especially not if he was in front of people, so near but hidden.

The doctor sat in his office preparing for his expedition tomorrow. He tapped his cane on the ground over and over thinking about the journey ahead. He worried for the future of his school, and the future of his students and staff of Treadstone. He levitated a flask of whiskey to the palm of his hand and poured the amber liquid into a small glass. He downed it quickly and set the glass back on his desk.

Lyuba enters the classroom, she's late once again and she sighs, erasing everything on the board that had to do with Necromancy and drew the sybmbol for Abjuration instead. She didn't feel like talking about dead people today.

"Good...good morning students, I've decided we'll pick Necromancy up, sometime later...today I want to talk to you about Abjuration. Abjuration the power to cast spells that provide protection and healing. The users can cast spells which can grant protection of various kinds, prevent other beings from entering an area, force armor, purification and force fields. It is also known as healing or protection magic," Lyuba exaplined, looking to the classroom. "Are there any questions?"

Celeste looked down at the contraption in her hands skeptically. Okay, this thing'S accuracy was total crap. You could be a superhuman sharp-shooter and miss the shot if you were using this. Turning around, she placed the magically enhanced crossbow back on the tablessing and disassembled it.

When is was taken apart, Celeste hunted for the flaws in the design and in the build. She needed to have this thing done and built to perfection by tomorrow morning. The person who wanted it was very specific about the deadline. Rooting out the origin of the weapon's inaccuracy fault, she corrected the flaw and took another shot. This time, the arrow struck the bullseye dead-on.

Sesler moved out to the central courtyard, the training dummies still set up. However, he moved past the wooden makeups, and into the Groundskeeper's shack. It hadn't been used in decades since Sesler began, and he had renovated it for his private use.

He began to hit the punching bag he had acquired from his old boxing gym, Rusty's. Swinging a couple hooks from his pure stance, he would try to shake off the events of Reils. Although he was known as an unemotional creature by nature, the outcome of days past has morphed him first into the shell of himself, then into a crossover of what he has been and what he has become. Swinging a few more well-placsd swings, he'd groan in exertion with the last impact, putting all his strength behind it. He'd sit down upon a Fulton, wiping a towel over his forehead.

Lyuba sits at her desk, building a tower of cards when she sighed and decided to get up, pullingnher hood over her head and decided to go outside for a walk, once again entering the forest until she reached the lake and took a seat at the waters edge.
