Looks good, it's an interesting concept with how you've integrated him. I think it'll work out fine, can't say for sure the (in-char) utopia leader will like it if they find out the exact nature of the experiments haha

Name: rema orimouri race: neko/angel hybrid gender: female sexuality: bisexual powers: rema has control over fire and can heal other people. SHe can enter a berserk state where she is nearly unstoppable. Weapons: rema carries and favors a simple magic dagger that is always razor sharp. Appearence: rema had given up hiding her wings long ago and wears them proudly on her back. sHe has white cat ears, white hair and red eyes. SHe wears a dark red blouse and a black skirt. HEr shoes are of a webbing from a spider demon that she had killed long ago. Personality: rema got tired of watching humans fight eachother so she came to this world to destroy humanity. His main Persona, Izanagi, is able to attack using Electric skills as well as Physical ones, most notably being Ziodyne and Cross Slash.

Personality - "Yu Narukami is depicted as quiet, polite and calm for most situations. Before the awakening of his Persona, Yu seemed to be emotionless and cold at times, as well as occasionally deadpan. Afterwards, however, he is shown to value the bonds of friendship between the members of the Investigation Team and is highly concerned about his friends, going to great lengths in order to help others. As he grows closer to the group he opens up more and more, and by the end, he is as unique (though still quieter) as any of the other characters.
He has a dry sense of humor and sometimes does questionable things which he thinks are funny. He also seems a bit naive and oblivious to certain situations, which somehow keeps working to his benefit; especially when dealing with the girls, as he is able to get away with things that would warrant a smack for any of the other male characters, mainly due to how little he would mean offense. He's also shown to be somewhat perverted, saying he wished that he taped "Yukiko's Hunt for Prince Charming" and repeatedly pressing the record button on his TV remote during "Rise's Daring Challenge." 40MM Cannons- The Nose guns have been replaced with two modern .50 BMG guns and a single 40MM cannon. 1,200 40MM rounds are carried Onboard.
Improved Ball Turret- The Ball turret has been replaced with Night vision optics plus a 40MM targeting cannon. This proves to be quite useful at night.
Bombs- The B17 can deliver bombs If equipped with them.
History: In 1943, The Germans advanced into Europe and moved closer to Britain. The Top Engineers and Scientists scrambled together under pressure from the Nazis and created this plane. Although, This time was much ahead of our version of WW2, And led to the creation of this plane.
The Plane was built and pushed the Nazis back, Leading to the frontline of the Nazis being destroyed. Two months later the plane is being flown back to the US and Is sucked into a portal, Later It is upgraded with more modern weapons and such. It can last for days on Solar power, but needs to be repaired if damaged or landed and restocked with ammunition.

I love how its an Entire Plane lol -- yea looks good, interested to see how they operate in Utopia -- definitely like the variety I'm seeing at this faction, especially given how more-or-less chill and pacifist the leader is lol

Blonde Hair, pale complexation, and pink eyes. She's 5'6" and can be considered well toned as she often does physical training. She has what could be considered an ideal figure with a big bust, small waist and wide hips. Typically she tries to blend in wearing fairly common street clothing consisting of jeans and a hoodie. But when in battle she typically dresses in a set of dark colored robes that are fairly lose and easier to move in.

2nd Level Basic Magics:
Basic magics refer to the five main elemental groups of magic covering earth, wind, fire, lightning, and water. Those five Elemental groups are also referred to as first level basic magics. As ones magic becomes more powerful each element can branch off into other types of elemental magics, and they will continue to branch off into various elemental types until the person is able to use black or white magic or both. Magic is materialized in Lucy's world by the form of using words to concentrate magic into an actual spell. Incidentally Lucy is able to use every type of magic in her worlds existence but currently is only able to use up to 2nd level due to her resurrection (check history for details on that).

Common Magics:
In addition to the basic magics she can use she can also use a wide variety of common magics. Common magics refer to magic that anyone can use regardless of what basic magics they use for example healing magic. Being able to use every type of magic in the world this section of her abilities will be more vague.
Healing magic: Magic that allows one to heal themselves or others. Its ability increases with magic power with a 2nd level mage being able to heal some fatal wounds and 3rd level being able to even regrow severed limbs.
Barrier Magic: Magic that forms a barrier, allows the user to shield themselves from attacks. Users usually wear a light barrier over their bodies at all times to prevent most damage at 2nd level you could consider it similar to bulletproof armor.
Summoning Magic: Summoning magic refers to the ability to move something from one place to another. The summoned subject has to be willing to be moved however and as such it is usually used to move items that have no will or the move the person using the magic themselves. At first level it can be used to move very short distances similar to something like flash step from bleach. Second level allows from further travel but takes more time and prep work to use so its ineffective in combat.
Detoxification Magic: Magic that allows one to cure disease and remove toxins from the body. Can be used to counteract the affects of some poisons and common diseases at second level.
Special Magic:
Special Magic is considered abilities that are unique to the user. The are usually passed down through bloodlines and carry special effects that can't be imagined by normal magic.
Copy Cat: This is part of Lucy's innate ability to use all magic, no matter what the magic once she sees it she is able to use it if she has enough magic power. However in the world where people are from different universes it seems that if she tries to copy a magic of someone from a different universe no matter what the strength of the magic is it will still follow the laws of her universe. As such if she were to try and copy low level gravity magic for example even though it might be at a strength level lower than her own because of the fact that gravity magic in her world is considered a fourth level magic she cannot use it. Also should she encounter an ability that is not inherently magic, such as soul power from bleach, chakra from naruto, or avatar abilities she cannot copy them because they run on different principals than magic.
Devils Eye: Lucy Posses the Devils eye in here right eye. She can turn this eye on and off similar to sharingan, with her eye taking up a black appearance with a red hexagram surrounding a red pupil. This is a power inherited from the devil that gives her a level of authority over demons. The eye additionally gives her advanced perception and access to her demonic form, a transformation that allows her demonic nature to take over giving her the appearance of a demon along with a few other bonuses. Unfortunately with her currently level of power she is unable to use this so this ability is redundant.
Gods Eye: Lucy Posses the gods eye in here left eye. She can turn this eye on and off similar to sharingan, with her eye taking up a blue appearance with a white cross passing through its center. This is a power inherited from god that gives her a level of authority over angels. Prophet and Demon King Special Abilities: Lucy has copied the special abilities of all current demon kings and prophets, unfortunately she is unable to use any of them as they require a large amount of mana.
Demon Prophet Abilities: A set of Special spells developed by Lucy when she was Luke that include abilities from god, the devil, and the sovereign he fought. They all require a tremendous amount of magic power to use so she wont be using any of them for the foreseeable future.
4 Forms: All demon Kings and Prophets have the ability to increase their magic and physical abilities up to four times essentially doubling, tripling and quadrupling their maximum power and becoming closer to their true nature, for example the Demon King of Death, Grim, takes up the visage of a grim reaper when using this. Because Lucy is currently not at her maximum power and because of her reincarnation she can't use this.
Chant Omission: Lucy is able to use a rare ability called chant omission. While not inherently rare the method for using it in her world seems to have become lost over the years. Through this she is able to imagine the effect of the spell she wishes to use and it materializes. This allows her to cast magic much faster and also prevents her from losing the ability to cast magic should her voice be blocked.
Magic Items:
Magic Items are simply items that possess magic. The only ones that Lucy will be using through out this roleplay are her twin swords yin and yang. Yin and Yang are a set of katanas that possess the ability to make use of white and black magic through their attacks. Lucy cannot currently activate their abilities so for now they just serve as regular twin katanas.
Weaknesses:
Obviously playing this character there's going to be a concern about power so I'm hoping to alleviate some concerns with this. Lucy's main weakness will definitely either be someone with a higher magic power than hers, possibly from another universe, or someone that doesn't use magic but has a similar ability. I think out of the characters I glanced over thus far the Avatar characters will give her the most trouble. As they are masters of elements they can control pretty much anything Lucy throws at them. Lucy can only manipulate things with her own magic in them, and not to as good of a level as the avatars can, so Lucy will basically be giving them more ammo to use. Plus Lucy's mana will eventually run out, the abilities of the avatar are more based on stamina so its really a battle against time. Additionally sneak attacks from snipers and long range automatic weapons are effective on her, even if she wears a barrier its not invincible, a good head shot would definitely kill her. Surprise attacks are definitely effective, if she doesn't have time to put up her barrier
Personality:
Personality wise Lucy is rather fickle. She does things on a whim rather than for any certain cause or reason. Even helping the humans against god and the devil back when she was Luke was a choice she made on a whim. She had cut down a demon while roam and inadvertently saved 5 mages who would one day become her closest friends, and then decided to fight by them because she had nothing else to do. When she was Luke Lucy rarely showed emotions, outside of the occasional smile Luke didn't really seem to wear his heart on hi sleeve or anything, but there were feelings for his comrades there as they became closer. Now as a human though it seems like her human side has taken over and she often shows at least some kind of emotion on her face, more worry than anything else lately though. She has some reservations over her gender change after reincarnation but overall she holds more of a "well that's all you can do" attitude about it. Since becoming Lucy she has gained some new values as well. When she was Luke she had no need to train as she was literally born at the peak of physical and magical condition. Now however it seems that after having to put in a lot of hard work to keep her body strong and to train her magic she values hard work more.
Lucy was considered the protector of her home galaxy in her past life, a role in which she didn't take lightly. As she had made so many friends and comrades throughout her life she felt as if she couldn't give them up even if she had only saved them by chance. This was a large part of the reason why she created the MPO. She also does not possess a good set of morals by human standards. As she is quite literally a true neutral, she doesn't tend to make choices based on what humans would think is right or wrong, but rather she bases all of that on her intelligence and deciding what's most efficient. Being able to look over a situation calmly is her forte, she makes decisions based on intellect alone and seems to not realize that some of her actions may make those around her hate her. Since her rebirth however it seems now that she more carefully considers the ideals and morals of humans which can likely be attributed to her rebirth as a human.
History:
To know the history of Lucy one must know the history of her world. Before time began as we know it there was only one being in existence, living in Oblivion an empty space that is both everywhere and no where. In the future this being would become known as the Arch Sage, but putting that aside for now this being was all only only surrounded by nothingness. An Idea sparked within the being to split off a part of his infinite power and create a being known as a sage, to give this being their own space of nothingness within the oblivion to do with as they pleased. It is unknown why this being did this but its possible that it was for entertainment, after all being the only thing in existence must have been boring. The being created millions of these sages and the spaces in which they ruled over became known as universes. Eventually the Sages also got the same idea as their creator and began to split off their power and give the beings they gave birth to a part of their universe. These beings became known as Sovereigns and the areas they ruled over were Galaxies. In one particular Galaxy known as the Milky way the sovereign in charge was split into two, one possessing the power of nothingness and the other possessing the power of everything, two halves that made up the total power of a sovereign, like light and darkness, black and white. Eventually these two beings came to create what would eventually be known as earth and the human race.
But their natures collided, even though they were once one the opposite nature of their powers forced them apart and they began to disagree and wage war against each other. They began to create soldiers in a similar way to how they were created, and those soldiers did the same. The waged war out on earth and the weak humans that they created together felt their wrath. Eventually over the course of humanity the two sovereigns became known as god and the devil through various religions, but differences in accounts of sightings and such made it so that different religions were founded and different sets of beliefs were made. The children of the god and the devil became known as prophets and demon kings respectively, and their soldiers angels and demons respectively. Even though neither force was good or evil in an overall sense humans began to take sides. Some took the side of god and some the side of the devil. There were also humans who didn't want to submit to either force and chose to fight both as well. Humans for such purposes began to learn magic. Magic in the world was based off five basic elements (Fire, Wind, Earth, Water, Lightning) which further branched off into different elemental forces as their magic power increased, giving them more options, until eventually becoming either the power of nothingness, white magic, or the power of everything, black magic. but it was rare force a normal human to even get past the second branch, with their short lifespan, let along gaining the power to using either white or black magic.
During the time known as the void era, a time that existed between before the common era (BCE) and the Common Era (CE), the third Angel-Demon-Human war began during which god and the devil directly spilt each others blood on the battlefield. The combination of their blood plus Human blood and ambient magic power (aka Mana, magic that exists stagnant in the atmosphere for others to absorb) formed and unexpected creation. What formed from this pool of power was a being that became Luke, the first Demon Prophet, a combination of half the power of god and half the power of the devil. He came into the world with basic knowledge of everything experienced by those whose blood he shared along with a large capacity for magic. He had the ability to copy the magic of those around him and make their abilities his own, allowing him to become strong very quickly. He fought alongside of the humans who didn't want to bow to either force and with five of his most trusted companions, each a master of both white and black magic, defeated the devil and god. After that he founded the Magical Protection Organization, a military force which helped to protect the regular humans of the world and provided a road block from further battles between god and the devil. Though he thought everything was over another sovereign attacked earth after sensing the weakness of the sovereigns of the milky way galaxy. This sovereign was looking to expand his territory. Luke along with the cooperation of god, the devil, the prophets, demon kings, and his five allies managed to kill the sovereign. But the battle unfortunately left Luke in a dying state. In his dying state he managed to cast two spells, one immortalized his comrades so that they could protect earth in his stead. The second would allow him to resurrect but it could take a few thousand years to work.
After he died the Common Era began. But among humans there were no memories of the war or magic, though myths and religions remained they seemed to be just that, no fact behind them. In truth the MPO decided it was best to keep the average humans in the dark, working from the background and only bringing aboard candidates that had high magical potential. As such the world proceeded much like the real world today with the MPO handling magical events in the background. They also laid groundwork incase they ever had to expose their existence through stories and eventually television shows. Just over 2000 years passed since Luke's death. Finally he was resurrected in the year 2003, born as a Human female named Lucy Hunt. But immediately she, felt pain throughout her whole body. Having bore witness to it in the past among humans she discerned that it was magic degenerative disease, a disease in which a human body takes in a much higher magic power than their bodies capacity, which destroys their body and kills them. Usually it happens through a variety of methods such as visiting an area with as exceptionally high mana concentration but for Lucy it was the fact the she was born into a human body that couldn't withstand her current magic power. To remedy it she sealed away the majority of her magic power and was able to get it under control before her new body was destroyed. She knew that in order for her to be able to once again use her full magic she would need to train to a point in which she could forcibly expand her own magic capacity to handle her power. As the years went on she was eventually identified as a candidate for the MPO and placed in a class with other candidates to learn. At that point she had already discerned the current situation of the world and accepted. She knew that in order to gain power fast she would have to experience various dangerous situations as danger seemed to be a factor in increasing a humans magic capacity faster but that was harder said than done in a peaceful world. She was considered unusual and a prodigy by her class mates as she could use all five base elemental magics, something formerly considered impossible. With her classes by the age of 15 she was able to reach the second branch of magic, another feat considered impossible as it took most humans 30 years to reach the second level, at least in this era anyways.
Then during 2021 the teleportation incident happened where she was moved to a new world. The world seemed much like her own at first so she was able to blend in easily, but she soon found out about other worldly creatures and people appearing, so it seemed like events of the magical nature weren't something common in this world. She hid herself in plain sight and traveled around helping out where she could but remaining unaffiliated with all of the factions that had begun to form, all while looking for a way to get back to her own world. She tried not to get in the task force's way too much as she feared being captured and forced into servitude in her weakened state and not being able to research a way home. She also stayed away from the resistance as she didn't want to openly fight against anyone of this world or the task force. As for Utopia she basically thought that sitting around and not doing anything while trying to remain neutral was also wrong in a way, but ultimately it was better than forced servitude or war. Currently she wanders from here and there trying to stay out of things and find her way back.
