"Oh!" James practically gasped as he heard Arabella's suggestion. He could prove that he did eat.. But among other things, he'd have company. It'd give him another reason to stay away from home as long as he could. "I was already planning on stopping by the little diner nearby, it's only about ten minutes walking from here if you guys want to.."

Gryphon nodded his head as a simple way to say yes. They hardly knew this girl, but what better way to get to know her than hangout? Seriously.


"Sure, I'm up for it." He was getting tired of his mother's meal. It was nice that she made them, though it'd be better if she actually knew how to cook. "It's lucky for both of you that I'm not tired, otherwise you'd have to carry me there." With a small chuckle he got up to toss the rest of his lunch, making sure to finish before class started this time.

Arabella practically ran out of her last class of the day once the bell had rang. She went to her locker quickly stuffing in all the books and things she didn't need and then whent out to the front of the school where Gryphon and James were supposed to meet her. She was really excited to hang out with both of them somewhere else other than school. She moved to sit on a small wall that wrapped around a flower bed as she waited for the boys to show up.

James was quite pleased that both Gryphon and Arabella were up for going to the diner, so when school was over he seemed nearly like he would have been on a normal day. But.. Not quite fully the same yet. After school had ended and he put away what he needed, grabbing out his bag afterwards, James headed to the front of the school where he found Arabella. "Hey! See Gryph yet?"
