Kaishi wasn't all that surprised that he didn't open the door; most days she had to let herself in. He was awake, though, so that was a major plus. Unlocking the door, the girl quickly replaced the key where she had found it and stepped inside. After closing it behind her, she made a beeline towards Kazuichi; holding out the cup of coffee to him. "Here you go."

Maniac and Jester


Giggling at the teasing pair Jester interrupted them before they could get any further in their play. The rain shower was increasing and though she adored having fun with her brother and friends she wasn't in the mood to get wet. " That is good to hear Fox. Dear brother, I believe it is time to go home now I feel it would be troublesome for our health if we stayed any longer. Considering you have an appointment to finish Grey's tattoo in the morning that would be especially terrible. You know of his temper."


"Patience is for the dead. Keep talking and I'll make you a prime example." Maniac sneered. Turning as his sister interrupted he shot her an irritating yet fond glare. He was not yet calm enough to return to the comforts of his home. He was still itching for a fight. One he likely wasn't going to get from the Fox. His sister wouldn't allow it. "I am not yet ready to go home. Why don't you continue on without me? Get the meat stored before it gets bad."


Pouting Jester huffed disappointed with his answer. "Fine but if a CCG member attacks me while I'm on my lonesome it will be your fault. You left me to go home all alone and undefended."


"Your the furthest thing from undefended dear sister. " Maniac deadpanned. He had seen many of her battles and knew she wasn't as delicate as she looked. An idea coming to mind he turned his gaze to Fox. "However if you insist, I am sure Fox would be happy enough to escort you home. Wouldn't you Fox?" Jester turned begging eyes to the blonde.

Kio left the alleyway unscathed except for a few scratches on her arm. She was smirking as she continued towards her destination. She had left behind her two bodies of Ghouls. "Deserved everything they got...." she said with a huff. She walked even though it was raining. Most of the rain that touched her mask was evaporating as it fell. She was heading towards her new Partners house. A house call if one were to call it that.

Alwin Turner

Right outside the main CCG headquaters within the first ward. A boy with platinum blonde hair could be seen dancing in the rain, humming to himself a song he once heard from where he couldn't quite remember; however it was told to him by someone with only one red eye and the other, an eye full of lust. This particular day with the rain reminded him of that person..And that day. He never got to meet the ghoul personally however without many other's realization he had constantly watched him from a monitor screen, intrigued for some reason. The song this boy sang "Oranges and lemons, say the bells of St Clemens..You owe me five farthings, say the bells of St Martins, When will you pay me? Say the bells of Old Bailey, When I grow rich say the bells of Shoreditch, When will that be say the bells of Stenney, I do not know says the great bells of Bow, Here comes a Candle to light you to bed..And here comes the chopper to chop of your head! Chip, chop, chip, chop the last one is dead!" the little nursery rhyme always made him giggle, and as he spun in the rain he couldn't help but wonder...."When will my tea be ready?"

Kazuichi reached out for the coffee taking it in his hand and drinking it down. "Ahh my angel." He took another sip. "And in case you didn't get that I meant the coffee but thank as always." He stood up his blanket wrapped around his shoulders. He felt slightly dizy standing up quickly but shook it off he stared out his window drinking the coffee. "Where's the other idiot?" He asked her referring to Sora.

Clever move. Fox acknowledged as he found Jester's attention on him. He liked the girl to much to deny her. Her spirit matched his to well. Broken but bright. Nodding he agreed taking the bag Maniac silently held out to him. "Of course. Good-bye phycho. I shall prey for your death this night. "

Kaishi rolled her eyes at the other's comment about the coffee; although she was now thinking about whether or not she should've gotten a larger size, considering how fast Kazuichi was drinking it. And as for the Sora question...


The girl shrugged, and shoved her hands into her sweater pockets. "I didn't see him on my way here so... no idea. Maybe he's messing around in the rain?" There were lots of puddles outside; so many that she had to fight back the temptation to jump around in them herself. So, Sora could've been an old man and she still wouldn't have judged him for pulling something like that.

As Kio is walking down the street, she notices a boy dancing around and chanting a nursery rhyme. She sighs "Yep.... that is him...." she said to herself as she walked towards him. "Are you Alwin Turner?" she asked him, looking into his eyes, her mask was glowing bright orange. She was looking around slightly after she asked. Her breathing could be slightly heard through her mask.

Unlike he normally would outside, Alwin was seen without his purple jacket and was out in the rain. He was drenched from head to toe and his bangs hung down right beside his eyes, at first he mistook her for a man, and the person greatly reminded him of 'Darth Vader' but he thought that was probably just cause of the breathing thing. Nodding to confirm her question he greeted himself formerly "That's me!" he said complimented with a childish giggle "You look pretty scary..Who are you?" it only just occured to him that this person was still a stranger to Alwin, he never really took notice of the other Investigator's which was more or less a narcissistic trait of his.

"May your meals leave you satisfied...." Sha said to the man who obviously owned the bookstore bowing her head. She did the same to Michi and smiled, "We'll meet again, Michi-chan." She sing songed, and skipped down to the door and out, after taking her bags and unfolding her umbrella mid skip. The farewell that she said, is a way to show that, she to some degree, respected them, and she did that to every ghoul she felt deserved it. Rarely was she formal with someone, but when she was she normally would have a dark smile on her face, not this time though.

Shawn got side tracked with going home he went to were him and his ghoul resources go he slipped on his mask as he continued his way making sure he wasn't followed when he was there he exchanged the information he had about the 20th while getting info about the 10th he walked back towards the streets slipping his mask in his pocket while looking over the information for the 10th ward "I can't help but feel like I got scammed....at one point i'll just there myself." He said rubbing his eyes annoyed keeping the other one on the paper running into someone "Hey wha....oh my mistake I guess I wasn't paying attention." VooDoo said correcting himself as he looked up to see the people from the shop while he looked around for his notes on the ground

Zack Ren

Of course the day started out like this.


Once again, Zack was caught in a dilemma he had caused.


His bread was in the oven, about to be finished, and a customer was waiting for him to take his order. Finally, he chose to greet the customer, at the cost of his newest creation.

"Hello, and welcome to The Dough Inn! May I take your order, sir?"

The man took his sweet time ordering, but Zack was in no hurry, since this was the first person to come in. And he paid well, which made it just a bit better.


But not much.




"I'll have your order out in just a minute, Mister Franks." Zack said to the dove before him. Franks was a CCG investigator, a regular, and luckily unaware that Zack was a ghoul. As long as Zack continued to act like normal, Franks would never suspect a thing. 'Course, this was the 7th investigator to come into his shop in the last three weeks, and THAT was the real issue. If they suspected him, he'd have to do something throw them off. Maybe he'd call in some favors from this ghoul he knew, or he'd have some poor schmuck do the killing and get caught.


Sounded great.





"Have a wonderful day, Mister Franks!" The ghoul said to the dove as he left. He knew the track record of Franks, and hated every single "achievement" he'd made over the years. Soon, Zack would dine on his insides, and enjoy every minute of it.

Maniac and Jester


"Great!!!" Jester cheered excited at the thought of getting out of the rain and eating a nice meal. Leaning over she pecked her brother on the cheek in farewell. "I will have some coffee and food waiting for you when you get home brother. Don't stay out to late or do anything foolish."


Pulling back she gave him a knowing look. Her brother was well known for getting into trouble when left alone. Smiling innocently Maniac made a shooing gesture. " Sure, sure. Go on home now. I should be home in a few hours."


Not missing that he didn't really make a promise and said 'should' instead of 'would' she sighed in exasperation. Giving up she nodded farewell and left with Fox after he did the same. Now alone Maniac looked around scenting the air to ensure he was alone before heading back into town. Stopping at the first set of building's he found he sought shelter within the garage and changed back into his normal clothes. He wished for a fight sure but knew better then to seek one out and cause trouble on purpose. Unless he wished to bring the other ghouls of ward 20th's wrath upon him. Which he didn't, today anyway. So instead he would let trouble find him. Whistling he stepped out of the garage and walked the few miles to the city, his raincoat did well to protect him from the rain. He found a few stragglers trying to continue their shopping and was about to wander into the slightly busier side of town when he smelled the scent of a few ghoul's. Turning he found a blonde ghoul with an umbrella exiting a book shop. So that's where the scent is coming from. Should I go in or be on my way? Well I do need a few new books. Convinced he approached the shop and entering it preoccupied himself with the many books. If the ghoul's were concerned with his presence they would approach him.

Michi looked at the entrance. She sighed and then smiled. "Sorry Tremki..... we will have to get dinner later..." she said. Michi walked over to Maniac and smiled "Do you need any help today?" she asked politely. "Or any certain books you are looking for?" she looked around. So many interruptions but she didnt mind. She sniffed the air and smelled the ghoul. She was a bit scared but kept that to a low. She didn't know if He was with any organizations that had a grudge with her.

Kazuichi grumbled. "What's that idiot doing that's so important." He threw off his blanket and scratched his head his usal bedhead style was complete. He grabbed an umbrella for himself and opened the door looking back at Kaishi. "Cmon let's go get him we're late enough as it is." He stopped and turned on his heelreaching into his closet for his bbrief case. "Almost forgot you. Right now we can go."

Shawn just grunted while finally finding his note's ruined he sighed and left them there thanks to the rain they served no use for him anymore he walked around the town not really knowing what to do he was bored at his house and he wasn't hungry so he could always find a random Dove and kill them he smirked while putting on his mask as he ran into an ally way jumping on the roof looking trying to find a dove or two for him to fight before he just decide to sit on the roof

Glaring at the hand for a few moments and blinking, he finally reached out his hand and shook hers and smiled "Alwin can agree to that..As long as you don't mind the accent." it was a little quirk of his to speak in third person, he didn't always did it just on occasions such as this one. After making his comment he pulled down the skin under his eye slightly and poked his tongue out jokingly at the sight of the case "We're not going on a hunt are we?" Alwin said however there were no sad expressions about the idea, in fact his eyes seemed to light up at the very thought of it.

Tremki thought it was finally time for a good hunt, nodding in response to her getting ready he also got out a suitcase which held the attire he would normally use and most importantly..His mask, taking it out of the case he was glaring deeply into the eye socket's before his train of thought was interrupted by a bell at the door, meaning someone was yet again in the store. 'I really should get a 'store closed' sign...' he thought to himself and used a hand gesture towards Michi as if to say 'It's fine' taking out a book he sat at the counter and started reading. What he couldn't help but notice that this new comer's scent was also that of a ghoul..

Alwin folded his arms and poked his tongue out towards the woman in a childish manner and at the same time, revealing the odd insignia of sorts. Retracting it back afterwards he let out a sigh and placed his arms back to his side "Okay.." for a few moments there was awkward silence, and only the rain falling on them was heard. Alwin stared deeply into the woman's eyes seemingly determined to look for..Something? It was at the moment he was about to say something he clicked onto something. Looking down to his watch his eyes widened in shock, grabbing grip onto Kio's clothing he dragged her off "Quick, we must hurry!!" he now seemed to be steering them away from the CCG headquater's building and with the direction they were doing..It seemed that he was leading them off to a rather rich sector of Tokyo.

Kio was dragged by her sleeve. "Wait what....." she barely had time to speak before Alwin took off with her in grasp. They weaved through civilians and others. They seemed to be heading towards the rich sector of Tokyo. "Where are we going?" she yelled at him. Though because of her mask it was muffled but understood.​

On the bright side of all of this, at least she had gotten him out of bed; although the power of coffee had a little more to do with that fact than she did. Smiling softly, the girl followed Kazuichi out the door, holding her own umbrella up in order to block out the rain. "Okay, okay."


Was it bad that she found days like this to be interesting? All that was left was a random ghoul to pop up for her to observe, and it would be the ideal day for her. Whatever Sora was doing must've been at least a little bit important in his own eyes, so she felt a little bad to have to pull him away from whatever. However, as she had learned after hanging around the CCG for awhile, there was always work to be done. Rarely any of it was fun, or even remotely more interesting than a few piles of paperwork, but it still had to be done.


Looking around, Kaishi tried to see if she could spot the male anywhere in the area.
