This is the Deliverer of Dark Dreams and Nightmares. Her domain in the Underworld is the city of Shadar Logoth. She has a small army of war ghosts under her command, along with some necrotech monsters that she has gotten from her ally, the Twisted Toymaker. The Deliverer is a skilled sorceress having mastered most of the spells of the First and Second Circles, and is also a proficient necromancer. Her skills for direct combat are somewhat lacking, but she makes up for it by making use of her social maniplation skills.
The Twisted Toymaker has forsaken most of his humanity in the process of perfecting his ability to craft flesh and bone into some of the most frightening creations that the Underworld has ever seen. His army is small, with the bulk of his military force coming in the form of his undead monsters that he creates. He is known in the Underworld as one of the most proficient necromancers and flesh sculpter of all the Deathlords, and he has been known to do business with most of his fellows to produce necrotech monsters for the other leaders of the Underworld.
