black fur, with purple eyes... pirate clothing that is reminiscent of Jack Sparrow's, only black... obviously no headband or hair beads since he is not human. Three pronged captain's hat, black.

Social Status/Job:

Thief/Pirate Captain

Weapons/equipment:

The aforementioned pirate outfit.

His daggers- minus the red stuff, they're all black

a small pouch of gold, enough to get by

his ship (just something he owns, not always with him), the Bestial Silence... it is made of dark, ebony wood and the front has a statue of a skeleton carved into it, rather than the typical mermaid or woman.

Gods You Worship:

Kilanos and A minor goddess named Venatura… she is the goddess of Hunting and Beasts… Lycanthrope mythology states that she is the mother of all beast races, but this is false. Venatura was based off of the first female leader of the island. She was an expert hunter, thus the basis of the goddess. Venatura talismans are often carried by people hailing from beastkin descent as good luck charms. They are simply a coin made of any carvable material with a wolf paw carved into it on one side and a bow and arrow on the flip side. They are typically worn as necklaces, put into bracelets, or carried in a special pouch. All Lycanthrope hunters wear them when out hunting.

Strengths:

Congregation: very very small ability… Fang can summon a familiar, but that is it. His familiar that he summons is a black panther with purple eyes. Her name is Noir. They have been best friends since Fang first summoned her when he was 10. She was a cub when he first summoned her, but together they grew and she is now fully grown.

Dual-Wield Daggers: Making up for his magical uselessness, he has been combat training with two daggers since he was merely 6 years old. His father gave him his first pair of wooden training daggers for his 6th birthday.

Lying and Sneaking: Fang has a way of spinning words and is often described as having a silver tongue. He can blatantly lie to someone and when the conversation is over, have convinced the other person that what they knew was a lie is actually the truth. He is also very stealthily and can move silently, like an assassin. His silvertongue also makes him an excellent bargainer/barterer.

Beast Taming: Fang finds it a natural ability due to his beast blood, rather than using congregation magic, to comminicate with and soothe wild animals. It doesn’t work on familiars or animals that have strong allegiances to a specific being.

Weaknesses/Phobias:

Ironically, Hunting: Fang has never been very good at hunting despite the fact he is of beastkin. Also, his sense of smell is enhanced due to being half wolf, but he is a poor game tracker.

99% of all Magic: Fang can summon his familiar with ease, but other than that he is not magically adept at all.

An ironic phobia, open water: Fang enjoys being a pirate and sailing across the seas, but he is very scared of the creatures that lie beneath the waves. When forced to swim in deep, open, somewhat murky water where he can see in every direction, he is scared that some monster will rise from the deeps and eat him.

Any combat besides daggers: Fang cannot use any weapons besides daggers without making a fool of himself. He once tried to pick up archery and ended up missing the target so badly that it flew straight into the village elder’s tail. Needless to say, he was never allowed near a bow again.

History/Notable achievements:

His childhood and early teenage years basically went okay. Nothing too extravagant.

When he was 16, he earned a place in his tribe’s elite warriors. He took down a 7 foot tall black bear with nothing but his daggers. He did, however, suffer severe clawing and bite marks.

When he was 19, the Dusk attacked his home island. He escaped on one of the village fishing boats. After a day, he found himself floating in along in the boat, dehydrated and starving, a shadow falling over him. He looked up and saw the side of a massive ship. The crew hauled him on board and when he told his story, the captain allowed him as part of the crew. The captain, like him, had faced the terrors of The Dusk. While on board he found that they all worshipped a god called Kilanos. Fang began worshipping this god as well.

At the age of 21, he bought his own ship after two years of service under the captain that had saved him. He gained his own crew and became captain himself. He, to this day, is still captain of said ship. He is notorious on the high seas (not as big as Blackbeard, however).

Personality:

He is a likable person in a non likable way. Most of those who talk to him can’t help but be swayed by his words. He is a very polygamous and keeps several relationships at once. He tends to travel where his ship takes him, and his crew is always close behind. He can be a very big smart ass and says witty, sarcastic things most of the time. When greeted with a tough situation, he finds… clever… ways of dealing with it. (okay so basically imagine a Lycan with a Jack Sparrow-esque type personality xD ). He is what can only be described as racist towards werewolves. He sees his race of Lycans as a purebreed society of civilized beings. He sees werewolves as mutts, slaves to the full moon, diseased, trashy creatures. He sees them as Lycans who are at war with the wolf inside them. He doesn’t understand how they could not let the change happen and embrace it. He often finds himself calling them ignorant beasts who need to be exterminated.

Well since it said compliment staff OR a member. Ayl is a fantastic RP author. Taming the Flame is an amazing RP and you should all go check it out haha.

because I love the horseman of the apocalypse xD also horses in general are sweet... and you misjudge the size of said horse xD ... I might change the familiar though... ummmmm yeah I think I will... horseman just doesn't fit this character too well haha... not just because of the Lycan thing, but because of the whole pirate thing like where would I need a horse when I'm out on the high seas most of the time xD

Character Name and Nickname: Garret, otherwise known as the Behemoth

Gender: Male

Age: 55

Species: Human

Appearance:
G-L_-_Lord_Genome.jpg
161925-lordgenome.jpg
Garret stands at six foot seven, and weighs over two hundred pounds of almost pure muscle. He has specially made armor for his size, but he rarely wears it.

Social Status/Job: He is Catalina's personal bodyguard, assigned to her when she refused to have a team of men protecting her. So, her father hired him to do it.There have been no complaints afterwards.

Weapons/equipment:

  1. His sword, which is a two handed weapon.
    Two_Handed_Sword_tex_v2_by_Avenegerc47.jpg

  2. He has a pack with some small items, such as water, food, and some bandages.

God you worship: He worships no God.

Strengths: Garret is known for his strength, as he could very well be one of the strongest men to have ever been born. He is also very talented with his two handed sword. He's also not a big dumb brute, he's actually intelligent.

Weaknesses: He rarely wears armor, so if an arrow is shot at him, and hits, it'll do damage. He also has little regard to his own personal safety when the Princess is around, he'll ignore those attacking him if she comes under attack.

History/Notable achievements: Garret grew up knowing he was meant for the Royal Guard, and trained very hard to get there, once he reached the Guard, he strived to stay in, making a name for himself when any battle or happening came to pass, as he was normally the first one there, and defeated most of the foes.

When the King asked for a Guard for Catalina, Garret gladly stepped up, sure, he was getting old by then, but he could still be useful to someone.

Personality: Garret is a man who lives and breathes what he does. He does it not because he feels he has to, but because it is his passion. He may seem like an unruly man, almost never having a shirt on, but he has manners towards those he considers his friend or ally. If an enemy is to approach him, then he shall treat them as an enemy.

Garret is also one to speak his mind when he feels he should. And with how old he is, and how many battles he has been in, he is a hardened man, so he will act like it, and will tell some that they would be better off doing something other than fighting, until they prove to him that they have the heart of a true warrior.

I think I have my original info somewhere, let me check... I'll have this fixed in the next 24 hours... honestly not to sure where it went

okay, you're gonna laugh... it's all in the spoiler xD ... the end of the spoiler wasn't correctly typed at the end of the dagger picture... I had [/spoiler instead of

xD ... dear lord I'm glad this was an easy fix

Character Name: Trina Lycus

Gender: Female

Age: 16

Species: Human (Were-Grizzly/Wolf)

Appearance: Brown wavy hair and green eyes.

Feral appearance: picture a big, bulky, muscular, black and brown wolf the size of a horse that has big bear claws and can stand on its hind legs

Social Status/Job: Trina is a woodsman. Basically a mountain man (er, woman). For the most part she makes her living by hunting and trapping (illegally, mostly)

Weapons/equipment:

•cross bow

•20 bolts

•two throwing axes

•coat

•backpack

•bedroll

•7 days of rations

•7 sets of loose, inexpensive clothing

•robe

History. Trina lived with her mother, grandfather and three older brothers in the woods on the mountains, an ideal location considering that all of them (except for mom) were natural werewolves. They made their living as trappers and hunters, illegally hunting deer and selling their wares to the townsfolk below because frankly no one gave a darn. This worked out fine until Trina hit puberty and started manifesting some of her mothers were-GRIZZLY traites on top of her wolf form. As Trina grew bigger, the townsfolk below started to take notice of a "monster wolf" wandering around the woods. It got to the point where one or two hunters would occasionally shoot at her (and consequently get mauled). Not that a few arrows would be enough to take down something of her bulk but the last thing she wanted was to put her family secret in jeopardy, so Trina figured it was best that she left for a little while until the heat died down.

Recently, while on her "mandatory vacation" Trina got caught hunting deer in the Kings Forest by a few rangers and, in self-defense went feral. She managed mess up a few of them before they somehow subdued her and hauled her off to prison under the charges of poaching, resisting arrest, bodily harm against Imperial Rangers, and werewolfery.

Fortunately for her, considering her impressive display of violence, she was offered a chance at the Kings invitation in exchange for a pardon and of course a whole freaking lot of money

Personality: Trina is energetic, competitive, smart, and strong willed, but also moody and insecure (helLO-o. TEENAGER.) She is distrustful of anyone she doesn't know (so in other words, everyone) but once she warms up to you and excepts you as part of the team she is completely loyal. She has an Alpha Wolf personality so she tends to to have authority issues. You have to EARN her respect.

In her feral form, Trina gets EVEN moodier, EVEN more territorial, EVEN more impulsive, and EVEN more aggressive (which is saying something.) Not necessarily a bloodthirsty monster, but hostile and easy to piss off.

God you worship: not one particular god.

Strengths: Trina is a dead-shot with crossbow and fairly good with a throwing axe. She is also an expert survivalist, an excellent cook and butcher (the Lycus family tends to go hunting as wolves so it's important to butcher your meat before you sell it. Incriminating fang marks could raise questions). She is also a talented singer and knows how to play multiple instruments, namely the fiddle, mandolin, banjo, lap dulcimer, penny whistle, the bones, and the spoons

Her Feral form can run 40 mph, climb trees very quickly, with some difficulty could flip a car upside down, and is difficult to kill.

Weaknesses: Trina is uneducated, and her unrefined, blunt mannerisms might make her a terrible diplomat. But her most glaring weaknesses come from her nature a werewolf.

•as a wolf/bear/thingy, silver burns to the touch

•strong emotions- mostly anger- can cause certain features to surface such as fangs and reflective eyes

•she gets antsy if she doesn't let the beast out for a walk every once and a while

• Moonlight calls out to her "inner animal", bringing it to the surface. On a crescent, she pretty much act normal. On a half moon, her wolfish personality bleeds through a little. On a gibbous moon, she start to lose control of her shape shifting (pointy teeth, ears, tail, reflective eyes). Harder to suppress. On a full moon she goes animal, passionately so.

•Trina can eat much more than the average human

Accepted, you can post.

You missed the kings talk and went to go catch the river boat to the port city. At the port city you are going to get on the kings Gallon to sail across the ocean and meet the other king.

The boat has already left, but for sake of getting into the scene you can perhaps already be on the ship (as a stow away or what not) or just write a few paragraphs about barely getting on the boat. Your choice doll!

No, we are going down the river right now. To the port city, to cross the ocean.

We are literally spending two weeks on a boat. One week on two different ones.

Thanks. One more thing, do you mind if I give Trina the same treatment as Scary Orc: an armed guard to hold "her leash" and occasionally participate in dialog (I would be controlling the guard in that case)

Dut-duh- dur. (Sorry)

Yes. Most likely less guarded except on full moons.

I reserve the right to take control of your guard at all times.
Also there is no such thing as cars haha.

Dut-duh- dur. Was for me though, I posted and was like: Wait a moment... -face palm- she is in jail. -delete-

But cute. Post when you can. I'll be posting again in a few days, giving time for people to do the same.

Character Name and Nickname: Cerin Sarovon (no nickname as of yet)

Gender: Female

Age: 28

Species: Human

Appearance:

images

(Eyes and hair differ from picture. Cerin has light Rose-colored hair, and piercing Emerald eyes. Armor is as depicted, weapon differs, as noted below.)

Social Status/Job: City guard, seeking Knighthood

Weapons/equipment: Armor: Cerin has a set of armor that has been passed down through generations of her family. The armor is a set of full plate, providing heavy protection from any physical attacks, but was enchanted to weigh only as much as a standard cloth outfit. The armor does still restrict physical movement the way a set of full plate would, it's just extremely light. A shield was crafted along with the armor set, sharing it's light-weight enchantment (detailed below).

Weapon:
KR1239_main.jpg

This sword's blade is enchanted never to dull, no matter the conditions it's exposed to. The blade can, however, still snap, under extreme amounts of force.

Shield:
Fanatical_Devotion.jpg

Cerin has a fairly large pack she carries with her, containing many everyday items. She typically wears a heavy travel cloak over her armor, mostly as protection from the cold, but partially to conceal how heavily armed she is.

Pack contents:

Two extra sets of light, everyday clothing.

Standard flint fire making set

Average sized hatchet

Thin bedroll

Seven days worth of dried rations

Two water skins

Coin pouch, containing 25 gold coins

Small kerosene lantern

Small bottle of rubbing alcohol

Basic first aid kit

God you worship: Enally, Vel'ath

Strengths: Cerin is a skilled Warrior. Though still a bit young, she's devoted her entire life to bettering her skill with the enchanted blade she wields.

Cerin is quite agile, in part because of the light-weight armor she wears. She's able to move quickly, and easily around the battlefield, moreso than others wearing similar armor.

Wise beyond her years, partially due to her worship of Enally, Cerin is able to read battles fairly well, and make split-second decisions with relative ease.

Weaknesses: She can be quite cocky at times. Cerin knows that she's good with a blade, and because of her confidence in herself, can sometimes underestimate enemies.

Though the plate armor she wears is magically enchanted to be extremely light, it still restricts her movement, as similar armor would restrict others (motion range, etc.)

Sense of independence: While this can be both a strength and a weakness, it's listed as a weakness here, because Cerin has a difficult time relying on others. In combat, she is typically more likely to decide to fight alone, than entrust her life to someone else.

Cerin fears being inadequate. More details in History.

History/Notable achievements: Cerin has devoted her entire life to honing her skills with a blade. In the city she grew up in, which has since been decimated by the Dusk, she was renowned for her skill with a blade, eventually getting placed as Captain of the city guard. Her entire life she's striven for Knighthood, but due to being stuck in a small city her entire life, has never had the chance to push beyond Captain of the Guard. At a young age, her father told her she would never be good enough to become a true Knight. Since then, she's always feared mediocrity, and pushed her hardest to be the best she can, in every way possible.

Personality: Cerin is determined. She lives her day-to-day life with honor, doing her best to live the life a true Knight would live. She's kind-hearted, and cares deeply for the well-being of others, but on the outside appears to be indifferent, and oftentimes comes across as rude, or judgmental. She comes across as extremely confident, and sure of herself, but apart from her prowess with a blade, is actually quite insecure in who she is.

Hope everything works. Let me know if I missed anything, or if any changes need to be made. ^_^

P.S. Ricia, you're pretty swell. ;)

Character Name and Nickname: Jayden Hammersmith, Jay

Gender: Male

Age: 19

Species: Human

Appearance:

male-mage.jpg
Social Status/Job: Teacher of Illusions at the Kings College

Weapons/equipment: Robes, with some rusty chain mail armor underneath. A small glowing dagger (???), a staff with a large turquoise orb in the top.

God you worship: Kilanos

Strengths: My staff, My ability to eat without feeling full, great at dodging any projectiles whether it be arrow or fireball.

Magic Classes:

Main Class: Destruction

Second Class: Illusion

Third Class: Restoration

Weaknesses: Loosing my staff, I will mercilessly kill anyone who tries to steal my staff without second thoughts. When around other mages, I get the sense of being incapable of ever using magic as well as they can.

History/Notable achievements: At a young age, I fell out of the top story window of the kings college, but something unknown stopped me from hitting the ground and breaking every sing bone in my body.

Personality: Very anxious and is always comparing himself to others and wishing he was as good as them. Low self-esteem.

ThatsAPaddling, I like the name you gave your character!

@AshenLily

I like your character.

A few notes: If you want to be captain of the guard... you MUST be older. If not, then you are just a normal guard.

Secondly you will need more equipment then weapons and armor... such as money, food, flint and steel. You can not use items you do not have

Other than this, I believe you can be accepted.

@Circus or @MrMopp would like her as your escorting guard? As this is how I am going to fit her into the RP.

Gorman, your character is denied. There is not enough information about your character at all. Not only that your weakness and strengths are hardly that, but minor annoyances in life. How are you 19 and a teacher in a college.... the kings college no less?

I was not taking prodigies and still am not.

You have a lot to work on your character. Message me and we can work out the details.
