ᴀʟᴡᴀʏs ʙʀɪɴɢ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴏᴡɴ sᴜɴsʜɪɴᴇ
The X-men have been around for along time. They are a gang of Mutants that set out to protect other Mutants and to spread the word that not all Mutants are bad. They are there to protect and not to destroy. One Mutant in particular made a school for young Mutants trying to control their power and live a normal life. This place is a sanctuary for all Mutants young and old. But after a major battle Professor X, the founder, was killed trying to save one girl in particular. Her name was Jean. Her power was great and she was the only Class 5 Mutant alive. But she had a dark side as well. It called itself The Phoenix . Professor X took her in and tried to help her. But they thought she died trying to save them.They were wrong, she was alive. She came back and The Phoenix was let out. She went to the dark side trying to help those Mutants who were trying to stop a so-called cure. The Professor died trying to help her and Jean died at the end. She asked for it and she was finally at peace. So there were 3 Mutants who died in that battle. Scott, Professor X, and Jean. The school was taken over by Storm at the Professor's request. And it went on collecting new students every day. Helping them control their powers and helping them to live as much of a normal life as a mutant can.
The school is a gigantic mansion. When you first go up to the school you you pass through a huge gate that has a huge X on the gates. You pass through a bunch of gardens where you see kids of all ages walking around. Some of the littler kids are playing in the fountain near the door. There is a big garage on the right where they're are an assortment of cars and vehicles. To the left of you there is a basketball court. But underneath that is the X-Jet. In the back is a huge yard and a pool. The pool looks like it was taken out of the jungle. There is a maze in the backyard and a small forest. In the school there are many rooms on the second and third floor. There are singles and doubles. On the first floor is the kitchen, the living room, the game room, and the Professor's now Storm's office. In the so-called basement there is a virtual training room and all the classrooms. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

Ororo Munore - Storm.
James Howlett - Logan/Wolverine.
Anna Marie - Rogue.
Bobby Drake - Iceman.
Kitty Pryde - Shadowcat.
Hank McCoy - Beast.
1. Have Fun - This is one of the most important rules of all, since roleplaying is all about having fun.
2. Godmodding, Autohitting - Just don't do it, please and that also goes for whatever else falls underneath these categories.
3. Characters - Please make them realistic. Even mutants have flaws and weaknesses. Also, please use real images only for the picture. Make sure that you also check out the other character sheets before submitting your own so that your character won't seem like the same as someone else's.
4. Character Sheets - Fill out all of the areas that I have provided please. Also, wherever you see a required amount of paragraphs, I really mean that amount of paragraphs. To show that you have read the rules and understand them entirely, put your favorite X-Men character in your character sheet please.
5. Respect - Please respect my rules, roleplay, your fellow roleplayers and my decisions. This is also a very important rule. We're all adults here, so act like it.
6. Posting - This is a Semi-Literate to Advanced Literate roleplay meaning that I would like at least two or more paragraphs per post, please and try post with the correct grammar, punctuation and capitalization. Also, for you speed posters out there, before you post again make sure that three people have posted after your last post before you post again. Please try to post within a two day time span, if you cannot then please let me know so that we are not waiting for your post. If you are going to be gone for three days or more, please let me know so we can discuss a way to take your character out of the events that may be going on at that time. Thanks.
Alyssa had woke up today with a gigantic smile on her face because she knew what today was. It was the start of a new year and new faces were assure to come in. Ever since she been at the mansion, she was always excited to see the new and familiar faces enter through those double doors. She, like most of everybody else, stayed home over the breaks because he family didn't approve of her mutation, along with her brother's. She sighed softly at the thought then just shrugged about it as she left her room, fully dressed in a pink and black blouse with a black skirt to match, along with black flat shoes.
She ran down the stairs and saw Bobby and Anna handle the new kids with their registrations, room assignments and class schedules. Professor McCoy handled the returning students since Headmistress Ororo thought that he might scare the new students away. Alyssa couldn't help but chuckle every time she thought about it. She gave some of the new kids a wave then went over and chatted with them - Asking them their names and what can they do. She met a Jessica, who is a Telepathy, Carlos, who is a Technopathy and even two twins, Daniel and Danielle, who could do illusion casting but the defect was, they had to be holding hands with one another.
While wondering around the mansion, she didn't even see one glance of her brother. She shook her head as she went through the kitchen and out the back door, seeing a greenhouse out back as she smirked a little bit. She opened the door then entered as she saw all of the plants and bushes. Her hand had reached out to touch one of the plants but was stopped by hand, grabbing ahold of hers.
"Do not touch!" Alonzo shouted with an eye roll as he dropped his sister's hand and turned heel. The young male had on a white lab coat, along with eye goggles. "So, what brings you to my Castle of Plants?" He questioned towards her while spraying a few of the plants with water as he often looked up at her. "Well, I just wanted to see what you were up and to let you know that you're missing the meet and greet." She squealed with excitement as Alonzo shrugged his shoulders with a scoff. "I don't care about the meet and greet." Alyssa rolled her eyes as she leaned on one of the tables. "I know but you could at least try to like it..." She leaned off of the table and walked closer to him, placing her head onto the top of her hands, making a puppy dog face. "For me."
Alonzo tried his best not to look at his sister but couldn't help it. "Ah, alright. Give me a moment." Alyssa stood there with her arms over her chest. Alonzo took his goggles off and hung them up along with his lab coat. Shocking enough, he also was wearing pink and black. "You've got to change!" They both shouted towards each other simultaneously. Alyssa flipped her hair towards him then walked off from his but he trailed not too far behind.
"Aren't you hoping you meet some of your friends from last year?" She asked him with a smile as she pushed open the back door, leaving it open for him to enter. When he entered, she closed the door then lead him into the main hall, where almost everyone was gathered. His expression told the story. He didn't want to be there in the mix of all of this.
A soft, almost angelic like voice crept up behind them as they turned around. "Headmistress Munroe!" Alyssa squealed, giving her a tight squeeze then releasing her. Headmistress Munroe eyes fell upon Alonzo as she raised a delicate brow. "What's wrong?" Alonzo smacked his lips then pointed his thumb towards his sister. "She came and got me out of the greenhouse and brought me here. I don't like it." She smiled then raised a hand up and caressed his face. "Aw, cheer up, sweetie. It'll all be over soon enough." She said as she brought her hand back to her side then stepped in between them both, standing in the center of the main hall.
"Students and facility, please, come with me to the auditorium where I will hold a brief orientation speech." She spoke clear and concise for everyone to hear and understand her. Her heels clicked against the floorboards as Alyssa basically dragged Alonzo towards the auditorium for the speech.
Headmistress Munroe directed the staff to come and sit behind her as she waited for everyone to file into their seats before beginning. This was going to be a great year. Ororo could feel it, or at least she hoped that this year wasn't filled with surprises.
Alyssa sat there and listened to Alonzo ramble on and on about plants. She wanted to staple his mouth shut or slap him so that he would shut up but she ignored those thoughts. Her eyes looked back just as Bobby and Anna closed the doors then walked down to the stage to join the rest of the staff. But Ororo still waited for everyone to settle in before beginning.
