The ambassadors look confused. The Jade Ambassador is the first to speak up.

"Chi is innate in all things. Anyone can learn to harness its power whether or not the gods ordained it or a great master . You have no need for this deception wrapped in honeyed words. If you are what you claim then revealing this to us should be a simple feat. As for these strange-nosed men, I have not seen one, nor do I see how such a thing proves that you are anointed by the divine."

The imperial and Zhailving ambassadors appear to be talking to themselves.

"Are you sure? This might be useful, somehow, I'm not sure..."

"Y... You're probably right..."

"Yeah... that does sound like a good idea..."

Meanwhile...

"Are you certain?"

"Oh, that is what I had planned. Do not worry, do not worry. I plan to show you all the full capabilities of our people. Still, I do apologize. I am no user of Chi, therefore, I didn't know it could be used in such manner." Tuldor said, pulling a small cigar from the table, and it was really more like of an old pipe, and gently smoked, before looking at Indra. A small nod came from him, as Indra took a step forward.

Indra's eyes them shined. The powerful flow of Chakra in the air could be felt, as behind everyone, a good and safe distance away, blue chakra moved in the air and started spinning in a spiral motion...The space in the middle of it went dark, before, space bent, and...In the other side, a dojo could be seen, with the sounds of fighting being heard...

Ashura smiled, and explained. "What you see, my good man, is the power of Chakra. We call Indra's ability with it Space Time Ninjutsu, and the eyes you see, also a result of Chakra. It's pretty amazing. It's a family thing-- You guys know of that, right? Last I recall, your Paladins were one big family, so I assume they awakened their family mutation already for Chakra...It's heriditary and all."

Indra stepped on Ashura's foot.

"...Yes, Indra can also use my Wood Release, which allows me to create trees, similar to nature release. We have more knowledge on this sort of powers, of course. Many clans here have them."

Only one family couldn't harness multiple, after all...Only a single one.

"Now then, shall we go? I assure you, the portal is perfectly safe. We're going to visit an old friend who I believe might make my words seem more truthful."

Action: Three more cards

Cardicarious shrugged at the realization that his creatures were attacked. "Meh. Take down some, I sprout more. For example..."

The card god then produced three orbs, swirling with thought and care.

With a swish of his hands, three orbs descended onto the world below, the cards inside bringing forth the retribution that came to his creations.

The gods appeared once again in the Hall, atop their thrones, or, in the case of the Outsiders, standing beside the thrones, or, on a beanbag chair, as Inqui usually was. The feast had once again been prepared, composed of the flavorless foam that seemed to be the only thing the gods actually could eat, along with the mildly intoxicating nectar that stood to function as the pantheon's only escape from this world. Nothing much seems to have changed. The lunar angel continues to play it's repetitive tune, though one thing in particular seems to be different. The throne of the navigator, previously filled by Divisi, who... may have been the navigator? Perhaps not, as now it is filled by another. A goddess draped in blue and emitting a soft "aaahhhh" for all to hear.

@CutieBoop
Marah groaned as she limped across the snowy mountains, the terrain was treacherous as there was a crack and ridge in every step that attempted to impede her, the half-snow and half-frozen hail pattered against her figure, making her feel as if she was being stoned by petty rocks thrown by an angry mob as the icy wind howled at her ears, the battle with that crazy knight was long and hard, her insane proclamations that she was some corrupted incarnation of the First Heroine had sense when she dished out giant beams from her sword that were almost divine like, for gods sake she teleported her to some snowy wasteland and destroyed half the mountain range! The only reason Marah killed her was because she dodged her every attack and hit her as hard as she can, jutsu after jutsu, strike after strike, from explosions to meteorites thrown at her, the battle was long and hard, but now, she was gone, and Marah was still her in the mountains.

She screamed at the sky in rage.

"FOR GODS SAKE! WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?! AGHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

She breathed loudly as she could feel the hail trying to sink into her skin, but she concentrated so they would bounce off, because if she kept letting them sink in, she would eventually be weighed down by them and thus sink to the ground, and she didn't want that.

Eventually amongst the icy fog, she could see a cave, she chuckled to herself, weakly, the pain was still fresh, it was if her soul was attacked by that knight, she could feel like her limb were limping and broken when she was a slime, suffice to say she wasn't having a good day, anyways she was relieved when she found a cave.

"h-hehehah! A-A cave! Y-yes, w-warm, s-soothing c-c-cave!" she said weakly as her teeth chattered, she limped to the cave before collapsing at the entrance, she snapped her fingers as a lick of fire appeared at her palm, it drained what little chakra she had, but god the fire was so hot and warm, it made her feel better in this arid wasteland.

Marah groaned as she look up at the ceiling, she wondered what is her hubbie and loved ones were doing right now, were they looking for her? She chuckled to herself as she thought a dark thought, no, they wouldn't find her, when she used a wind jutsu to clear out the fog momentarily, the night sky didn't hold any familiar stars or constellations, meaning she was far from home, meaning she had to get back, but first, her eyes grew heavy, sleep, sleep is what she needed.

"F-First Hero, if...hearing this, please.....gi..ve....h...elp" and just like that, she went out cold.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------[X|O]---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Inqui gasped as her body went straight up, she breathed deeply as her mind booted up, what happened? Oh, the memories came to her, Krassmass, the boss battle, her proclaiming her love to Ocaeril and Ocaeril returning it back, she chuckled, it was all good, nothing to fear, although there was this nagging feeling that something was amiss, something that needed to be done, she sighed, she'll think about that later.

She looked around as she picked up a piece of roast and stuffed it inside her helmet for her to eat, the hall of the gods was normal as always when she noticed something.

"Isn't that, isn't that Ocaeril's mom?"
"Oh I was right"
Indeed she was
"Helsa, Helsa! Look! It's my mom! Do you remember her?! She baked us cookies! I mean I think she did in the past but she certainly did something like that! Say hi to her! Mom say hi to Helsa! She's grown to be a bit of a bi-- mean lady but she's getting better!"

...Jesus, that's one personality shift there. He almost sounds like a child. In fact, he acted exactly like this in the past... When he wasn't being a brat, though. Still, he showed of Tiamat like a proud trophy he had. Like a proud son showing off how good his mom was.

BlackCat-055 BlackCat-055

Soon, he turned to Inqui, his tails wagging around. "Inqui! Say hi to my mom! Do you remember her? In fact! Everyone! Say hi to my mom! She's the best mom and anyone who tries to hurt her will get immediately destroyed!"

...Mood shift again. There's context to that.
Inqui chuckled, Ocaeril was always like that, she walked to Ocaeril and Tiamat.

"Yes I indeed do Ocaeril my love, indeed I do!"

she looked to Tiamat and bowed deeply in respect.

"Greetings to you Primordial Mother, I greet you again, it seems you have awaken and finally join us yes? How are you ma'am?"
( CutieBoop CutieBoop )

Inqui looked at Ocaeril as she gave out a mental image.

Inqui Rey said:
"Ocaeril, umm, was, was before? Remember the flowers and me? in the dress? Yeah umm, do you remember that? Was it all real?"

Inqui hoped dearly it was real, what if it was simply just a dream? A lovely yet still nonetheless a fake dream, a deep dark feeling growled in her gut, she hoped dearly it was true and not a lovely illusion, it would break her heart if so.

while the representative of Camelot (@BlackCat-055)
Merlin-Tan, who was now an adult by now, called themselves "Merle" as a way to distance themselves from their father/mother, they looked similar enough to their progenitor, which is why they were named Merlin-tan after all, but there was some differences, while their parent, Merlin, smelt of flowers and had flowers appear wherever she/he goes, Merle had a scent of ash and fragrant oil, a strange yet nice smell nonetheless, they also had red eyes like rubies instead of their parent's amethyst purple eyes, they also had cat ears that were of the same color as their snowy-white hair that was instead of let down like a furry mane like their parent, tied down into a short pony-tail, they also had more simple white robes that had black underclothes underneath with a hole for their tail at the back, and instead of a staff, they carried nothing at all except rings upon rings on their fingers, many of them extravagant in nature and filled with precious metals and gems, they also had strange writings on them, which if they could understand, was actually runes upon runes and ancient words from languages not of this world (aka Earth), aside from that, their appearance was androgynous enough that one could mistake them for either gender, which was true, strangely enough, they could never really discern whether they were female or male, they did not know why except only the fact that it not innate in nature, happened during their time as a fetus, when they were born, or shortly after, and it definitely was because of their parent, the effect of this strange curse was that they're sexual signs were reduced to a none, making them androgynous in appearance, and their...down under was frankly either of male, female, at once, and simply gone all at once, it was a strange condition, which her mother named it as "Schrodinger's Gender", and why does that have to do with the weird blonde cat kid in one of her mother's strange uniforms that he sees around every now and then, they do not know why, but oh well, other from that, they had their hood over as to cover their face and hide their ears, and tied their tail around their waist too, it wouldn't do well for the Jade ambassador to get mad at
them for being a Nekomatus.

As of now they were talking with their dear mother.

Tanya and Merle in a Mental Conversation said:
Tanya: Now Merle, you do know what's your objectives here right?

Merle: Yes, yes, I do know mother, establish contact with Konoha, find out more about it, propose a trade plan with them to get more potential customers and investors, and swindle in any possible new assets and special personnel that we could use to boost Camelot, I remembered all of it cause you keep repeating it to me dear mother, relax mom! I know what I'm doing, you know you wouldn't let me do it if you believed I couldn't do it

Tanya:...true, but I want to make sure and as you know be-

Merle:-tter safe than sorry, yes I know that saying mother.

Tanya: you do know it's an offense to show disrespect to your superior official, less the executive leader in the chain of command right?

Merle:*mental sigh*, is it wrong to call you mom when we're simply talking with each other mentally?

Tanya: It will help build up your discipline and be a respectful member of this company

Merle:...

Tanya:...

Merle:you know you don't have to look after me, I'm already well-respected so you don't have to keep track of me to make sure I'm okay ma'am.

Tanya:*mental sigh*, well yes, you are highly respected and have a good record, very well then, I simply want to ensure that all of my workers are doing well, even the ones that are my wards, I'd hate if people were to call me a nepotist for being soft on you.

Merle:I understand mother, it's alright, anyways I will have to do the negotiations now, I'll ping you if there's something really significant at hand.

Tanya:Very well then, good bye

*Tanya logged off*

*DM Host has logged off, closing DM*

Merle sighed, their mother was certainly a hard one to interact, but they could simply chalk it up to tough love, no one could really get an affectionate thing out of her most of the time anyways, so it was no deal.
For one, the Nekomatus Empire's ambassador had not even shown up
Merle raised an eyebrow at the empty space where the Nekomatus Ambassador should be, well that's interesting, although to be fair, there reaction to the offer was understandable
Worse, the Empire's ambassador seems to have arrived with a fleet of warships escorting him
Aaand the Empire as always were being buffons, it was natural for these people.

Tuldor coughed.

"Believe what you will. But, I can assure you of Konoha's worth. And I am no Messiah. That would be the First Hero, if you know your story. I am simply one chosen by him. I have no plans for being a priest, nor carry out his undeniable will and orders, or at least, all of them. If you wish, you can ask the Beasts themselves when you return if they're made from Ocaeril himself. I don't personally care."

Somewhere within the halls, the god of evolution twisted the strings of evolution upon his champion, controlling his voice like a puppet...

Ashura then growled quietly as they called his father insane, as Indra just gave him a sideways glance. Nobody noticed that.

"Now, let's move from that. If we stay on one topic for too long, we'll stay here for a long, long time. First of all, I wish to show Konoha's worth to all of you. It seems you still have doubts about our power. I want you all to sit down and calm down, I simply said those initial words as to explain why I assigned this meeting. There is proof we possess blessings from other gods, such as Assyrian. I did say in my letter we possess Chi, and from what I remember, no one in our city is from the Jade Empire. Tell me, how could a small city such as ours be able to suddenly possess such power? We were only a few when we arrived here. And Chi is quite recent, too. A certain 'temple' visit our city and taught Chi to our martial artists." Tzzz. Tzzz. The strings flew around...Making his words charismatic...

"Secondly, to prove that Ocaeril does possess influence in this city. Have you met, the..."

Tuldor stopped to think for a moment, before turning to his children.

"Do we have a name for them? You know, the big-nosed ones."

Indra shook his head and shrugged. "We just call them villagers."

"Okay, the villagers. The ones that...Just say 'hrrmmm.' They came from the seas one day, and unlike the other deep ones, they didn't attack us. In fact, they were squid once, who quickly evolved. Ocaeril is a god of evolution, so I have reason to believe he was the one who allowed such rapid growth. They are kinda...Annoying, though. I fear to see the day they start speaking." A low chuckle escaped his lips.

"And third...The Imperials use Chakra, yes? I wish to show you all our proficiency with it if you don't mind?"

The strings stood still, having done all they can. The god simply awaited the other's answers.

"Also, if the Villagers charged you all Emeralds for something, I deeply apologize."

Snort.
Merle chuckled.

"That is alright, I did not have the pleasure to meet them" Merle said with a sing-song tone.
Farmer Joe: Conversational

A light snicker could be heard throughout the room as Joe laughed at the mortal's stupidity.

An Alliance? That's some Axis propaganda right there.

He whispers in the Imperial ambassador's ears.

"What are you doing here? This is an utter waste of time, you should be back home with your children."
Farmer Joe: Conversational

Joe could see the face of conflict on the Imperial's face, so he had a flower spritz some magical pollen up his nose.

There you go.

The pollen would make him more immune to any mind coercion. Imperial interests must be protected.
Merle narrowed their eyes, something was wrong with the Imperial Ambassador, their nature as quarter-Incubi and being trained in magic, they gotten a sort of sense for magical happenings, helped that their mother was able to modify people and let them smelt every kind of magical smell, this was divine, which meant this was a work of a god, meaning they couldn't do anything, hopefully it wouldn't turn out badly.

Merle quirked their head.

"Yes, this is quite valuable to Lady Tanya, yes, very valuable" Merle murmured under her breath there wasn't much people who can teleport, the few ones who can are only Heroic Spirits or checkpoints that had many magical signs and runes placed on it to even be able to teleport, yes, if this is hereditary, then Lady Tanya will definitely want it, Merle smiled like a predator inwardly, but of course to maintain an approachable aura, they simple smiled happily.

Merle was the first to go as they nodded to Tuldor and went in, they can defend themselves if it was a trap anyways.

Inqui hoped dearly it was real, what if it was simply just a dream? A lovely yet still nonetheless a fake dream, a deep dark feeling growled in her gut, she hoped dearly it was true and not a lovely illusion, it would break her heart if so.

Ocaeril was currently drinking wine and having fun with Tiamat, eating a lot of food, and just acting like a child at a party, overall. When Inqui sent him a mental message, however, he simply blinked, and looked at her, that childish expression on his face now gone, replaced by his usual, soft expression. Soon, his Tails and ears would seemingly disappear, as walked over to Inqui, and placing a hand on her cheek, he moved it down to her chin and gently lifting it up...He placed a kiss on her lips.

"It was." He sad simply, smiling. "You don't need to ask through my mind. We have nothing to hide, really."

This man just kissed a girl in front of his mom, damn.

While she was having the family dialogue with Ocaeril, Inqui would be greeting them again. For the first time in a while, Tiamat would be seeing her. "Aaaaaah, aah. Aaaaaahhhhh. Aaaaaahhhhh..." (Ah, Inqui. It felt great to be awake again. I've missed you all since my slumber...) And, for the first time, she can see the romance between Ocaeril and Inqui! This takes her back. That is why Tiamat smiles. "Aaaaahhhh ahhhhhhh. Ahhhhhh!" (Your relationship reminds me of old times. They were pleasant and quite the experience!) Except, well, Tiamat was the one who created the husband, for a time when they used to be family. It's weird, but pleasant!

Another interesting factor was that Ocaeril made his ears and tail gone. That is part of evolution, after all. It makes a change in life as beings grow and form. It gives her some more ideas of what to create for land or sea. "Aaa, aaaaaahhh? Ahhhhh? Aaaaahhhh?" (Now, how about you and the others? Have your journies fared well? Have you made new discoveries?) As Tiamat asks, it's for the idea of something new for land and/or sea, either by request or by her own wants. But, she could make the beginning of other things, or create a new addition to something existing. Ideas were galore for Tiamat.

Reluctantly, the ambassadors followed merlin through the portal, although the imperial thought to make a comment.

"Did you just insinuate that our empire's holy order is inbred?"

The Jade Ambassador also thought to make a sarcastic comment.

"And yet you claim that Assyrian himself visited your people. Were such a thing true he would have taught all who would have listened. I would expect one claiming to represent the god of life and evolution to have jumped at such an opportunity. Forgive my assumption, your holiness."

Despite their open ridicule of tuldor, for whatever reason, none of them even think to leave. The Imperial and Zhailvite continue to talk to themselves, and even while mocking him, they did it nicely.

Ashura looked at the Imperial, but not giving a mean look at the Jade Empire ambassador. His eyes showed a lack of restraint, and it was clear he was ready to jump at him and break his face. But, Indra responded instead of him.

"No." He said, crossing his arms. "Forgive me, but if you read any books, you'll know that the most powerful Chakra users on your Empire are all Paladins of the same family. If they weren't, they would possess varied abilities, no doubt. The fact that they all possess the same shows how obvious it is how they're all a single family. And if they were inbred, they would be rather...Genetically inconsistent. What my brother is saying is- You only have one clan. That is a mistake. Nature Releases generally are consistent between clans, which would be rather inconvinient for you all, considering the weakness wheel of it. If you consider our treaty, we can show you the specifics of Chakra, how to work with it, and proper training in it that would be beneficial to all your warriors."

As for Tuldor, he snickered at the Jade Empire ambassador.

"I'm no worshipper of Assyrian, nor am I a martial artist." He said simply. "Assyrian specifically taught the users of the Eight Gates of Death- because in his words, it was quite dumb and inconsistent. And I will remind you once more."

Tuldor stopped in front of the portal.

"In case you are deaf, I don't follow Ocaeril's will like a puppet. I am no one to preach about him. I am simply one who was chosen by him. Nothing more, nothing less. Perhaps before you do insults in my land, you ought to pay more attention to what I say. So I'll say it again-- I have no interests in learning martial arts. I am content with what I have. It would take away from my job and leader, as well as be useless, as I specialize in Ninjutsu. And besides...Trying to keep balance in all skills you have is a useless thought. Only Demigods have that power, and I, sir, am no demigod, nor immortal to sit down and learn. If I was, I was going to make so every member of this village learns it, members who worship other gods, members who are just civilians, and I, sir, do not wish that."

And this time, Ashura spoke.

"And I will ask, before you come here threathening all of us and openly mocking what we worked for...Know that we aren't afraid to bite back with words."

With that, they all passed through the portal, and in the other side...

The presence of the rawest of Chi's could be felt/seen, alongside Chakra.

A old man with a bowl cut hair was moving at impossible speeds around a dirt battlefield inside a room- hitting a heavy piece of metal that seemed to be a sand bag of sorts, or at least, trying to be. His kicks hit deep and caused deep damage, and his body seemed to be burning. His energy was beyond of the Jade Ambassador- in a way that was just embarrassing. The way he moved, kicked, and attacked was beyond his skills.

The man kicked the metal up, and, doing a spin in the air, with a single kick, it was ripped in two effortlessly, before he landed down, screaming something...

"YOUTH!"

Dust rose up, as Tuldor just coughed silently.

"Lee? We have visitors."

The man turned to the ambassadors, before his presence died out.

"Ah! Tuldor! How are you, my friend? Are these the ambassadors you spoke of? Well met! I am Dai Lee, the leader of the Taijutsu users in this village, and worshipper of Assyrian!"

"Yes, yes, I came here to show them your power, Lee. They have...Doubts."

"Oh?" The old man grinned. His presence flared up again. "Is that so? Well, I am here to prove the power of Konoha, of course! What do you suggest?"

"Hmm..." Tuldor thought for a moment, before looking at the Jade Empire ambassador. He then turned to Indra. "Indra, my son, what do you suggest?"

Indra smiled.

"Well, the Jade Ambassador seems to have quite a bit of confidence in his skills, don't you think? He did say he was able to take us all out at once...And likely the rest of the village, too! I have reason to believe he is just as strong as you, Lee."

"IS THAT SO?" Lee grinned like a dragon. "Why, you have the power of youth, and the great Assyrian within you, my friend! You certainly must be strong. Why don't we have a short duel, just so I can prove to you Assyrian's teachings are in safe hands?"

...This is going to suck.

Farmer Joe: Conversational

Joe will whisper into the Imperial's ears. "Someone's calling your nation's best warriors inbreeds. What will the King ever do if he heard of such blasphemy?"

This will be fun.

Inqui blushed as Ocaeril was able to remove her helmet and kissed her, she truly loved and trusted Ocaeril as only people who she trusted could open her helmet aside from her and people who did it with force, and well Ocaeril did it gently, so he was in the first category.

Inqui kissed back before looking down as she held Ocaeril's hand.

"T-thank you, I-I won't hide our love my love!"

Inqui flinched as she saw Tiamat and started to stutter and fidget like her old self before realizing Tiamat was okay with her love with Ocearil, which she sighed in relief.

"Ah hello ma'am! It's nice to see you awake! We had good journies and we made many things, Ocaeril made something called Chakra and many more things while I influenced the world as I placed people in the world who had parts of my powers called Incarnateds, all in all, things are good, we just recovered from an event called Krassamass"

Merle quirked their head and smiled when they saw Dai Lee, ahh this must been the energetic man yes? He seems to be full of "youth" despite being so old, Merle thought.

Merle nodded to Tuldor, to get his attention.

"Yes you seem to have such interesting ways to negotiate Mr. Tuldor, but I ask if there are things that would be useful to Camelot? I simply wish to know as we will..give possible things so to say as Tanya is interested in helping out any things related to the Incarnateds, perhaps it would be okay if we place a trading post here? If we can do so, we can supply our goods to this place and have a wider range in our business prospects, we can even slide a deal of cut prices and a share of the profits we have in benefit for Konoha, how does that sound Mr. Tuldor?"

Kurantse Action I
'Karter' stands before a machine, tapping his chin thoughtfully. The room housing it is currently empty, aside from the incognito deity and two men other men- Misters Marshall and Darke. The secret facility's workers have all gone home for the day.

"So, Karter," the first drawls out, "Why exactly did you want to access the machine on such short notice?"

"I had some ideas, I wanted to deal with them before I forgot." He replies. "Say, do you have any Puckle guns in storage?"

"We do have a few, yes. They've provided a number of interesting refinements in the past. Automatic cannons, that sort of thing," Darke says.

The disguised merchant god grunts. "Good. Let's go grab one, then put it in on the Fine setting. If this works out, it'll be huge."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The three men stand in silent anticipation as the anomalous machine whirs and clunks. After what seems like a way longer time than it actually was, it makes a resounding ding, and its 'Output' cabinet opens.

Within is what looks to be just another revolving cannon, nowhere near as interesting as the various Very Fine products that had come from the same base. The merchants lean over it, two faces bemused, one pensive.

"While this is indeed a Fine item, I'm not sure what its special significance is, Karter," Darke says, an unstated query in his tone.

Kurantse absently shakes his head. "You're not gonna be selling this directly. I want to to find some of the best craftsmen you can, and have them start working out how this thing is put together. Then, you can have them make more. And start throwing more shit in there, while you're at it."

MK&D have begun reverse-engineering various non-anomalous weapons created by 914. They now know how to construct Gatling guns, as well as single-action revolving pistols and rifles. Additionally, they put a wind-up toy into the machine on Very Fine, and got a reverse-engineerable coal powered chicken walker. Currently, these are being produced in secret by Zhailving factories.

Ocaeril chuckled quietly to himself, as he saw down in a chair, still holding the wine that seemed to depict the events of the ambassy occuring. Looking between both Tiamat and Inqui, he grinned. "Oh, of course, of course. I created Chakra mainly as a way to ensure magic is safer and open to everyone, while still allowing got physical activity. Now, it's a serious contender for the Winds themselves. Currently, however..."

Ocaeril looked at his cup once more, smiling, before showing it to both Inqui and Tiamat. "I am currently seeing my chosen work out a treaty for peace with Zhailving, the Empire, and the Jade Empire. Things are going relatively well...But the others are quite arrogant, I must say. Although, I don't blame their skepticism. Perhaps I ought to make an appearance..."

Ocaeril then had an idea. "Mother, Inqui, I have an idea. Why don't you help me with this endeavor? I'll allow worship, and for you both to meddle with the affairs if the treaty is made, and work alongside me. For now, I would like you two to help me to ensure this treaty goes the right way."

Ocaeril then nudged to Tiamat.

"Could you perhaps birth ideas in their minds about the treaty? Ideas that are genuine, and would show the good this would do, politically, military, economically, and so on. As well as make them calmer and less arrogant. The children of my champion have quite the bite with words...You could also summon creatures that would act great as pets and combat creatures, while allowing for development like me. Inqui, this treaty would also make sure your Incarnates would grow stronger and in a environment of peace. What do you both say?"

Meanwhile, at Konoha...

At Merle's response, Tuldor clapped his hands in joy. "Why, that is a great deal, I just say! We possess seals that use Space Time Ninjutsu, although so far, they are only useful for short teleportation. With your support and research, we could create the safest trading routes possible, as well as teach one another ways of Chakra and magic, while keeping our people happy with cultural exchanges from each of our lands. This is a treaty meant to keep the people happy, as well!"

Indra smiled, nodding to his father's words. "Ah, certainly, the possibilities for growth are many. Our combined power would be great, no doubt. Principally with the help of our gods. Our knowledge should certainly reach new heights, as well."

The joys of young love! It creates a wonderful opportunity to make new things; like how she and Abzu would create boats, which evolved over time, to navigate the big seas. Chakra, the Incarnated, and many more were to be in the hands of Inqui and Ocaeril. It's pleasing to see new ideas sprout to life. For them to enjoy each other and for them to create something together is amazing.

However, they seem to be working on a plan. To sprout ideas, to create protection pets for the people... "Aaaahhh. Aaaaaaaaahhh. Aaaaahhhhhh." (Of course. I'll do my best to convince them. It will start with a piece of paper.) Tiamat hopes to see who some of the ambassadors were so she can send the message, but first she will focus on trying to conjure up paper. Which mostly involves her clapping her hands, then spreading them apart to make the piece of paper. Thus, the birth of new paper! The pen will be made from a strand of her hair, solidifying it to have a holdable form, and decored with a feather.

Whenever she's ready, with a pen and paper to existence, she'll also make that reminder. "Aaaahhhhh, aaaahh. Aaaah aaaaaahhh!" (Be sure you let Inqui know what to do as well, I will be writing. It's nice to meet her again!) After that, a smile and she's ready to write some anonymous messages. All that's needed is to seat herself at a table then begin her work. The question is what will she write? She'll have to observe, keep track of the meeting before 'sending' messages.

--------------------------------------------------

When finished, Tiamat looked at the letters and blew them away, the papers themselves dissipating and the words following elsewhere.

In Konoha...

The first idea reached all ambassadors, and it reads, (Gossip is not helpful in cultural matters. Gossip can only spread and worsen the relationships between each country. Would I want that?)

The second idea reaches the Imperial, and it reads, (... He's not entirely wrong. Maybe I do need more groups of paladins. More paladins, from different families. Normal families, exactly. And more clans, from different groups... diversity is a necessary to our culture. That way, we can get the best benefits of this power.)

The third idea reaches the Jade Ambassador. It reads, (Don't assume he's some sort of crazy person. He's trying to make it mutual between us and him. He's doing the best he could. I can just try to listen to him before I challenge him, won't I? I just need to see the demonstration of this chakra before I ask.)

The fourth idea went to the Zhailving ambassador, who will get something simple from this idea. It reads, (The opportunities to trade are increasing. If I were to follow this deal, coming from Merle and Tuldor, I need to establish honesty for each trade. It is no good to be deceived while trading from other countries of my own!)

The jade ambassador was clearly hesitant.

"I-I am... no royal guard, and while my initial task here may have been to prevent nekomatus from gaining even more power, this negotiation has peaked my interest and such childish activities would only serve to distract from the purpose of- this, uh... meeting... Excuse me a moment."

The Jade ambassador took a few large steps away from the Kohonians, joining his fellow ambassadors, with the exception of Merle, who at this time, was speaking with Tuldor. Given his preoccupation, he could not hear the group.

"We have seen much that interests us, p-please allow us to discuss a matter privately."

They huddle up.

"I'm sorry but can any of you hear that?"

The Imperial immediately answers, sweating considerably.

"Yes! I thought I was crazy! What is going on!?"

The Zhailving ambassador interjects.

"I have no clue, I've been hearing voices in my head this whole time saying this is a great deal! I mean it sounds like a good deal on it's own, allying with an island of sorcerers and all, but really, this is freaking me out. And now it's talking like my mother!"

The Imperial rapidly nods and responds.

"Really? it was telling me to leave and that I should be angry at these people! But then just now, I get this idea in my head that ain't mine, gossip and would my mom want that? It's weird! And look at Tuldor, anything seem off about him? Man just seems like a natural leader, like we should listen to him and follow him until the end. Had I not spoken to him I'd think him royalty! What is happening?"

The Zhailving ambassador scratches his chin for a moment.

"Maybe he's telling the truth? Maybe he really is a prophet?"

The jade ambassador cuts back in.

"Or, perhaps this sorcerer is simply trying to bend our will to his own. He doesn't strike me as a madman, but a ruler in the making. I do not sense deceit, and that is what worries me. This man can link two points in space with such little effort, who is to say he cannot put on some false glamour and plant thoughts into our minds."

The imperial pulls out a dagger.

"I say we put a stop to this right here! Right no-"

The jade ambassador grabs his hand and holds it still.

"Do not be a fool, none of us can hope to face these mages in battle, I see that now and realize I was sent on a fool's errand. Perhaps it best if we play along, surely his influence will not last once we leave this place."

The imperial responded,

"Agreed. Should we let the Camelot ambassador in on this plan?"

The Zhailving ambassador shook his head and spoke.

"Agreed, and no way, camelot has been the enemy of both our nations for so long they'd sell us out of pure spite."

"Alright, follow my lead."

The jade ambassador turns to face Tuldor, tapping him on the shoulder to get his attention.

"I have spoken to my fellow ambassadors and, needless to say we are all... *ahem*... Thoroughly impressed with your island. However, we will need to speak with our respective leadership before any treaty with your people is finalized, bureacracy and all... Is there... anything else you required of us before we depart?"

The ambassadors, aside from Merle, were clearly anxious.

The ambassadors, aside from Merle, were clearly anxious.

Dai Lee seemed a bit disappointed that he refused his offer, but nodded respectfully. "I see, that is understandable. You still have YOUTH within you, child, so, make sure you grow well and strong! And if you consider our deal, I wish we can fight someday, not as a way to prove ourselves, but as allies!" Dai Lee seemed honest enough. He was...A really old man, though. Anyone at his age would likely be dead or in a wheelchair. But he still seemed to be going on despite all.

Thank God he didn't call him a old guy. With how this guy talks about youth...

This of course happened while Tuldor was talking to Merle, and was in the process of shaking hands with him, not noticing the ambassadors talking with one another. Indra and Ashura were looking at them curiously though, Indra's red eyes analyzing them in case they decided to attack.

But soon, that didn't occur, and they came back to him. Tuldor listened carefully, and nodded.

"I have three things I want to ask, in fact," Oh boy, this must be important--

"First off, for the Empire, I heard you're all great farmers...You mind sharing some of your tobbaco with me?"

...Okay, maybe not. Still, his grin was clearly one of someone who's joking, or not? He soon let out a hearty laugh for a old man, before shaking his head.

"Okay, okay, jokes aside, it's two things. First off...If possible, if you ever see any sightings of...Marah Otsutsuki, my wife...Could you...Perhaps let us know? I have reason to believe she is alive and well. I wish to see her one last time before I depart. If you could do that to me, you'd have my thanks and respect."

Indra and Ashura seemed surprised at their father's words, and Dai kept a straight, although more serious face.

"And second off...I wish to give you all a few gifts, for at least coming over. Here, have these."

Tuldor then pulled scrolls from his pocket, and gave them to each ambassador, Merle included.

"These are summoning scrolls. It allows you to summon some of my contacts, the druids of these lands. They are known for using my Sage Mode- The druidic art I used in combat."

To demonstrate, Tuldor infused himself with natural energy in the air, suddenly getting blue tattoos on his face, his eyes and pupils changing shape and color too, before going away.

"If you're ever in the need of something, you can use these to send a message to them. You can also send it to me, if you wish. I am also technically a druid, at the end."

Simply a gift of good faith, in case they wish to relay a message or wish help with something.

"Still, it was good to see you all here. Thank you for considering us." He then bowed respectfully, Indra and Dai doing the same, while Ashura did so reluctantly. "The Tailed Beasts shall accompany you all home, to ensure your safety. Safe travels, my friends."

Helsa, while normally she would stare in shock at the sudden reveal of the dragon god, was currently on fire.

And thus, she began to freak the hell out, rolling on the ground in panic.

Ocaeril, Action 1
CutieBoop CutieBoop

At the Hall of the Gods, Ocaeril would suddenly disappear as Tiamat did the same to follow his request.

Upon the land bellow, Ocaeril would take the form of a small bird, and fly around the land. As time passed for him, he would soon find a small, abandoned dragon egg in the mountains on a lone island on the seas.

Returning to his original form, Ocaeril would gently pick up the egg, and feel it. The dragon that would be born from it would be small, smaller than most of its siblings of members of its species. An abandoned child by its parents, a distant memory of the past...A gift for Tiamat that was worthy enough.

Enveloping the egg with his sphere and divination, Ocaeril flew to the skies above, finding storm clouds, specifically.

Placing a small spell on the egg to float in the middle of the clouds, Ocaeril disappeared, small golden strings connecting the egg to the heavens, as Ocaeril began his evolution...

One day, upon the lustrous lands of the oceans, a storm would start to brew itself near the lair of Tiamat. A thousand birds would cry and fly around in the sky, as the oceans would part and break apart, massive waves being formed in the middle of it, far, far away from any civilization, thankfully enough. Tornadoes would form, sending water above the clouds, that would soon start to form electricity on them. The skies roared, as the floor of the ocean would start to shake. The sound of a thousand birds chirping could be the only thing that Tiamat could hear before she could see a shape on the clouds...

The clouds would start brewing and brewing, fusing with one another into a singular storm cloud shaped like an egg, above all things. The 'egg' would start to have incredible amounts of electricity formed on the center of it, and no doubt, anything that it touched would get fried instantly. And even so, the thousand-birds would keep flying far away from the clouds, and keep singing on and on. As if signalizing something.

Then...As time would pass in what appeared to be an infinite time-frame, the storm would reach it's peak- the thunder and electricity hitting the ocean around it, and travelers from far away could see the concentrated storm on the distance, obviously keeping far away from it. That single storm would be known as one of the worst in Ocaeril's story, but even so, it never hit any boats or formed in a particularly well-populated area for sea creatures.

One day, however, the 'egg' of the storm would hatch after a long, long time of forming itself and growing.

One day, as the egg would hatch, the sound of the thousand birds could hear chirping at once, as a figure came down from it.

Craaaaaaack...Tzzt!
A dragon that made normal humans look like ants compared to him, being able to match even a Tailed Beast in size, whose teeth alone would require 3 grown men to reach its height. Red eyes that were like signalers on a storm, and a maw filled with the brim with sharp teeth in its long, slender and serpentine body. The birds would sing a singular song, that almost sounded like actual electricity due to how fast it was.

Travelers who were lucky enough to see the birth of the dragon would name him.

Kirin, The Thousand Birds

The dragon would be known, or, theorized to be a gift from Ocaeril to Tiamat, a protector of the seas, one who led travelers to safety. Kirin's presence would be known to any travelers on the sea or the land by the sound and presence of a thousand birds, before he appeared, to either lead those lost to safety, save cities from great disasters, or protect the seas or the land, while always following orders from Tiamat herself. Those seen by Kirin by normal means and alone would be known as Children of Lightning, and they would have great proficiency in lightning release. However, only those pure of heart would be graced by the dragon, and those rotten to the core would only know the cry of birds before they were subjugated by the storm incarnate.

Legends say that those killed by Kirin are reincarnated by Ocaeril and Tiamat, and fated to become better people in their life. Those worthy enough to call out the dragon's name would have him in a battle for only a few seconds, before never seeing the dragon in their lives again. However, most of these people were druids, whose hearts are pure.

Kirin would also relay a message to Tiamat herself, saying only one thing.

'Welcome back, mom.'

LET THERE BE LIGHT UPON THE DEEP, AND LET MAN AND GODS REJOICE IN THE GLORY OF THE SLEEPER WHO AWOKE

Zemrasil didn't move an inch as he caught fire. In fact, the fire changed black as it seemed to not even singe the lich's robe. Still, the light seemed to disturb Zemrasil greatly, as the creature simply raised a hand, and dimmed the light of the region around him to the point it was before Yimor's awakening. From his pocket of darkness, Zemrasil called out to Yimor, though not yet able to see his face.

"Yimor. I sought you out on behest of your daughter. I am Zemrasil, Bringer of the Decimation, at your service..."

The lich literally takes a bow, even doing a flourish at the end, seemingly directed at nothing.

Of course that his request went well. And with this much curiosity, the ambassadors had the suspicion of mind trickery with the form of a mother. Tiamat just thought of it as an interesting reaction from them, and giggled in the Hall of the Gods. She's having fun! "Aaaaah... Ahhhh aaaaah." (Aaaaah... Living beings are just so interpretive.) They weren't wrong. It was made by a mother, but it was more of them trying to see in their footsteps. Try to let them have a second voice that reconsiders things, and hopefully, make the beginning of a accepted alliance- maybe more. This should be enough, for now.

While looking out for the meeting, it seems a gift has come her way. When it arrived, what got her attention was the Kirin next to her, only saying, 'Welcome back, mom.' Tiamat made the most gentle, yet happy-sounding, 'Aaaaaahhhh...!' to signify her joy. Where did this Kirin come from? Where had it been? Is it lost? Lonely? She does want to hold or hug it, so she's ready to go for either or. "Aaaaah.... ah, ah, aaaaaaaaaa." (Don't worry little one.... I, Tiamat, will care for you like family and dragon-kin.) If anything, she really needed to thank someone. "Aaaahhh? Aaaah, aaaaa." (Where's Ocaeril? I'll need to see him too, before we celebrate this wonderful gift.) With that, she looks around for him, to see if he was present, or if he really was elsewhere... But hey, there is the dragon, and the other gods present. She's not alone, at the very least.

Baldur: Action 1

Somewhere on Ocearil, there is a crappy, miserable-looking forest. And somewhere within that crappy forest was an even crappier shack. It was run down, incompletely covered with filth, and it didn't even have a proper door. Just a large rock that blocked the shack's sole entrance. And the inside of the shack was even worse. It was filled to the brim with useless junk and smelly shrooms. Shrooms grown from dragon shit. Well, that's actually a lie. No self-respecting dragon would ever live in a crappy forest like this. In reality, they were grown from troll shit.

And if you think this stuff was bad, you should see the shack's owner: a sad, pathetic, balding, bearded old man who was incessantly stirring a cauldron while also occasionally yelling at the voices that didn't actually exist.

The old man carried on like this for some time. But after hearing a strange voice in his head, the crazy hermit stops his stirring.

You.

"Huh? What the?!"

You. Wizard. I have come to speak with you

"Ah shit. Not another one. Too many voices as it is. Can't deal with anymore. But wait, you don't sound like the others. Far too coherent. Must be magic-related. Hmm, yep. Definitely magic, or at the very least something close to it. Hold on, let me guess, hmm you a wizard? No. Ain't getting a wizard vibe. Druid? Nah. Definitely not a tree-fucking druid Or maybe...just maybe...you're a warlock! Yep! I'm betting on you being a warlock! A conniving little Gnome warlock. You little shits are always steal from me, and I am sick of it!"

....Excuse me?

"Enough is enough! No one tries to steal from Morlock the Mighty and lives to tell the tale! Only I can tell that tale, and it's going to be about you dying a horrifically painful and drawn-out death. Now show yourself so I can melt your bowels!"

I think there has been a bit of a mistake. I am no shaman, nor am I a gnome. In fact, I'm not even a mortal. I'm a God. A very special God, at that. One you are quite familiar with.

"Wait...don't tell me your.....Ah, shit. Don't tell me your.....Him. Just my fucking luck. First time a shit talk a God, and it turns out to be the most spiteful one. Well, let's just get this over with. No need to draw it out. Just smite me right here and now. Put an end to my miserable existence."

Uh, that won't be necessary. While it is true that I have something of a temper, I also have a tendency to want to preserve things that are integral to my machinations. And fortunately for you, you are such a thing.

"Wait, I am?"

Yes, you are! You see, I have decided that I need a Champion. And you, my deranged friend, have been chosen to be my Champion.

"Really!? Well, shit, looks like my luck is finally looking up! Goodbye shithole, I'm headed towards the Big Times!"

Yes. Now let's get down to business. You see, before I can make you my Champion, you need to first agree to a Bargain, which I happen to have a copy of for you to rea-

"I accept!"

Huh? Don't you want to read it first?

"Nah. That ain't necessary. Just give me my divine blessing, oh Mighty Baldur! Grant me your gift so that I will have the power to crush your foes, as well as punish everyone that has ever fucked me over! Like that prick back at the college who got me fired! Your time is coming, bitch!"

Well, alright. But before I begin, please be aware that you might feel some....discomfort.

With that, a bolt of lightening suddenly strikes the hermit wizard, and he begins to scream in agony as he is slowly changed by Baldur's 'gift'. While painful, the transformation didn't last for only. At most, it was ten minutes. But the experience was enough to incompletely drain poor Morlock, who was now a massive hideous beast with a horned skull for a head. Eventually, he began to stir as his strength slowly returned. Groaning at he struggled to his feet(or paws) Morlock rubbed his skull head with one of his clawed hands while he waved the other, conjuring up a floating magic mirror, so he could examine the changes done to him.

Finally standing, the monstrous wizard removes his clawed hand from his head and looks at the mirror, and what he saw upset him a great deal. It upset him so much so that wasn't able to speak for some time.

"The fuck?! What the fuck is this bullshit?!"

Is there a problem?

"Is there a problem?! Is there a problem?! Of course there's a fucking problem! I look like a goddamn freak! I thought you were going to turn me into a handsome Demigod or something, complete with overly-sized muscles and a full head of hair!"

Perhaps you should of listened to the whole deal, than. Anyway, I have a busy schedule, so I'll leave you to your moping.

Once Baldur left, poor Morlock went berserk and started smashing the remains of his shack, which was mostly destroyed during his transformation.

"Fuck my life!"
