The one I've helped time and time again t' work through problems, even if ya lashed out." He moved his forehead to rest against Masaru's. "So just because y've got a soft spot f'r yer family doesn't mean that any part of who you are has truly changed. Y've come a long way from a dark place, Masaru. We both have, and y've been so special in my eyes ever since the first day we got t'gether. You are you. Yer Masaru Alaois, and you'll ALWAYS be Masaru Alaois. Always." With that, the smaller male moved to softly kiss Masaru's forehead before looking him in the eyes once more. "I love ya so much, grumpytails. And yer a pain in the butt. Y'know how hard it is t' sensor myself f'r the safety of the kids? Gods." He then pulled a smile, hoping Masaru could somehow manage to do the same.
