"Itch cream, itch cream..." Reaver muttered, gently headbutting the bathroom door open before grabbing the small tube of medication. With a gentle hum, he'd roll up his sleeve - his brows having lifted as he looked over the tattoo. His arm red and raw from all of the scratching. "Well... at least the mark looks... finished? Not filled in, but... aaagh, gods. Y' think the itch will go away once I get used to it?"

Reaver asked Rika as she slowly would walk in. Her eyes studying the mark before she looked to him. "It's more than likely a reaction to the power you've received. So, yes. It probably will go away. Now, will ya hurry up, sir procrastinator?"

Reaver gave a nod, applying the cream as he sighed softly. A snicker escaping him as he put the medication back. "Hey, it was accidental procrastination!"

"Sure, and I'm an alligator." Rika rolled her eyes, leading the way out as Reaver followed. "C'mon. T' the library."

"All aspects of magic are explored at the college. Dark magic is done in a quarantined area, because it has a tendency to spook the novice recruits." He answered Zen happily, before turning to the other man "well, your a huge help then! Mind if I record what you have so far?" He said, ignoring the jab at his institute.

Zen didn't know what but something about this man was odd. Not to a point of annoying him no it was more like the feeling of knowing something but not knowing it at all."hmm...I'll have to ask you about some of the things you've learned a bit later if you don't mind..." Zen replied a puzzled look on his face "but before that I have to try on my new gauntlet" he spoke turning to Buh'roham.

Buh'roham nodded. "Very well. Reglius!" He yelled to the man leaning a wooden post. "Yeah boss?" "Retrieve the portable Library from my tent." "Sure boss." The man walked towards the center of camp, marked by an unlit bonfire. While he was gone Buh'roham turned to Zen with a proud smile. "Here is the prototype! I recommend testing on small creatures and returning to me with a report. Unit One is still fully operational, and easier to identify due to you touching it." Reglius returned dragging a large box on wheels. "Here you go boss." "Thank you my boy! Pushing a button swung open two doors, showing a bookshelf filled with books, all signed with 'The Traveling Lion, Buh'roham Jarho' and most had the Lion Crest. "The ones without the Crest are unfinished." Duke of Doge Duke of Doge zenreaper zenreaper

"Wow thanks I'll make sure to give you as much info as I can" exclaimed zen equipping his new gauntlet. It felt relatively snug but not enough to cause him discomfort "oh by the way I did do some experimenting with this arm of mine if you wish to hear the results"

"I most certainly would!" He said, pulling out a notebook. zenreaper zenreaper
”well while I was gone I decided to capture and test on small animals mostly squirrels. What I found is that after mutation I am able to communicate with and to some extent control what ever I have touched whether it be sentient or not. While the creatures resulting from the mutation do not attack me they hold no regard for their lives or those of whatever else might be around them meaning they will attack anything within range unless I tell them otherwise" zen explained

The two would then smile, nodding as they'd unexpectedly spoke in sync. "You'll probably be one of the first t' know." Both of the twins then looked to each other, their brows lifting before they, once more, continued to work.

"Awwwww! That's so sweet! I hope nothing ever bad happens between your mates and you, but it means a lot that you decided for me to be the first."

"I dunno how ya couldn't be the first. We all talk about nearly everything t'gether." Dei-Loki grinned, waiting for the potatoes to come to a boil as he watched the others at work.

"That is true. Since day one, when you two came into my life. My life got turned upside down."

"In a good way, I hope." Malvo smirked as she commented before sliding the vegetables into the skillet.

"Of course in a good way." He patted Malvo's head before finishing up the seasonings on the chicken breast. "Without you two, i would feel alone. Sine neither your mother or your aunt were able to harness the powers, they never really got me got me, but you two are and always will be my second best friend. Reaver's first of course."

"AW! Yer gonna make me cry..." Malvo grinned, turning the stove on while Dei-Loki would check the potatoes.

He snickered, finishing up the chicken and then tossing them onto several plates. He then add three basal leaves to each chicken breast and then added a small bit of lemon juice over it. "Sooooo. . . . Masaru and Dei are a thing. What about you, Malvo? Are you going to go anywhere with that Yuki girl? She seems reaaaaaaaaaal nice."

Dei-Loki perked his ears at that, grinning widely as he looked to Malvo, whom had been blushing following the question. "Weeeeeeeeeeell?"

"Just strain the potatoes, little Loki." Malvo huffed while playfully glaring to Dei-Loki before then averting her gaze to the vegetables. "A-And, I'm not sure. I know I'd like to, though..."

Graham awed. "My two sweet potatoes are all grown up now. Well, what do you feel about her, sweet potato?"

"I-I like her. A lot." Malvo lowered an ear, finishing up with the vegetables. "It's like, whenever I'm near her I can't be sad at all. Her personality is just so gentle. But it makes my stomach feel weird, and my heart races. It's a weird feeling all together but... I like it, and I'm in love with her. There! I said it!"

Dei-Loki grinned widely, mashing the potatoes as he'd listen.

Graham clapped his hands and gave a heart-warming laugh. He picked Malvo into his arms and twirled her. "I'm so happy for you, my sweet potato! Does she know any of this? Of your feelings toward her?" He leaned his head against her's, quirking his eyebrows.

Malvo blinked, laughing as she'd been twirled before wrapping her arms around him for an embrace. Her ears then twitched come the question. And, rubbing the back of her head, she'd answer. "She might, I mean, I told y' about the night after we all went through that horrible chain of past memories, right? About that dream she visited me in? I-I'm pretty sure she knows but, who knows, really? I could be completely wrong..."

Reaver flipped through the pages of the book he had. His ear softly flicking while he took notes. In fact, he was so caught up in taking notes, he hadn't realised the person sneaking up behind him.

Adrian, whom grinned widely, would soon slow to a stop right behind Reaver. His arms slowly lifting before he'd then quickly clamp them down on his little brother's shoulders. "WHADDYADOIN!?"

"AH!" Reaver yelped in surprise, jumping as the pencil in his hand would ignite - quickly turning to ash before it lit anything else on fire. To this, Adrian couldn't help but laugh, Reaver glaring over and up at him."Don't DO that!"

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, deartháir beag. It was far too tempting t' resist." Adrian snickered before pulling up a chair and sitting beside Reaver - whom grabbed another pencil. "Any luck on controlling any of this?"

"Quite a bit, actually." Reaver smirked, leaning back in his chair as he'd then stretch before patting Rika. "How was the meeting?"

"Too long, way too tiring. Makes me crave a vacation." Adrian grinned, looking off to the distance ahead of the two.

Reaver smirked, his ear lowering. "... And how's Zuzana?.."

"She's recovering well. She was able to leave the hospital wing and head t' her own room just this morning." Adrian gently exhaled. "I looked at the wound. It still looks bad, but certainly not as bad as it was. I swear t' the gods, Lucifel better fucking hope I don't get my hands on him... Am I a bad king, Reaver? Is it... is it bad that I couldn't even protect the love of my life from getting hurt so badly?.."

Reaver blinked a few times, as if surprised the topic had come up now. Brows furrowing, he watched his brother. "... Adrian, this is a war we're talking about. Now, I wasn't in the palace when this happened, but I know damned well that it would not have happened if y' weren't preoccupied with blighters. I mean, fuck. Y' tore our dad apart fer even breathing Zuzu's name! Plus, after Lucifel attacked, y' were right by yer wife's side. That's what truly matters."

Adrian, whom listened, offered a still pained smirk as he glanced to Reaver out of the corner of his eye. "... Thank y', Reaver..."

"Yer welcome, ya sappy fock." Reaver snickered, soon laughing from the punch he got in the arm. "Now, don't be tired just yet. You've got one more meeting, it would seem. We've got a representative of the Mage's college wishing to speak with you."

Adrian groaned, rubbing his face. "Gods damned war making me busier than ever..."

Reaver chuckled, patting his back gently. "This will hopefully be the last meeting of the day."

Buh'roham smiled, he quite liked to talk of his work. "Thank you. Well it started out a hobby, but certain events spurred it into my life's work, along with inventing. I've traveled the world many times over and wrote about my travels. I copy the finished works and put them in libraries, so that some young adventurer has a heads up on what's out there. I've written on flora and fauna, demons and various religions, magic and technology. If you wish to borrow some I don't mind, just return them at some point in your life." Duke of Doge Duke of Doge and zenreaper zenreaper (since he's standing next to us)

Zen had not really known about Buh'rohams past adventures. He had never really thought to ask though he did find it interesting. "Maybe I should have a look at your works sometime later" he thought aloud as he pulled a finger from his back pack, a slight trickle of blood falling from his mouth as he knawed on it.

Graham awed even louder and longer. "Yeah, i remember. You gotta tell her, Malvo. You have to! You could be missing a chance at happiness. I'm not blind. I may have extremely blind to Reaver liking me, but i'm not blind when it comes to you two. You look at her the same way she looks at you, pure love."

Yuki swiped back a lock of her hair, coming into the library slowly only to hear the part of Zuzu. She was about to return a book before walking a bit to the boys. "If you want i can still heal up Zuzu a bit more. Since her wound isn't as opened as it was last time i saw her, i can easily finish it fully and have her healed in more than a day or two rather than a week."
