no no, The government aka Hippogriff corp. and The Tsukino Clan have always had their disputes and it was low simmering until ten years ago when they attempted to steal away Katsumi. Now, they would've brushed it off had Christopher been a Tsukino instead of a Darkart and now since they've found Katsumi again, the fire has been restarted and a war is threatening to break out
