I like what you're going for there, but I'd ask that you dull down your powers just a smiggin' or explain them in a little more detail. (Because I do not know what exactly Occult magic is or how on earth it's used.) Or perhaps add in draw backs/weaknesses from using said powers.

Basically its like Necromancy or demonology. Except alot more not OP. Mainly to just cripple enemies, perform minor summonings and moving things with dark magic. Thats really how dull Occultism can get to be perfectly honest, but I cann see the other three being a bit overpowered, ill work it.
