"It's a sad tune... but... things might get better... no? Anyways... I'm not a 'in your face guy'... I sneak past... I spread the powder in the cracks of the wall... I go back... and... boom... Call me a rat if you must... I don't see that as an insult... Master of sabotage and espionage at your service... Who do I work for you may ask? The damn rebels are a huge customer base... I give them discounts though. For reasons..." (If @DarknessSpirit will allow it.) He mumbles for a bit, before groaning, his back sore. "Shit that hurts... Almost broke it years ago... still restricts me today..." He moves over to a small cabinet, and displays a small collection of about 20 heads. One of them still looks at him, saying 'kill me'. "Damn demons won't die... it's a beautiful thing really. Don't look at me like that! He attacked me first..."


Master of Black Powder: He can craft and build advanced items using black powder, such as explosives, cannons, muskets, etc.


Stealth: His small size allows for him to sneak around. He can also be very charismatic, talking his way out of many situations.


Trained Eye: His eyes are unnaturally keen, allowing him to have great perception, and to see events far before his body can react. Advantage? The debate continues.


Battle-Worn: He has been through many, many battles, and his body is taking a huge toll for them.

Powers:


Phoenix Fire: Being part phoenix she can control fire with ease and is able to cast and survive in phoenix fire, rendering fire based attacks very weak against her.


Breath of the Phoenix: Again being part phoenix she acquired their "immortality." Upon dying she will revert to a pile of ashes and revive days later as if nothing had happened. However since she is not a full phoenix she does not have as effective revival as a true phoenix. Due to this if she's killed within a week of her revival she can be rendered dead for good.


Wings of the Ethereal Phoenix: Using the wing-like ornaments that decorate her outfit she can take temporary flight that drains her magic over the duration of her flight. At full power she can fly across a large lake and have enough magic to NOT crash land.


Eyes of the Winged Beast: Being a phoenix she is technically a bird. Due to this and phoenix's predatory diet, she has eyesight greatly improved to that of a phoenix.


Hell's Beasts: Being a demon at heart she has access to hellhounds, her trusty companions in battle or in the wilderness. Summoning them with demonic powers they will aid her as long as she needs them or until their physical bodies are destroyed.


Crown of the Hound Master: Being an elite hound master among demons she can control any non-self conscious hell hounds in the area. The crown as it's called also allows her to transform into a hellhound if she chooses.


Beast's Embrace: Through many rituals and spells Shylu has enhanced her senses of smell and hearing to that of the hellhounds she controls. This allows her to track almost anything across any distance so long as she doesn't lose the scent or abandon the hunt for any reason.

Bio: Shylu is one of the more lesser known demons and for a very good reason. Through the course of her years in service she's never once revealed her true name to her contracts. Being a high ranking hound master she's trained her own hellhounds many times before and does so constantly. In her years before being a demoness she was a half phoenix who lived peacefully with her family in an enchanted forest. She now serves as a mercenary and is a highly skilled assassin who also knows how to survive in tough situations.


Extra info: She's part of Avelyn's Rebellion (if @DarknessSpirit will accept it) and is a contract mercenary for hire.
