It's not that hard. Just look up actors who played some of your favorite characters. It's what I do.

Oh for the love of god look up actors that play characters in shows you like that you think have similar personalities to your character.

Personally, I suggest Jessie Flower. She played Toph.

I kinda see Asa Butterfield playing Ezra. Not sure who for Sandy just yet.

With Mare... this is kind of standard for me but... I kind of see Mare as Caitlin Glass. She played Winry in Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (excellent show. I suggest you read the manga first, however).

Man... if Artemis was younger I could totally see him voiced by Bex Taylor-Klaus (They played Pidge in Voltron Legendary Defender (don't watch past the third or fourth season if you want to keep enjoying it).

And I loved Voltron! I haven't finished Season 8, but kind of know what happens. I think my enthusiasm teetered off towards the end.
