I don't agree with all of it but I do agree with most of it. And I felt iffy with him disliking the big save the world plot but then he made the evil team gangsters and I changed my mind.

I do like the replacing of type gyms with theme gyms. It's a little fresher imo. And I was the same on the Teams, but I suppose evil team gangster is pretty cool too. I never have (or will) battle in IVs, but I can understand people's point of view on them.

Option one: since the episode does not involve action and plot critical things we can find a convinient reason for your character to tmeporarily not be around.

Option 2: somone else takes control of your character.

Well the Kanto thread doesn't seem to be moving along any time soon (my most recent post was just for a dumb cross thread joke) so you're golden there. So, that just leaves Hoenn...
