Sasha dropped some carrots into a pot, looking to him. "I'm a little busy. I do have to cook for an entire ball tonight." She rose an eyebrow, nodding. "Please leave."
Kasey laughed lightly. "Don't take it personally. She doesn't like anyone, but myself.. and maybe one member of her staff. Did you need something, Alex?" She glanced to him before reaching over at his feet and grabbing a small sack of seeds.
"Um, no, I don't really need anything. I just was wondering where I could find some of my other coworkers? ...and you're absolutely sure you don't need help?"
Kasey shook her head again. "Oh no no. It's fine. Don't dirty your uniform." She looked up at him. "They are probably getting everything ready for the ball. It'll be easier to talk tomorrow.. if you last that long."
"Not especially, no. I just applied because I saw the application was looking for one, and I thought I could do it. We'll have to see if I'm any good."
Kasey looked over at him, giving a smile. "Oh hello, yes. I'm here for the ball thing." She pauses, holding up a hand. "Good greeting, except it's Trustane Estate, not mansion. And. No one is allowed in without an invitation, which I will show you later." She waved her hand, nodding, having him continue.
"Oh, right. Trustane estate, invitation. Right." He looks off to the side, putting those facts into memory. "Now then, miss. May I see your invitation?"
Kasey blinked. "Oh yes! My apologies." She fishes into her fake purse and pulls out a fake invitation, offering it. She puts her hand up again. "Though I am a woman, it will most likely be the men talking and giving the invitation. There will be a few woman alone and a few men alone." She waved her hand again.
Kasey looked at him, stepping inside. She smiles lightly, hands clasped. She held nodded and stepped away. "Now. Outside, let me show you something." She gestured to him.
