"Is everyone enjoying my spaghetti and meatballs?" Jenny asked
Green turned to adjust Joey, "Florida's nice, though expensive. The Academy there is quite prostigious. We focused on studying everything there is to know on Pokemon: native regions, breeding, moves, type advantages, status effects, extinct ones, personality types, you name it! The most remarkable thing is how the bonds between a trainer and their friends affect each other. For example, most would consider Gyarados to be a very aggressive and hostile Pokemon, but outaide of battle, mine wouldn't dare cause harm to anyone. That's because I was sure to be very kind when he was but a Magikarp."
Green turned to Jenny to respond, "it's lovely, Jenny. Thank you."
(Hate to break it to you but Gyarados is water/flying type and mega is water/dark type)

Macie: *Enjoying her meal* I enjoy your food, Jenny. I really enjoy it.

Frank: *Enjoying the Spaghetti* This dish takes me back to when i first came to America. In my Teen years. The first meal i had was Spaghetti and meatballs. It was the best. I came and sought a better life and or one of promise and kinda wondered what the food was like so i went to a place that would be best fitting for someone like me. I happened to wind up at a restaurant withing the part of New York that people call Little Italy. It was a very country home sense of cuisine as everything was with the motif of the old country of Italy even though i am from France. I tried their Spaghetti. And i can tell you... you won't know country home cooked Spaghetti till you tried some from there. You'll Never forget the experience. *Smiles at Jenny* Your Spaghetti reminds me of that. For that... I humbly thank you.
Joey: *Nods at Green* Must have been a pretty rad place. Seeing battles going on there. Learning the arts and about the types of pokemon. What they're like. and even about the stones and items that help the pokemon get stronger. Useful things.
Jessie: And a Gyrados... That's a dragon type. They're said to be ferocious pokemon. Their strongest most dreaded attack is Dragon Rage. That's intense. However if you were to treat it with love and kindness while it was still a Magikarp... as Green just said... They can be very loyal and sweet. Calm and even friendly just the same.

((I JUST posted that less than a minute after you!))(Hate to break it to you but Gyarados is water/flying type and mega is water/dark type)
(Well, crap. Sorry about that)((I JUST posted that less than a minute after you!))
(Well, crap. Sorry about that)
"Oh of course. Eevees are a good example. Eevee has eight evolutions, requiring friendship, the time of day, stones, or a certain kind of environment for Glaceon and Leafeon. Your Graveler, for example, can only be evolved when traded with another trainer. It's a weird phenomena as to why these Pokemon only evolve with certain owners and a lot of professors still don't know."
Green ate a bit of her sphegetti. She heard Jessie speaking and felt the need to correct her.
"Actually, Gyarados is a water and flying type Pokemon, though they are heavily associated with dragons from Chinese myths. Lance the Dragon Master also used one, which gave it a heavy association. It's flying typing makes it weak to rock typws, which could obviously become a problem. But...a Mega Gyarados trades it's flying typing for dark. Something that could come in handy soon..."
"Well, Gyarados does closely resemble a dragon, but the type matchings don't lie. However, they can be aggressive in nature. Like I said, it's a reflection of the bond, and experience, of the Pokemon and it's trainer. It's remarkable how much you can tell about a person from their Pokemon. But if you want a Magikarp, you can find one in almost any lake or pond. I think that I heard that they're the most abundant Pokemon on the planet."
She played with her food a bit before going on another tangent. "And if you only have two Pokemon, I'd recommend getting a few Ultra Balls. They're way better than ol' Pokeballs. Some shops even sell speciality ones better for certain conditions. I could help teach you a few catching pointers, if you want."
That was when Macie and Joanna both thought of something. About a Merchant that they knew that went around doing merchant business.

Macie: Hmm... Buying Ultra balls. I wonder... *Gasps* O'aka XXIII! Oh Sweet mother of gasp... O'aka XXIII... He might be able to provide us with the items. He's a Merchant. He's got Pokeballs ranging from original to Master. Even some unique ones too. Elemental Stomes and Also Berries. He's got them all.
Joanna: Hay. That's right. O'aka the XXIII. He'd be able to provide the Pokeballs.
Jessie: And Mrs. Taylor... Pointers would help. So when you and Macie have the time to do that after handling the Concert prepping... Let's go do it.
However...
What they didn't know was that O'aka was in the city cruising around and looking for a spot to stop and conduct business...
He ended up stopping across the street from the Pokemon Gym. Conducting business as he parked and opened up shop...
O'aka: *To the Passing by trainers* Welcome to O'aka's!
But the crew wouldn't know of it till they were by the Gym again...
They were still eating and commuting with one another...

Green paused in her eating. "Did I hear you correctly? Master Balls? I would kill for one of those. You can catch anything with those. If I had one, I'd save it for something exceptionally rare. Maybe if I were lucky, I could find something legendary. But then again, even if you could catch something that rare, would it even be right to?"
(I'm saying this now, the fact of a merchant selling masterballs is ludicrous, considering the master ball is a unique item in the game as well as the show)

Macie: *Smiles and looking at her Adviser* Yeah. This Merchant has the goods. Maybe after we eat and everything... i can see on contacting him. we have his #. Take you to see him. You'll like him. He wily at times... but he's been a real good source for buying items and things that we were gonna need during our travels.
Frank: O'aka is someone you can trust. If nothing other. He's got very useful merchandise.
Joanna: Mrs. Taylor... You'll find that with us... you'll meet some very interesting people. We have very interesting allies that you'll be really feel pleased in seeing.

(trust me... i understand your fondest concerns. But the Merchant... has his ways. It's best not to ask what they are. You'll sleep better at night on that. Trust me.)
Green chews her food while looking between the two. "A damned Master Ball. I never thought I'd see one. And on day one of the job at that."
The prospect did excite her. She almost felt ashamed at her lust for one of those purple-and-pink orbs. But the possibilities...
She decided it best to not look too desperate now.
"So Macie, have you decided on who you're benching for the gym battle yet?"
As the water gun hit the flames that Wakka and Luzzu were attempting to put out, it bounced off as though it had hit a brick wall rather than fire. And as that was happening Shad broke out of his pokeball and immediately when to find the rest of the group wherever they were.

Meanwhile Diana had snuck back into the group soundlessly and sat close to frank, but still remained a good distance away from him. However as she sat down she noticed a small cut on her cheek, though before she could question how it got there her Cresselia emerged from the moon ball it was held in and used it’s psychic abilities to pick up a napkin and slapped it against her whole left cheek. Diana just looked in her partner’s direction and tried removing the napkin from her face only to have it reapplied by the Lunar Pokemon. “Fine. If think it’s that big of an issue.” She replied as she started to lean against the legendary as it continued to dote on her like an overprotective mother.

That ended abruptly. Green wasn't sure about the precise situation, but apparently it was important. Well, here was the chance that she was waiting for.
"Melpomene, we need to you! Macie, crew, Melpomene can get us there faster!" Green shouted as she hopped onto her Dragonair. A fourteen foot long dragon can accomadate a lot. Hopefully it could get them there sooner.
