Samantha looked down at their hands as they were still connected when they stepped inside the warm home, She smiled when Jeremy said he didn't care exactly how old she was. Samantha's eyes widened when their parents came strolling into the room, a little much to handle, Yeah? Samantha let go of his hand folding her arms along her chest comfortably hugging her knees. "It's about time you bring a girl home to meet." The mother said smiling dearlingly touching Samantha's hair soothingly. "I'm Samantha..." She said kind of quietly looking over at Jeremy then his father. "No, no. I just came to get something and we're going to go off in the woods tonight. Stop being so freaking weird." He said slapping his mother's hand away from her curly red strands that flowed just a little past her shoulder. Samantha walked over to Jeremy leaning into his ear, "Well, aren't they excited." She said in a joking tone. Samantha waited by the door way parking herself against the painted wall waiting for Jeremy to collect what he needed. "What are you getting anyways?"

Riley grins as she is talking about a safe haven for creatures like them, "Well I feel honored that you care about our safety," She leans back and continues to sip at the hot chocolate. Lucinda begins to look as if she's stressing out about the whole situation and then she asks Riley the question. "Well, I know you weren't who you say you are because you didn't smell human. You smelled like little pixie sticks." Riley arches her eyebrow then laughs at her own joke unable to hold it in, "Ok I'm only messing, you didn't smell like pixie sticks that was just some humor but you didn't have the ever so familiar human smell. Straight from that I knew you were a lie."

Lucinda raised and eyebrow when Riley mentioned she smelled like pixie sticks. She sniffed herself and squinted her eyes at Riley realizing she was joking she did by one bit didn't find it humorous.


"Wait..." She said and thought about all the mythical creatures she new about, "Wait, are you a werewolf? By what you said made it pretty clear." She said and leaned back on leather chair. @BasicallyMe

Carmine flipped through book after book, dusty page after dusty page reading all he could about this town. He didn't understand it; the history of the town is pretty vague, only stating what the article online said. It was established many years ago, but by whom, is anyone's guess. Most say it was the 'outcasts of society' who he assumed to be the creatures in this case. The fables even say that most of the creatures fled to 'a fantasia of places' after being chased off. He was certain now; the clues were all here. The mysterious dissapearances, the eerie aura, the fog that seems to draw people, the woods themselves....this place was housing monsters.


And he had just walked right in.

He grins at Samantha's comment in his ear and shakes his head. Once his mother decides to join his father in the kitchen, Jeremy looks back to Sam. "Don't worry about it, just a little something." He walks up his stairs seemingly disappearing for 15 minutes before coming back down. "Sorry couldn't find it." In the corner of his eye Jeremy could see his parents standing in the kitchen doorway staring at him disappointingly. Like always he ignores it and walks out of the house. "Alright let's go get some food."

Riley snickers seeing Lucinda sniff her self and rolls her eyes. "I can't believe you just sniffed yourself Lucy." She stands and gathers the empty mugs to wash, "Now that I know who you really are, I am still offering you a room in this big lonely house of mine. We could.. work together to find out what this Carmine guy is trying to dig up."

Carmine sat there for a moment, wide eyed. He had cracked the mystery of the town, and now he was stuck here with monsters of all kinds. He gulped nervously. His father had been in similar situations but none like this. He gently closed each book and set them neatly back to their respective places. He exited the high school at a brisk pace. He needed to get back to the inn and quickly. He had a few things he needed to grab before he continued futher, because he wasn't going to just give up on those missing people. He kept his hands in his pockets and his shades on as he walked, trying not to make eye contact with anybody.

Dylan sat in the passenger seat of his father's mercedes benz. He said his head prompted up on his hand as he watched the houses , trees and people rush by. He glanced at mirror on the car to see a large mover truck behind them. " I already what to go back to our old house and town. " He muttered. " Dylan you know why we can't do that. " He heard his father say back causing Dylan to glance at him. " Enlighten me again father" Dylan said with venom.

" Fine , i'll explain again. Your mother was a spirit , a creature that came from another dimension who whenever they came to our dimension caused spacequakes. " Dylan's dad said before he continued. " I'm a sealer , a person who can seal a spirit's power by making them fall in love or by kissing them. " He explained further. " I know this already. " Dylan said before he turned to look at his father fully who started to speck again. " There are people who want to destroy spirits because of the distruction of spacequakes , your mother was killed by one such person and they might come for you. " His father said. Dylan glared. " I can protect myself " He growled out. " Your mother thought that too " His father said as he kept his eyes on the road causing Dylan to fall silent.

Samantha saw the pretty grin spread across Jeremy's face as he shook his head and disappeared for about fifteen minutes. She sat there awkwardly staring around the room examining all the fixtures laid out across the room, Her eyes landed on Jeremy's parents that were standing in the entry to the kitchen with disappointed looks on their faces. "Sorry couldn't find it." He said then was already out the door ignoring his parents, She walked behind him slowly waving to his parents as a nice gesture then stepped outside with him inhaling the deep scent of fresh air and pine trees. Her favorite. "What were you looking for anyways?" Samantha asked curiously stepping down the small steps that eventually led up to his house then stomping onto the ground covered in pine needles and twigs that crunched whenever you took a single step. "I don't know this town, So you're gonna have to lead me...Also when we're finished can you take me over to my dad's car I need to grab something from it." She asked silently looking up at him from the corner of her eyes curiously hoping he would say yes beginning to walk into the town, which was quite a distance.

Jeremy shakes his head once more and looks to her with stern eyes, "Don't worry about it, just something to keep on you in the woods. If anything gets to bad then you'll figure out what it is." He nods finishing his sentence then listens to her request, "Yes, we will stop by your dad's car. What are you getting?" After a long walk they both make it into a small town with plenty of small businesses. There were a few choices of diners leaving Jeremy to pick the best one in his opinion. "Alright, lets find a table." He walks in and sits in the nearest empty booth.

Samantha nodded her head slowly, Her eyes following the trail they walked on finially reaching into the actual town. She gazed around out at all the stops and little diners spread wide tucking her cold hands inside Jeremy's jacket which was loose on her small frame. "Yes, we will stop by your dad's car. What are you getting?" He asked curiously, She licked her lips to get them slightly wet before speaking up it was quite dry. "Oh, my drawing notebook...I left it in there because we were leaving my old town and I draw whenever I have time. It really is one of the only things that are valuable in there." She said to him walking into the diner with Jeremy quieting her voice. "Alright, lets find a table." Samantha sat down across from the dark haired boy in the booth turning her head to look out the window studying around. "For some reason, I feel like I can't leave this place...You know?" She stated, looking up when the waiter came by to ask what they wanted to drink. "Uh, Just some water would be good for me." Samantha smiled to the waiter looking at Jeremy.

Jeremy studies her from across the booth and orders a chocolate milk for his drink. Without even looking up from his spot, he begins to say something, "Do not silently or verbally judge me for the drink choices I make. Chocolate milk is good any time of the day." He continues to scan the menu for a few more seconds before closing it and setting it on the edge of the table. "I think you shouldn't leave. This is a cozy town and great if you like solving things."

Carmine hurriedly made his way back to the inn and quickly shut his room door behind him. He breathed a sigh of relief; at least in here he was safe. He once again walked to the suitcase on his bed and opened it. He dug around the bottom and pulled out his emergency handgun and harness. His father had always told him to be prepared for the worst, and gave him the gun when he first started out as a P.I. It was noticeably worn and had seen action, but it still worked like a charm. Carmine picked it up and the harness, strapping it onto his chest and snapping the holster on it. He pulled the magazine out of the handgun and checked the bullets. His father always told him to order silver bullets; while usually costly, in paranormal situations, they would help loads. While Carmine had yet to need to use it or test it out, he figured better safe than sorry. He put the magazine back in and flicked the safety on, and put the handgun in its holster. He zipped up his jacket a little so it wasn't so noticeable and he stepped back outside. He needed to do his best to find these people, but he also needed to pace himself. He took a deep breath and realized how hungry he was. His stomach growled loudly, and he looked around the main street. It was time to grab some grub. He proceeded down the street until he found himself in front of an old-timey diner. He shrugged and went inside, taking a booth in the corner by the window. After a minute or so of waiting, the waitress came over and he asked for a bacon cheeseburger. He skipped breakfast doing everything today, and besides, he deserved it.

Samantha laughed lightly under her soft breath when Jeremy had ordered chocolate milk, thinking that she was gonna judge him. "Do not silently or verbally judge me for the drink choices I make. "But what if I was silently doing it, Even though you specifically told me not too?" She asked quircking her thick eyebrow that pretty and defined her pretty face. She looked down at the menu deciding to get a bacon burger, Like damn...That sounds pretty good. Samantha smiled softly setting the menu down on the table as well then looked up at him. "I think you shouldn't leave. This is a cozy town and great if you like solving things." Samantha sighed deeply peering down at her hands thinking for a long moment, She wouldn't really be able to leave considering after a week of staying in Fantasia you can't leave but she wouldn't know that. "True, But I wouldn't really have a choice to begin with to be brutely honest...I can't drive and my home town is at least two or three hours away and my new house that I'm supposed to be going too or was supposed to be going too is like three more hours away and I wouldn't have a way of transportating anywhere." She explained to Jeremy as simple as she could.

Hidden

After sleeping for what felt like mere moments then tossing and turning some more, Hidden started up at the blank ceiling. He was more exhausted than when he attempted to get some rest, that was either due to the odd feeling the town gave off, or the fact that he was still fully clothed in a messy tangle of sheets with bright daylight streaming in through the windows. Removing himself from his cocoon, the young man stretched and made his way to the bathroom. Looking in the mirror as he turned on the water, splashing his face with the cool liquid. Perking up a bit, he decided to see some sights if he was to stay here for some time.


Exiting his room, he locked the door and headed down the elevator. A soft jazz was playing, how predictable. Stepping off the vehicle and into the lobby, Hidden made his way to the building’s entrance. Exiting into the cool air, he walked for a bit, taking in all that he could before pausing in front of a diner. Shrugging, he pushed open the door. Taking a seat at an empty table near the midsection of the restaurant. After ordering his drink, he sat there staring at the menu quite lost in thought.

After a little while Dylan arrived at the house along with his father and the movers. He looked up at the large house as his father unlocked the door and walked in. Dylan walked inside the house and looked around. " Certainly big. " Dylan muttered as he went up the stairs to the second floor. He found a bedroom with dark purple wallpaper and smiled. ' I'll claim this as my room' He thought before he went downstairs. " Dad I'm going to explore!" He yelled sending a echo to through the house before he walked outside. Dylan walked down the street at a slow and leisurely pace.

Carmine sat nervously at his table, staring out the window. His fingers drummed on the table meticulously, at a steady pace. His waitress appeared again and dropped off his drink, a tall glass of root beer. He thanked her and put a straw in his drink, and he took off his shades and put them on the table, his pale blue eyes looking back out the window.

"Haha, Interesting huh? Sounds mysterious." He was looking down at his book, thinking out loud to himself. He had started to draw small, but very detailed, flowers in his book. "As long as I can make some friends here then I'm sure it will be fine!" He said before looking up from his book and grinning at her once again.

Noah sticks his tongue out at her, "You don't own me!" He protested. This was the most fun he had had in a long time. He crossed his legs, still mimicking her.

Carmine brought his attention back to his table as his waitress brought his burger. He licked his lips at the sight and breathed the delicious scent in deeply. He thanked his waitress with a smile and gently picked it up, taking a big bite out if it. He savored the flavor and was surprised that it tasted so good. He figured eating fast food for so long had dulled his taste.

Jeremy listened to her speak and shook his head, "Then I'll have a punishment for you later. No silent judging me!" He looks over to Carmine, the guy from early. Was he following us? Jeremy turned his attention back to Samantha and smiled, "I could offer you a room in my house if you want? I know my parents are a bit crazy but it'd work." He then decided to go for a long shot, "If you get too scared you can always come in my room." He winks then glances back over at Carmine, his eyes squinting in curiousity of who this man was

Riley nods quickly. "I gave the man my number you think he'd call by now. I mean, I'm cute right?" She rolls her eyes and lays back. "Maybe it's my age. Well anyway I'll find a way to get him here or talk to him. I just don't know what to ask." She thinks a bit longer and grins, "I'll have to gain his trust."

Carmine took a sip of his drink as he ate. He couldn't remember the last time he had a homestyle burger, and he missed it. Memories of when he was younger and having family barbecues flashed through his mind, and he was hit with a pang of sadness and realization: if he didn't get out of here, he would never get to experience any of that again. He put his burger down and sighed, putting his head in his hands.

Samantha looked at him shaking her head leading her eyes to stare down at her hands. She kept silent for a moment feeling Jeremy's eyes on her making a shiver crawl down her spine. She glanced up seeing the smile spread wide upon his soft lips. "I could offer you a room in myhouse if you want? I know myparents are a bit crazy but it'd work." Samantha scanned his face taking in every detail, Very beautiful wide eyes dark hair. She could tell why he was confident if she felt that comfortable with herself she'd become confident too, but definitely not cocky she doesn't really take pride in her appearance even though she tries to change her mind."Yeah, That'd be nice. I don't want to invade your house." She said flicking a hair from out of her exposing her face, Her face turned a little shade of pink coloring her pale face. "If you get too scared you can always come in my room." Jeremy said giving her a wink, She found herself smiling like in an idiot following his gaze to a man. What was going on? She thought to herself silently licking her lips before speaking up. "I don't get that scared." She said playfully seeing the waiter set water on the table before her and some chocolate milk in front of Jeremy.
