Futuristic The Titan


(WARNING: Prepare for a really strong post everyone, i'll edit it if you guys all want me to to something different.).

"..."Sigh"...i really didn't want to discuss this...guess...i'll have to...it was before i was gambling, i was apart of the planet Hydro 7's navy military, i was just a young novice, not, as fat, or, as charming, as i am now, still, i'd like to play my hand at gambling or have a bit of lady luck help me with the ladies themselves, at any rate, i was just a brat, a brat lost in the huge ocean of space, trying to play the adult's game, i was only 19 when i signed on in the navy, it was during this time that with the military, we encountered a very hostile man who went by the name of "Jackson Wheels", a real, terrible son of a bitch, he...dealt in slave trading, you know what i'm getting at here, right?"

said Lockes, giving the captain a few minutes to answer until Lockes then answered himself:

"That's right, that man was none other then the one we're after: Do Daido of the Dovan Traders, secret underworld rulers of the Megelidova Space Station, you see, Do Daido is just an epitaph, it refers to him being the 10th generation leader of the Dovan Traders, all leaders are given the title and name of Do Daido after becoming leader henceforth, Jackson climbed his way up to the very top by assassinating the previous 9th generation leader of the Dovan Traders both through and with the help of a coup d'etat, after that, he began introducing slave trading into their marketing schemes, a few young adolescent girls by the ages of 16-25 were reported taken hostage by the Dovan Traders to be sold, as slaves, we managed to save a couple of them but...the rest were either found dead or missing...years later, i left the military and was gambling at one of my usual joints and both found and recognized that one of the missing girls there was..."working", if you know what i mean, to pay off gambling debts in order to help sustain her family of just herself and her two little boys, her partner...was a member of the Dovan Traders...for the next few couple of years, i took it upon myself to act, as the kids' guardian and somehow with all of the not gambling but hard earned working money that i got, i was able to pay off all of that young woman's debts, still, i could see the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional scars on her face...don't you see captain? that's exactly WHY i came here to catch that bastard's bounty! i have to, no, i NEED to settle the score with him! for all those that lost their lives because I wasn't fast enough to help them when i both could and SHOULD HAVE!!! huff...huff...huff..." said Lockes, finally revealing the reason of why he wants to keep Liana safe at all costs, so that she doesn't suffer the same fates, as the girls that were kidnapped by Do Daido, A-K-A, Jackson when Lockes was just a teenager in the navy military, Lockes slams his fist onto a nearby railing, infuriated at how Jackson was still alive after all this time and even became the Do Daido of the Dovan Traders but more importantly especially, infuriated at himself for failing to save those that he could have, even though subconsciously, buried very deep within his heart, he knows that there was no way that he could have...he was just a teenager at the time, working for the navy military and plus it was due to Jackson having the advantage that he managed to get away last time...this time...THIS TIME...he WON'T, Lockes...will DEFINITELY make sure of that...

She smiled brightly. "Thanks Captain! I promise to follow orders!....Though don't I usually? She said tilting her head. She shrugged whatever she got to go on the mission. That was all that mattered. Her smiled faltered though when Lockes spoke up.

"...No way, i'm against it, Liana, we're going up against slave traders here, you hear me? there are going to be things that you are not going to like, a lot of it will be...gruesome, i don't want you to go, i want you to stay here with the rest of the crew whilst me and the captain handle things ourselves with this bounty, okay?"

Seriously? Liana knew that she had heard them talking. She wasn't stupid. Liana knew what she was getting herself into. She was about to speak up but Ezro beat her to it. She was little taken back about what he said. Also she really happy meant a lot. "Coming Captain!" Liana followed him and the others out. Once they were off the ship Liana was going to say something but when she turned around to speak to the captain he was already talking to Lockes. Liana had to admit she was confused at how angry Lockes seem to been. She didn't expect him to be happy but she didn't expect this big of response either. People sure were weird. "Jeez on my planet I would of been married with kid by now." She was actually really glad that did not happen. Maybe she would not have mind if she liked the guy but none of them seem to take her seriously or thought her one day traveling like her parents was stupid. Out here she was still considered young...it was strange...well whatever she was felt like now she was getting taken seriously. She decided she would get on her Data Pod while they talked.

“Easy Lockes, easy.” Ezro said as he patted his friends shoulder. “I understand your rage and frustration. Personally, I agree. For all this scumbag has done he deserves to be taken out once and for all. But don’t let your emotions of the past cloud your actions in the present. Liana is an incredibly strong girl who can stand on her own just fine, but not only that but she was you, one of the biggest badasses in the galaxy, looking after her. I’m sure she’ll be fine.” Ezro have a warm smile to his good friend, “Now, on top of that. Don’t get too caught up in this mission alright? I know you have history with him but try and keep a sense of rationality with this mission okay?” With one final pat, he turned back toward his ship. Raising his hands to cup his mouth he shouted for Liana, “Hey Lia! If you don’t get a move on we’re taking off without you!”​

"Captain...heh, yeah, your right...thanks...Ezro...you know for someone younger then me, you sure are wise, also, if we do kill him, we won't be able to collect the bounty...don't worry, i won't torture him...much."

said Lockes, surprised by the captain's kindness despite already knowing about it, as the captain never ceases to amaze Lockes...

meanwhile...

"Hey boss, a ship just pulled up in the hangers up above, its got two decent product materials on-board, you want us to go fetch em?"

"..."Smokes a Cigar"...Nah, let the mookes come to us, odds are they're after my bounty, well they ain't getting it that easily, plus, the merchandise will be heading straight towards us anyways right? let the dice role where it lands, either way, this is gonna be one hell of a party boys, heh heh..."

said speaking in the shadows to one of his low class goons was none other then the man himself, Jackson Wheels, the 10th Do Daido of the Dovan Traders, somehow, word travels fast around Megelidova and it appears he already knows of both Lockes and captain Ezro coming after him, also knowing of both Zaera and Liana, of whom he refers to, as "merchandise"...he and his men laugh evilly in the shadows that cover them, as the smoke from Jackson's Cigar forms into a bullet piercing a heart.

Once Liana had joined their party, Ezro stared toward the run down part of the station. Already he could see people beginning for money, offering themselves for food, and making plenty of other deals. “Unfortunately we won’t be seeing the pleasant side of town. It’s off toward the ghetto with us.” Ezro said before motioning them both to follow him. Looking back at the small Lavender haired girl, Ezro looked concerned for a moment but brushed it off. “Stay close to me and Lockes Liana, hell knows what kind of scumbags there are in this area. I don’t want to go and lose my trusted second mate now do I?” With that said, the trio began making their way into the crummy area.

"Authority doesn't really work on this space station, only cold harsh cash...earned, as blood money...the police can easily be bribed by gangs and the gang with the most political influence here on Megelidova is..."

said Lockes, waiting for the captain to finish his sentence.

Liana followed Ezro as he motioned for them to come on. She noticed him looking back at her but she wasn't sure what for. "Hm?"

“Stay close to me and Lockes Liana, hell knows what kind of scumbags there are in this area. I don’t want to go and lose my trusted second mate now do I?”

"Of course not Captain. Don't worry I'm not going anywhere." Liana smiled. Liana could see the streets slowly change as they continued to walk. Well she figured it was probably going to be in area like this. But she made sure to stick with the two men.

“...The Dovan Traders, biggest of all the filth in this underground. And their leader is the man we’re after. Wanted for trafficking of narcotics, weapons, and slaves. So we’re going to capture the bastard, and as much a and as much as I hate the organization we’ll turn him in to the ITF for a hefty bounty price.” Leading the pair down the large halls of the station, they eventually happen found their way into the core of the run download area. There was several different chambers jutting in different directions around the station, but Ezro seemed to know where he was going and guided them down one of the chambers where a small group of gruff and rugged looking men were standing watch my a door. Nudging Lockes, Ezro waited for the man to get them inside.
 

"..."Sigh"...Yao (Please) Shao (Let) Mao (Us) Cao (In)..."

said Lockes, speaking the language of Do-en, the language of which the Dovan Traders speak in, in order to halt people and see what they want.

"Sao (Why)?"

"Ching (We) Sha (Bring)..."sigh"...Wo (Merchandise)..."

"..."

The guy took a look at Liana from head to toe before proceeding to nod his head and allow everyone in:

"...Shi (Proceed.)."

After heading on in, Lockes says to captain Ezro and Liana lastly the following words...

"..."Phew", from here on, it should just be plain old English but be careful of how you speak Do-en, otherwise you might offend them and they might catch on, Liana, stay close by the captain, remember what i said before, what you'll see here won't be pleasant, please keep your eyes shut at all times..."

said Lockes to Liana, referring to how the Dovan Traders get their kicks out of drugging people and torturing them, some in the most very gruesomest ways possible known to man and alien...​
 
Liana looked up at Ezro when he mentioned the ITF.....where had she heard that? He soon led them down large halls of the station. They soon reached a door which had three men guarding it. Lockes spoke in some language and she noticed one of the men looking her up and down. Liana not knowing what was happening cocked an eyebrow up and glanced at Lockes. Well whatever Lockes said it got them in.

Close her eyes? "How do you expect me to follow you guys if stumbling around with my eyes shut?" She said crossing her arms.

"The captain will hold you, as he guides you, just keep quiet, to the eyes of these monsters, your nothing more then a tool, a thing, just someone they can use to get evil money and other things their dirty hands on..."

said Lockes, standing in front of both captain Ezro and Liana, as he leads them, protecting them, especially the latter from the worst kind of scum within the entire Xevious system itself...​
 
Ezro offered his arm out to Liana to hold that way she wouldn’t have to worry about losing her way or opening her eyes. “Trust us, it’s for the best you don’t see have of the shit in this place.” With that said he waited until she took ahold of it.

Once the three were finally making momentum again, Ezro couldn’t help but stare around at the horrors of the place. Teeth and nails pulled, flush burned and cut, all sorts of things you’d expect to see on some sort of mafia movie. And yet, there were no screams. No cries of terror, just face of pure horror. They could all obviously feel their pain but their voices were just gone. It hit Ezro that they’d been screaming for so long that they’d burned their vocal cords up in the process. Luckily enough, no one payed any attention to the three so they were able to make their way through quite easily. “We almost there Lockes?”

Isek's grin splits his face as he shifts his coat to reveal the arsenal he's carrying.
"It was more for their sake than yours. I wouldn't want you having all the fun. Now let's get to the market."

Marin8 soon arrives at the market district. Massive warehouses take up most of the area, with alleys throughout. Isek leaped off Marin8's back with the superhuman agility his Medusa Snakes gave him and motioned for Zaera to follow.

As Marin8 went to procure the supplies Isek leads Zaera to the seedier part of town. "Any interest in finding some action?"

"...Yeah...HE'S just beyond this room..."

said Lockes, as he, captain Ezro and Liana stood in front of two giant doors with a symbol of a dragon on both of them, Lockes lastly says to his captain:

"...Captain, first, we'll start off talking, once we get into the right position and mood, we'll start blasting, guns blazing, sound good?"

said Lockes, speaking of his plan to lure Jackson into their momentum.​
 
Liana blushed slightly. "H-hold me??" She turned to Ezro and noticed he was holding his arm out.

“Trust us, it’s for the best you don’t see have of the shit in this place.”

She looked back to Lockes then at Ezro again and then nodded. Liana then took his arm with both hands and closed her eyes and held on as they walked. She could hear things going on and part of her wanted to kick some teeth out but part of her, as much as she HATED to admit it, was scared to look. "Are we there yet? Can I open my eyes?"

said Lockes to Liana, wanting to keep her safe, even now...

“Nearly there, just hang on a little longer Lia.” Once they were stopped out in front of the double set of dragon doors, Ezro flashed Lockes a wolffish smile. “The old position and destruction routine huh? I like it. Lead the way my friend, the sooner we deal with him the sooner we can head back.” Ezro couldn’t put his finger on as to why, but he felt nervous for some reason. Almost as if something terrible was going to happen. Waving it off like it’s nothing, Ezro focused on the task at hand.

Even with her eyes closed it was clear she didn't understand why her talking would give them satisfaction. She also got to different directions. Though she decided to keep her eyes closed. She might as well. She kept them closed this long. She nodded letting them know she heard them.

Zaera's grin was as mysterious as it held dangerous implications behind it as she saw all that Isek carried.

She let her eyes travel around the market, making sure to remember the warehouses around them just in case they needed a quick exit, you never know. She leapt off of Marin8 after Isek. Placing a hand on her hip she nodded. "Oh yes. I was afraid things were getting a bit dull, don't you think?" she said amused. "Plus, I refuse to let the captain, Lockes, and Liana have all of the fun on this stop." Her hand reached up to fiddle with her necklace as she looked around and pursed her lips. "Where to first?" she queried.
 

The doors then suddenly opened and running out of them was a slave, screaming for his life saying "HELP! SAVE ME! PLEASE!!!" screaming the words out, as he was trying to hold on for dear life until suddenly, a bullet shot him from behind right in the head past Lockes, the slave laid dead on the floor with blood gushing out of his head, appearing was then seen a man wielding a high powered pistol, he says to Lockes and crew "Oh, you the mookes? sorry about the messy stuff here, just taking out the garbage with some food that went rotten, you know what i'm sayin? huh? do you know what i'm sayin?" said the man, as he was trying to intimidate Lockes and the others, however, just then, speaking up was a loud voice "Goto, that's enough, welcome our..."guests" in." said the huge voice, identifying the man, as Goto of whom replied "Yes boss..." finally, at long last, they were meeting with him, the man worth 300,000,000 Jolts who served, as a painful reminder of a part of Lockes' past...Jackson Wheels, the current 10th generation Do Daido of the Dovan Traders of the Megelidova Space Station, he says to both Lockes and the captain in Do-en speech:

"Hao (Welcome.)."

As the three entered into the chamber, Ezros eyes stayed locked into the corpse until they were into the room. Staring up at the man, he was that Jackson was sitting in a sort of throne with a smug smile one his face. Ezro couldn’t help but look disgusted at his man, as his ego could be felt ever present in the room. Getting ahold of himself, Ezro gently took his arm away from Liana and grabbed her shoulder softly and nudged her forward. “We come bringing merchandise for you, oh honorable Do Daido.” It was killing the poor captain to talk like this.

Liana jumped slightly when she heard a man screaming for his life. Then she heard the gun shot. She tightened on Ezro's arm and buried her face in his arm. She part scared and pissed.

When they got inside she listened carefully and slowly opened her eyes. She then suddenly felt Ezro take her off his arm and nudged her forward. Then told the man they came bringing merchandise. Oh ok she was the merchandise. Oh shit....She looked meekly at the man infront of her realizing giving him a glare probably wasn't the best idea right now.

"Hmm...she does look like a pretty little thing to be sure, Goto, check "it."."

"Right boss."

Goto goes in to "check" Liana, however, Lockes stands between them, saying to Jackson on his throne behind Goto:

"That WON'T be necessary."

"Aw, what's the matter chicken wings? haven't got it in ya to look? ...fine, stand down Goto."

"...Yes boss."

Jackson mocked Lockes for his huge size, as Lockes says to Jackson next:

"...We demand 250,000,000 Jolts for her, take it or leave it."

"...Hmm...I REFUSE."

"What!?"

just then, everyone around Lockes, the captain and Liana started laughing evilly and pointed all their guns towards them, Jackson included, saying to them:

"...Why would i have to pay THAT much money for her? when i can sell her for even more cash? don't you know how business works my boy? plus...THERE'S YOUR OTHER FEMALE COMPANION, AM I CORRECT?"

"!? Shit!!!"

said Lockes, the plan having been compromised, as Jackson knows of them having traveled here to collect his bounty and that he knows about Zaera alongside Liana, Jackson lastly says to the crew, apparently facing imminent demise...

"I already sent some of my boys, including my son, Wheelie, to go fetch the other merchandise, now all i have to do is kill you two clowns here and take the girl, hehe...SHEN!!! (KILL!!!)"

"..."Sigh"...oh well, the plan's all gone up in smoke, captain...do what you do best, heh."

"Huh?"

Jackson didn't understand what Lockes meant by his words, as he merely smiled, waiting for the captain's orders.​
