The Stolen Thief

She held her shoulder and pointed for Jon to follow. She sat and pulled it out, tears falling from the pain. She wrapped it, it would do for now. She went to the first to consternate on the rabbit but it hurt so much. She just watched the flames as tears feel. The smoke not helping with the amount of tears made. It was stilling bleeding out but not as much since she had tied it as best she could.

Jon got up to help but followed Ezra when told too. He wasn't far behind as she didn't get a very big head start. He had his arnour on but was still fast gaining on her, his anger growing as he got closer. One arm was on the hilt of his sword ready to draw it.

Ezra raced back toward the lake as fast as she could before diving under the water and swimming down as far as she could before swimming forward.

He swore under his breath as he removed his armour.. it took him about five and a half minuted before he jumped into the water after he. he wasn't a storng swimmer especially with a sword waying him down but he continued after her. His running once at the other side would make up for the gap that was made.

Ezra wove between the trees, continuously ducking behind anything available for cover. She eventually disappeared into the branches of one of the trees. She hide in the tall limbs of the trees gripping onto one of her knives. She waited for the unarmed Knight to come wandering through while she tried to catch her breath. She leaned back against the branch while she searched below her feet for any signs of the older man.

He got out the water and drew his sword getting back to running through the forest following the way he had seen the girl go. Jon was not one to let someone go nor worry about the pain he would get however, when he got the girl he would be making sure that Ezra didn't try to run again. The knight stopped and looked round and up to get any sight of her.

Ezra watched the knight come into view. Having left his armor behind, he was vulnerable. She turned the knife over in her hand before releasing it toward his knee. She grabbed a neighboring branch climbing onto the tree next to her making her way away from the knight.

It glanced his knee, knicking it but no mager damage. He ran catching up to her. He just had to figure out howto get her down. He huffed a little out of breath but not enough to make him stopped. his eyes loocked around scanning the area.

Ezra leaned against the trunk breathing heavily. She gritted her teeth glaring at the knight. She couldn't understand why he was so persistent. She couldn't be worth all this trouble. "Why are you so insistent on catching me?" she called down to him. "Haven't you got better things to do? I wasn't even able to take anything."

He stopped leaning on his knees and looked up at her. he breathed deeply as he spoke.

"One you try. Two the princess trusted you with blades so you obviously thought you would be someone worth of being an equal on the team." He stopped to catch a mere breath. "plus she trusted you with the blades in her the first place and tried to feed you."

Ezra rolled her eyes. "Your princess isn't that bright. I ain't interested in charity. And I don't want part of your stupid team." She sat down on the branch, letting her legs dangle below. "I ain't stupid neither. I'm not interested in any punishment you or your lady have in mind. So I ain't going back there."
