The Skyrim RP

"Those are Dawnguard, they're Vampire Hunters." Franz stated turning into a Vampire Lord "We might as well buff our alternate forms, huh." Franz said simply charging a Vampiric Drain

She caught on to what he just said.

"Alternate form....? I know that you're a vampire lord, but the only form I have is myself."

Morrin began cutting down the foes. "I have no idea what your're talking about."

I seriously doubt he knows. It was probably just a slip of the tongue. Right?

"Alright suit yourself." Franz muttered unleashing the Vampiric Drain, dealing massive damage. He then raised some of the Dawnguard back from the dead and made them fight in his place

Morrin continued to fight against the Dawnguard.

"Wait, you actually think that I might be something else? That's silly!"

One of the opponents fell with a strike of her greatsword.

"Why would you think that?" She asked, growing slightly nervous.

"The growing denial in your tone is just proving that I'm more and more right, you know." Franz stated simply, after all the Dawnguard members were killed, Franz took a crossbow from one of the bodies along with 45 Steel Bolts and tossed it to Morrin "Catch!" He said "You're gonna want that, It's better than a standard bow."

She placed the crossbow in her inventory. It could be useful, sure, but it wasn't enchanted like her hunting bow. She'll have to fix that later.

"Thanks for the crossbow," Morrin said as she put away her now-bloodied weapon. "But I'm serious. I'm just as normal as the next woman. I just like hunting sometimes so I can get antlers for my potions, that's all."

"No need to be so defensive about the fact you're a werewolf, honestly, I'm a Vampire Lord. Besides not like any of the Holds will figure it out." Franz stated "By the way, could you just hold these Silver Ingots for a second? They're weighing be down a bit." Franz asked

Upon hearing Franz say that Morrin is a werewolf, she sighed. "Okay, you got me. But please don't tell anyone. I don't want any werewolf hunters going after me to place my head on a stick. Which I have seen before, by the way."

She took the silver ignots. "And for the record, skin contact with silver isn't really bad for werewolves. It's only when the silver pierces through the skin does it get bad." Still, the way the lycanthrope khajiit handled the precious metal as she placed them in her bag suggests that if she were to be handling a bottle of potent poison.

"You're secret's safe with me, and the Werewolf hunters are called Silver Hand, right? I heard of the group before." Franz stated "And I know, but don't we have a Whiterun to get to?" Franz asked

"Indeed we do. I nearly forgot about it in the fight. Let's go."

As she began heading in the general direction of the hold capital, she asked the other khajiit. "I'm curious, though. How do you know the name of the Silver Hand? Normally the only ones who know about them are those who have good reason to worry about the group."

"I've had my research back in the day." Franz said simply "Besides, They're pretty obvious to spot sometimes." He added, following Morrin. "So, I've been thinking about joining the Stormcloaks." He stated after awhile

"Why would you join them? They're extremely racist. At least with the Imperials the only khajiits they leave out of the cities are the caravans," she replied. "Besides, the Empire is pretty much the only thing keeping the Thalmor from completely taking over everything. I'd rather lose the right to worship one god than no freedom at all."

"The only thing keeping the Thalmor from taking over everything is the Civil War going on, Once Skyrim is conquered by those weak fools the Thalmor will just take over the empire anyways and then everyone looses. I'd rather have the Natives rule their country, I mean, Imagine if someone barged into Elsweyr and decided to take over the place, and by a single punch he would be knocked out? Would you take that person seriously? No. That's the reason I'm getting at with the Imperials, They're all super-useless at keeping Skyrim in Tact, honestly, if the Imperials could do their jobs and protect themselves from Thalmor I'd be okay with them too, but because they're pushovers I see no reason to take them so seriously as to even call them an 'empire'." Franz stated "Besides, The Nords are just as Racist as the Imperials, I've been insulted in every hold by every guard I've came across empire or not." He added

"Really? I've never been insulted by anybody other than the extremely racist. I'm even a Thane of Whiterun, and I'm part of the Companions." She looked up at the sky. "If we join the rebellion, we'll be hated by everyone who aren't Stormcloak sympathizers. We'll lose any progress we both made with society, or at least I would. I'm not sure about you."

"The only reason they like you is because you're part of the Compainions, They'd hate you just as much as any other Khajiit if you weren't." Franz stated "And As I've stated the Imperials are so freaking pathetic I bet even with YOU on it The Empire wouldn't be able to take back Skyrim." Franz stated confidently "And I'm not even adding myself to the factor, if we did meet eachother on opposite sides, I can guarantee that I'd be the victor." He stated again "Besides, you may not know this, but I can use Thu'ums as well, I just don't rely on shouts. So don't think that would give you any sort of edge."

"Maybe so, but how many shouts do you know?" She began countering, "I also defeated the World Eater, which is the dragon known as Alduin, and saved the world in doing so. I've also cleared out entire bandits' camps on my own and fought tooth and nail in dungeons to retrieve things for folks in Skyrim. Even if you were a Vampire Lord, and telling the truth about being able to use shouts, you'll have to know there are others on your level, and perhaps even higher."

"But back on topic, I agree that the Imperials can be....." Morrin paused for a moment, looking for the right word, "easily swayed by the Thalmor, but what can they do about them?"

"They can stop being huge babies and stand up to the Thalmor, and the only reason you were able to beat Alduin was with the help of the Ancient NORD Heros, so don't think of yourself so High and Mighty because of it." Franz stated "Besides, I bet I could kick the Imperials out of this place faster than you could say 'Death to the Stormcloaks'" Franz stated smirking "You saw how fast I can clear out enemies. You know how lethal I am." He stated, before getting cut off by some Cultists, He quickly 'dispatched' of them and checked the bodies, and saw something that caught is interest, a note. He picked it up and read it to himself before looking at Morrin "Welp, I'm off to find a certain captain, you Imperial Bastard, don't try and stop me." He stated before walking off towards some port near Solitude

She looked at Franz as he left. Did she accidentally say something to offend him? Morrin started feeling guilty as a result, but she couldn't apologize for whatever wrong she committed as an Imperial supporter, as Franz already left. Instead, she went home alone.

Except....well....she doesn't feel like being near anyone, not even her housecarl. She settled for hunting instead. No, not even that. Just run.

Morrin initiated the transformation. It was painful, as her body warped and her fur grew longer and darker, but it's like an illness--you start building a resistance to it. She landed on all fours and just started dashing across the landscape, too deep in her own thoughts to notice anyone or anything.

Franz was already at Solitude and looked at the note again, he went to the nearest Inn and decided to ask for some instructions, The moment he entered he heard the typical "What's the matter Khajiit, someone stole your sweet roll?" and tried his best to not cause a scene and turned to the Guard "Not at all, I don't even typically care for such trivial things, I just wanted to know if anyone had seen someone sail a ship carrying some weird-looking people" He said as nicely as he could, but there was still a definite tone of 'you're lucky we're in your turf, Imperial scum' in it. The Guard thought for a moment and decided to tell Franz about some captain nearby coming back from Morrowind. Franz thanked the Guard and walked out towards where the ships generally were docked

What if what Franz was right? Sure, they might be unable to fight off the Thalmor completely, but the Imperials could do more to help the situation. Still, she doesn't think either side are right but....what if the success of the rebellion is what's best for Skyrim? Morrin made the decision to prepare for the trip to Windhelm as soon as she reverts back to normal form.

But other questions were brought up in her mind. How did Franz guess she was a werewolf? Nevermind that, how did he know Morrin fought with the ancient Nord warriors to kill the World-Eater? That was in Sovngarde, and she hadn't told anyone about the specific events.

She eventually transformed back to her khajiit form. After swiftly putting back her armor, Morrin began heading to Whiterun to get her things from Breezehome.

Franz wrote where he was off to and sent it to Morrin on a Hawk he found, and about the Captain that would most likely take her there. He just wrote that it would probably just help out with her Alchemy research. He then boarded the ship and gave the captain double the usual fee as he seemed reluctant to go back.

Upon arriving home, she greeted her housecarl, Lydia, as the khajiit finished her climb upstairs.

"Hello, Lydia."

"Long life to you, Thane. How was your journey?"

"It was well-traveled, but I have told you many times that you don't have to refer me by my title. Just calling me 'Morrin' is enough."

She opened the chest near her bed, prioritizing alchemy ingredients and clothes, as well as her hand-made potions.

Morrin waited for day, then proceeded to exit the house. As she was on her way out, the dark-furred khajiit told Lydia that she was leaving, and was leaving the housecarl to watch over the house.

As she was buying food for the temporary stay at Windhelm assuming she successfully joins the Stormcloaks. As she does so, a hawk landed near her, carrying a piece of parchment in it's beak. Once the warrior alchemist retrieved it, it flew off before she could have a chance to do anything to it. It was a letter from Franz, talking about Morrowind and mentioning alchemy ingredients native to the country. She'll go there at one point, but for now she must go to Windhelm.

Not feeling like walking the entire way there, she paid the carriage driver to take her to Windhelm.

"I'm going to go to sleep," Morrin said to the driver, lying down on the seats. She hasn't slept in a while, and though her beast blood keeps her from being more energetic after resting, she was definitely tired. "Wake me up when we get there, please."

After the ship landed, Franz jumped out and looked around "Wow! This place is... Interesting..." Franz muttered, continuing to move forwards and examined everything in the port and the new area

"Hey, we're here."

Morrin opened her eyes, blinking and slightly groggy.

"Thank you sir," she thanked the driver, giving a few extra septims to him.

She stepped out of the carriage, and began asking for directions to the palace. Upon finally arriving at the place, she entered and began looking for Ulfric.

She found the Jarl having a discussion (albeit a bit heated) with another person, who was wearing something like a bear pelt along with what seems to be a type of light armor. Morrin remembered seeing the latter when she negotiated a peace treaty between the Imperials and the Stormcloaks.

The khajiit asked Ulfric about joining the Stormcloaks after when they were both done seemingly talking about the war. She was told to ask Galmar, who was probably the one wearing the bear pelt. After a short explanation for why she wanted to join the Stormcloaks, Galmar told her to prove her worth by killing an Ice Wraith at the Serpentstone Isle. She was also given some materials in aiding to fight one, but she has dealt with Ice Wraiths before, so it won't be a problem. The woman headed out of the castle and for the island.

As the khajiit walked to the cold north, Morrin just realized she forgot to give the silver ignots and the jade circlet she found before to Franz. She's already too far away from and she has no idea when the male khajiit will come back, or if he will still join the Stormcloak army. All she can do is just keep moving and hope to cross paths with him at one point.

Franz asked around about Miraak, all he got were vague answers about a temple somewhere in Morrowind, so he decided to scout it out.
