The Simulation [Inactive]

Atlas awoke at the first sense of movement, his heart racing all over again. But when he spotted Rakia and let out a small sigh, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes. He readjusted his mask and pushed himself up with a groan,

"Good morning..." He whispered his voice husky from sleep.

Rakia heard the sound of her new friend, distant. Her eyelids twitched in response, evident reluctance to actually wake up. She was happy to hear the sound though.

Archer stirred in his sleep before feeling something furry on his head. He opened his eyes to see Fluffy staring at him.

Archer was startled and immediately sat up. "Huh? Wha?" was all he said before falling on the grass.

Fluffy walked towards Rakia and mewed.

Atlas yawned quietly and turned to look at the sleeping members around him, his eyes falling on Droid last. He blinked away small bits of sleep and stepped towards the android, unsure as to if androids slept surely they couldn't he thought. He was silent as he halted and inspected Droid, to find something was off. He placed a hand on his shoulder feeling it was cold, which he imagined wasn't right. Atlas skimmed the surface of the robot until he found that the power button was off and swiftly turned Droid back on.

Gears started turning and the light returned to Droid's eyes. "Greetings, player. Who are you?" he asked Atlas.

Atlas was a bit confused but played along unsure,

"Atlas Randal....Droid you okay?" His voice had returned its usual dull sound.

Rakia heard shuffling, knowing everyone was awake, including the cat. She just lacked the energy to greet them with usual energy. She felt like there was a boulder on her front. "..get rock off my chest.." e mumbled half awake. When rakia actually opened them, she realized it was just one of those days. She leaned herself against the tree and listened with curiosity to droid, who seemed to forget them.

Atlas sat down in front of Droid, criss crossed.

"We're wandering....All of us are wandering, including you." He reminded the android.

Archer finally woke up and stretched. He heard Atlas and Droid talking to each other.

Archer walked over to Rakia, "Hey Rakia, let's go find out what's goin' on there." he said pointing to the robot and Atlas.

Rakia opened one eye. "Android. Open file Arkia... open all data from the day previous. " she rasped quietly in attempt to help.

Atlas stared at Droid,

"Nothing..." He mumbled in thought, Amnesia, amateurs game in a doctors lives. It was such a common thing it had been one of the first things Atlas read about.

As soon as the girl spoke, Droid was immediately bombarded with his memories from yesterday.

The blackmail list, the "Arckia" ship, and a bunch of other things.

"Oh... What... happened?" he asked.

"Droid.. save all memory and include in reboot when starting up." She mumbled before closing her eyes and drifting offa bit again. Good.. the pervert remembered.. Now food or sleep..

Atlas stood up,

"You where shut off and lost your memory...It doesn't matter now." He took a step back and stumbled a bit before regaining himself and letting out an irritated sigh. He hated mornings, he was most likely to be most on edge during them.

"Saving memory... Including in reboot... Tasks finished." said Droid.

He then faced Atlas. "Atlas, would you like to learn about my list?" he asked him. By "list" he meant 'Droid's Blackmail List'.

"Hey Rakia, where'd you put the fishing rod?" asked Archer.

He was going to fish 'cause he was hungry. His friends probably was too.

Atlas turned back to Droid before sitting down once more leaning in a bit.

"List?..." He murmured interested as to what he meant by this.

Droid nodded slowly. "It is a short list but it has quite useful items in it." he said.

He activated the printer on his right arm and a bond paper came out.

Droid's Blackmail List

  1. Rakia still held on to Archer's hand even after she stood up.
  2. Rakia turned red when she realized she was holding Archer's hand.
  3. Rakia stayed at Archer's side even after that.

Behind a row of a few trees, Archon stood swinging his greatsword. Focused, concentrated, he was determined to be even better.

Atlas stared at the list then back at Droid un fazed by its contents then stood slowly.

"Thank you for sharing this with me..." He spoke dimly, never really having an interest in the ship the robot had put together. And folded the paper slipping it into his back pocket. But perhaps he could use it himself at some point if needed.

(Going to bed night. :D )

Droid nodded slowly. "No... problem..." he said.

(Okay... PREVIOUSLY ON THE SIMULATION:

Rakia frowned deeply. "I'm sorry.. I cant say I understand.. I've had people by my side my whole life. Had to sit through so many grief filled death predictions I've outlived I've stopped caring. Being strong is all that matters now.. right?" Rakia gives him a sad smile and catches back up to the others. She turned to atlas. "S'rry."

Archer put Fluffy on the top of his head. "Come on, Fluffy, let's follow Rakia." he said.

Archer and Fluffy walked towards the group.

Atlas was startled by the girls approach and clasped a hand over his mouth staring at the floor as he placed the surgical mask strings back around his ears. His heart was beating fast and he took a small breath before looking up at the girl,

"None of it was your fault, so there is no need to apologize. Now, shall we continue on our journey and forget about all of this?" By the end of his statement he was standing and brushing off the front of his coat.

......

Archer petted Fluffy before catching up with the group. "Hey, wait up!" he called.

He slowed down next to Rakia. "Do you wanna take your turn in holding Fluffy?" he asked her, smiling slightly.

Rakia nodded energetically, taking hold of the soft virtual animal and petting it. She hates to be a downer. She really does. "I'm gonna make you a ninja, fluffy." She spoke softly, seeming to purr with the animal, or maybe it just looked that way.

She was actually hungry, and a bit tired. She would never say so as she was still coming to terms with this anomoly herself. Does food here replenish, or is it possible to starve. Same with sleep. What good did it do?

Archer yawned. "I'm going to sleep on a rock if I have to." he said.

"Hey Rakia, do you think Fluffy would be able to throw ninja stars when he becomes a ninja?" he asked her.

Rakia nodded, deciding it must be so, even if it goes against all common sense, nature and the obvious from looking and noticing, "Hey! Cats don't have opposable thumbs!"

She placed said cat on her head. "We will find a way."

Archer grinned. "There's always a way."

He began thinking of ways of how Fluffy will be able to throw ninja stars. Maybe he can build some kind of mini disc launcher. If he can even do that. "Let's find more flying clocks along the way so that Fluffy can level up." he said excitedly. He couldn't wait for Fluffy to level up.

.......

Droid walked around the city borders. "Scanning borders..." he said and was immediately bombarded with information. "Players within city range..." he jumped down from his post and headed towards the players.

He ran towards them and slowed down when he was near them. "Checking profiles..."

In his eyes, holograms with information of the players appeared. He started with the girl... Rakia's profile.

Name: Rakia May

Age: 17

Danger level: 47% [Low Stamina]

Others: May be in relationship with Archer Shadow.

Then he read the boy, Archer Shadow's profile.

Name: Archer Shadow

Age: 17

Danger Level: 52% [Nearly Balanced]

Others: May be in relationship with Rakia May.

He decided to leave them alone. For now. But that option was cancelled when he accidentally crushed a rock with his metallic foot. He got his police club ready in case he was going to be attacked.

Rakia froze, seeing the android creature. She turned as red as her hair though, seeing what her status said. "...Did this game just pair me with somebody?" She asked, bewildered. She cautiously scam closer to it, walking past Atlas.

Droid put his police club on its sheath. "
I do not know what you mean by 'pair'. Do you perhaps mean 'pear' as in the fruit?" he asked the girl Rakia.

Rakia giggled, thoroughly entertained. "You know.. pair.. ship.. um.. say that two people could be... ya know, together?" She asked, despite the smile her face became progressively redder.

Droid still didn't understand. "
Ship?" he asked. From his robotic arm, a hologram appeared. A vocabulary.

Ship - Vehicle used on water.

- A pairing of two persons. Their names combined together. (Ex. Apple + Orange = Apange)

Okay, now he understood. "
Arckia?"

Rakia was practically a tomato. She waved her hands in front of her in disagreement. "Yes yes! You understand, but that's definitely, definitely not what happening here! No way.. and if it was.. it would be like... Raker or something cooler with my name first." She rambled, before fuming at her own words. "Not like that's whats happening!"

Atlas snorted once more and lifted a hand, it silencing.

"Oh my goodness, many apologies..." He bowed his head a bit, letting out a small breath to allow himself to calm down. The smile slipping from his lips, and set a hand on Rakias shoulder in case she might attack the poor creature. And lifting his other hand out to the android,

"Atlas Randal, you?"

Rakia fumed at Atlas. "What?! The Android with the OTP is funny, but I've got nothing?! Or are you laughing at my expense?!" She pretended to be calm and scolding. "Shame on you Atlas. I expected better.."

After breathing out her irritation and resisting urge to kill a bot, she decided to introduce herself. "Sup weirdo? I'm Rakia.. as you know.."

Droid didn't know how to react. "
Droid." he said, shaking Atlas' hand.

"
May I ask where are you heading? The clocks might go haywire again."

......

"
I do not know a way out of here. I was created here." said Droid. "But if you are traveling far, I would suggest you be aware of your surroundings." Droid opened his hand and a fishing rod appeared. "Feed your cat. Now, I must go."

Atlas' eyes widened a bit as Droid created a rod out of seemingly thin air, he needed to remind himself that he was most definitely in a video game.

"Thank you, um...Droid," He nodded a small bow, "where must you go?" He wouldn't admit it but he liked the robots company a bit, it may be because he embarrassed Rakia but either way he was enjoyable.

"
I must go back to the city. I need to continue patrolling the borders." said Droid. But, a ringing came from his other arm. He pressed a button and a holographic person appeared.

The person said he was fired because he was not patrolling the borders then the hologram disappeared. "
I never wanted the job anyway." commented Droid.

......

Atlas eyed the Droid,

"You can see stats..." He mumbled emotionless, "that'd be useful..." He thought a moment closing his eyes and setting a hand on his chin in thought.

"Yes...You may travel with us but at some point we must figure out a way to make you less...noticeable.." He muttered, quietly opening his eyes and setting his hands in his pockets.

Rakia frowned at the stuck in game thing, reminded of her earlier anxiety. "Yeah... missing a lot of stuff, hm?" She said, ready to try again. When she heard Atlas speak, she realized something. "Droid. Open personal settings."

"
Opening personal settings for Rakia May..." said Droid.

A screen appeared with a bunch of words and such. "
Personal settings opened..."

Archer just stood there, dumfounded. He had no idea what to say nor do. So, he just stood beside Rakia, trying to hide his red face by looking down at the ground. Droid is somewhat nice but has... the info problem. Seriously, Arckia?

Archer watched as Rakia said something about personal settings and a screen appeared. Since it's her settings, he turned away, giving her her own privacy.

Rakia shot Archer a look, irritated for him being embarrassed, then a deflated look of frustration to Droid. It wasn't his fault he had to research shipping... she supposed. "R-right um... Access personal data stored within my personal computer... I may need to figure this out manually.." She said, ignoring the information within her data as she would usually try to hide it.

"
Accessing data..." said Droid and the screen had a zoom in effect, and a whole bunch of folders appeared.

Archer slightly shuffled his feet. "Is there like a privacy setting there or something?" he asked the robot. Then to Rakia, "Just tell me when you're done configuring your settings and such." he said.

"Yes... Find simulation program and give command log off." She said, blushing at archers responce. "Ya know.. this game has a dirtier mind than me." She pointed at droid. "Proof."

"
Finding simulation program..." said Droid. The screen did another zoom in. "Program found. Commanding log off..." he said and once he said that, he got electrocuted. "Function error... Error... Error..." he said, buzzing after ever word. "Unable to command log off..." he said.

Then to Rakia's comment, "
Dirtier mind? I do not understand."

Atlas held up a hand to Droid,

"There is nothing to understand, she just means is this case delusional. For example the whole mishap with Archer and her being in a relationship." He then let out a small yawn and covered his mouth though his mask. If what the others said about the time was true it could easily be 2 in the morning where he lives. But why did he feel tired here, this was a game.

Droid nodded his head slowly. "
Okay..." he said, "But keep in mind the 'others' section would not change unless something or someone overrides it." Droid looked up at the sky. "You must rest before something negative happens." he said.

.......

Droid shook his head slowly. "I only shut down when I malfunction or someone had forced me to shut down." said the robot. "Atlas, would you like me to train you after you rest?" he asked. Droid was actually trained in Milibot Camp.

tlas looked up, he was used to pulling all nighters it wasn't a surprising thing to do. In fact his father enjoyed it, so he waved away Droid.

"We may train now if you wouldn't mind.." He hadn't noticed the android read his profile yet, so he wondered whether or not he knew his stats.

Droid nodded slowly once more. "
It is... okay with me." he said. Atlas' profile suddenly appeared.

Name: Atlas Randal

Age: 17

Danger Level: 42% [Low Strength]

Others: N/A

"
Would you like to start with a spar?" he asked Atlas as he got out his metallic police club.

Atlas sighed quietly in relief that the game had no real information on him, and nodded.

"If that is what you wish.." He stepped out from the others, he was most likely to lose this small duel. But it'd all be a learning experience in the end for him.

........

Rakia watched, amazed. Atlas was not one to mess with, but she couldn't help but question droid. "Hey.. your skill level must be improving. Nice, lucky." She said, climbing a tree herself to pass the time.

Archer stared at Rakia. "You're climbing a tree while holding Fluffy?" he asked. Then he yawned, "I'm gonna find a nice rock to sleep in."

Atlas stared at himself confused by Droids statement, but what he said was true his body was swarmed by a light sage colored mist. The same as when he first entered the game, but didn't think of his stats instead he walked towards Droid holding out a hand.

"Good job.." He mumbled but meant it.

Droid reached out his hand and took Atlas' hand, pulling himself up.

"
Why are you glowing...?" he asked.

Atlases glow slowly disappeared into the air,

"My stats where improved, perhaps my strength..I don't really care at the moment. You alright?" He truly didn't care about himself, he hoped that the Droid though bit living was alright.

"
Yes... I am... Alright." said Droid. A screen appeared on his arm.

LOW OIL

"
Now I am not. Do you have any oil?" he asked Atlas. If he ran out of oil, he would shut down. He forgot to tell Archer that.

.......

Rakia leapt down with ease, a little cat like herself. Fluffy remained content in her arms. "Hey.. um.. We should probably stick together. You know.. so if the game glitches again or something we wont get damaged." She said with a lopsided smirk.

Atlas bit his lower lip, and though he knew he contained no oil he patted his pockets.

"No, but I don't see the problem in perhaps getting some." He then turned to Rakia with a small nod, "As well we must find oil for Droid.." He informed her dimly.

"Where can we find oil though?" asked Archer as he slightly swayed because of his sleepiness.

Then he noticed Rakia smirking. He mentally gulped.

Rakia nodded, smiling awkwardly. She saw Archer sway and grabbed his shoulder, keeping him upright. She was pretty exhausted herself but she hadn't had her heart act up for at least and hour now so she was doing good. "Maybe the city. They've got some cool looking places.

Droid nodded his head slowly. "
There is oil in the city but I cannot go in there because the polibots might force me into another job." he said. He opened his hand and a map of the city appeared. He gave it to Atlas. "The oil is located at the Motobot Workshop. Do not worry about payment. The owner of the workshop is too lazy to care." he said.

Rakia smiled widely. "We don't need sleep yet.. right? We can keep going! To the town! Don't worry droid. You chill and relax a bit. We've got this covered?" She was happy just to keep going. Anything to get her mind off of the scenario. In fact she was slightly desperate to do so.

"
Chill?" asked Droid, confused.

Atlas stared at the map then up at Droid, giving a curt nod.

"It means, rest. Don't move to much if you are low on oil. We'll be back don't worry..." Perhaps he liked Droid because Atlas was like an android himself, socially indifferent and unallowed to show emotion. He memorized the location of the store and placed it in his pocket,

"We should leave earlier then later.."

"Er.. relax. Not be cold but just enjoy yourself leisurely? God.. by the end of all this, either Im gonna get a vocabulary or you will get stupid." Rakia stated, a bit awkwardly. She started off, attempting to run there. She was sure that pace wouldn't last but she would rather not run into trouble. "Come on Atlas. Gotta get moving or else we ourselves will be needing the help."

.......

When they reached the river and bridge, Rakia panted heavily. She couldn't help but be disappointed as it seemed she was stuck with her normal stamina in the game. "Flipping stats.." She mumbled breathily. She paused, pointing to the bridge, then continued running. Hopefully her stat would raise after this. "Yep.. m-matter of time.. right?"

Atlas nodded quietly, his pace not slowing at the least. He then took this time to really look at his stats, and much like he had desired his strength had increased. Only by one yes, but six was better then five. One of his hands swept his bangs out from in front of his crystal blue eyes. Just in time to spot a town in the distance which slowly grew in size over the horizon.

.......

Archer sat down on the grass and rested his head on a rock.

"So bored..." he muttered as he played with his bow. He wondered if his bow had anymore glow colors.

As if on cue, his bow glowed a dark shade of purple. "This better be cool..."

.........

Rakia saw the town and sped up, excitedly. She sprinted there without other thought, to see characters roaming and doing their own quests. She finally got to a building, to feel her chest do flips. Rakia grabbed hold of the wall and slid down to her knee, waiting for breathing to work again. While doing so, she marveled at the world she entered. The hover taxis and strange distorted buildings.

Atlas slowed down, letting out a small huff of air casually as though it had been nothing. Then turned to Rakia setting a hand on her shoulder,

"You okay...." He whispered, looking at her for a moment waiting for a response then up at the extraordinary town.

Rakia nodded, panting until she felt relief. It took a while though, nearly two minutes this time of feeling like a goldfish outside its bowl. "G-good to go... lets hurry so they aren't left long.." She said breathily, getting back up and walking now.

.......

Atlas let out a small sigh before turning and looking down the road,

"Well, it should be just down the road..." He informed her before beginning to walk down himself, looking behind him to make sure she was following.

Rakia tried keeping pep in her step to stay close behind but it was hard. It wasn't like she had the longest legs. "There. I see it." She said, pointing out the shop. "Droid better be happy Im letting him off the hook for the whole Arkia thing and going out of my way." She said, haughtily, but then looked to Atlas and laughed. "And you too.. going out of your way I mean."

Atlas nodded quietly slowing so Rakia could keep up, his eyes falling upon the shop.

"He's enjoyable to be around, much like you and Archer. So I don't entirely mind helping him, as I imagine you don't care about helping either." He stated absently, saying it rather then keeping it within his mind like she usually would. But he was quite comfortable around Rakia, her being the first person he actually befriended in his life.

Rakia laughed breathily, silently thankful for his slowing. "Yeah well.. When I was a kid I wasn't allowed to leave the hospital or my room. I got to go to school after like.. a couple years of convincing. After meeting other people my age I realized being selfish really isn't worth it." She said bluntly, not really minding it. "Even if I give droid a hard time.. or anyone else, Im still gonna help them because it feels good to be there." She walked in and grabbed oil, noticing the shopkeeper was asleep. The shop was a lot less sterile and overall sort of grey. "Dare me to poke his nose?"

Atlas listened intently, wishing to know why she had been kept up inside of a hospital. But he respected her privacy much like she respected his, if she wished to tell him she would. So instead he nodded in understanding, then looked over at the man.

"I imagine you wish for me to say 'yes'," He gave her a stare like a parent would, one where just with their eyes they stated

'why would you even do such a thing, get your butt in the car' But it lightened up a bit as he whispered,

"So...Yes...I dare you."

Rakia giggled mischievously and snuck close to the man. She was quite animated in her movements, as though putting on a little show for nobody to see. She bent over his face, chuckling silently at his snoring and mouthed. 'Run when I say go.' Then, she gave one hard flick to his nose. "Go go go!" She yelled, sprinting out of the shop hearing yelling and gun shots in the store. She ran as fast as she could until she couldn't breath any more, without paying attention to much else. She laughed through wheezing, easily entertained and thoroughly pleased..

......

The light in Droid's eyes slowly began to fade. He was about to shut down.

He heard gunshots from afar. He guessed they got the oil.

Archer forgot his glowing bow when he saw Droid.

"They better hurry up..." he muttered as he got up and walked to the robot's side.

......

Atlas heard the steps behind him, and quickly scooped up Rakia in his arms fearing that her stamina would cause an injury to befall her.

"Don't lose that oil..." He mumbled, quickening the pace a small smile playing on his lips though it was unnoticeable behind his mask. They reached the bridge and the steps and gun shots faded out but he didn't slow down until they came to Droid and Archer. His breaths hitching.

Archer saw Atlas running with Rakia towards them. He stood up and helped Rakia down.

"What'd you guys do?" he asked.

Rakia gasped until the gun firing was far behind and she heard Atlas struggle a bit. Her body went slightly lax with fatigue so she was thankful for not getting left behind. Rakia immediately sat down, mouthing thank you and trying to gather herself. "..o-oil... flicked a s-sleeping dude... fun.."

Archer frowned. "Okay... but now we need to put the oil on Droid. I can barely see the light in his eyes." he said.

His bow was still glowing purple. Archer made a mental note to try it out later.

......

Droid slowly tapped his shoulder and some kind of metallic container popped out.

"
Put... oil..." he said.

When her heart quit fluttering, she stood up slowly and came to Droid. As gently as she could, she filled it with oil, though her hands shook and made it a bit messy. "S-sorry.. I gotcha Droid." She said, smiling tiredly, but truly enjoying being of help. "Better?"

The light in Droid's eyes instantly brightened. Sounds of gears could be heard. "
Thank... you... Rakia..." he said as the metallic container became hidden once again.

......

Archon was out looking for his party and he returned.

"Hey! Atlas!" Archon shouted as he saw him

Rakia smiled brightly and nodded, standing back up, quivering on her feet. Though the beating in her chest became regular, she was too tired to recover from the last. She dropped her back against a tree and slid down, rubbing her eyes. "Just in time to sleep... find your people Archon?"

"Not yet.." He replied as he looked away. "What happened? Are you guys alright?"

Atlas was relieved to hear that Droid was rejuvenated, but didn't respond his knees close to his chest and his head rested onto the side of his knees. And simply waved to Archon, keeping quiet as it continued to feel like no air would enter his lungs.

Rakia nodded. "Think Atlas is on the verge of an allergy attack though.. Give him a rest. Its late anyways." She said, feeling guilty as he tried to help her. She looked at him and frowned. "Next time you shoulda left me alone. We've all got limits ya know."

Atlas nodded his head no, keeping his eyes shut. He was to stupid to leave people behind, not when it's difficult to find good people. He looked up readjusting his mask before standing, and swaying a bit which caused him to place a hand on the trunk of the tree he was beside.

"Walk.." He muttered quietly before turning and leaving down a small path, memorizing land marks so he wouldn't get lost.

Archer found Fluffy behind a bush and carried him over to Rakia.

"It's still your turn." he said with a weak smile.

Rakia got up and speed walked up to him, taking Fluffy on her shoulder happily. "Hey wait.. I don't want you passing out on the trail."

.......

Droid watched as Archer carried the kitten to Rakia, making him remember something that will annoy them both. "
Arckia..." he said as he stood up.

Rakia stopped short. Fuming. She forgot her condition and ran up to him, ready to spar. She took out her great sword. "What d-did you say, Droid?! You got somethin' ya wanna share?!"

Droid was oblivious to Rakia's anger.

"
I do not have anything to share. I merely said Arckia." he said.

"We've got a robot huh?" Archon asked curiously.

Atlas turned around ready to tell Rakia that he didn't need a baby sitter, his breaths long and deep. But when she became caught up with Droid he merely turned bac karound and began walking once more, without any word.

"Ooh boy, he's in trouble." said Archer as he watched Rakia and Droid.

Honestly, he too was annoyed. Well, Rakia looked like she was pissed off.

Rakia sprinted at Droid and swung with her great sword. "800 pounds!" She said, making the weight adjust.

Droid simply ducked. "
What is wrong with Arckia?" he asked.

Rakia caught the ground with her feet firmly planted, following through the strike at his back when the first missed, she was ready to pop a vein. "The lack of consent! And my name s-should be first!" She snapped.

"Whoa!" Archon shouted as he ran to Rakia grabbing the arm that held her sword. "Easy, easy"

Droid was instantly behind Rakia. "
Would you prefer Raker then? But in my opinion, Arckia sounds better. Three letters from Archer's name, and three letters from your name." he said.

Rakia grinned, blessing her flexibility and popped her shoulder out of his joint, twisting herself all the way around and tripping Archon. She swung a kick at Droid, leaving no breathing room. "We aren't a couple!"

Droid used his metallic hand to grab Rakia's foot. "
I vote for you two to be one then." he said.

.......

Atlas was out of range from the others, but could still hear the faint sound of Rakias yells. His chest felt as though a weight was glued to it and at a moment collapsed against the tree, his sight odd and his mind felt like a hot fog was burning it. Once again he heard the sound of Rakia screaming about her dislike for Droids shipping title. And a small smile played on his lips.

......

Archer stopped himself from trying out his glowing bow.

Droid might explode or something and that would be really bad.

Rakia struggled to remove herself, finally taking a sharp intake of breath. Her chest fluttered and no air or relief could be felt. It felt irregular, and she went lax, dropping her weapon and feeling the tightness. Instead of attacking him, she instinctually grabbed onto Droid.

Droid once again had no idea what to do. "
Help...?" he said.

Rakia gave Archon a deflated glare and her grip on Droid slipped. She slid down, feebly attempting to hold onto him, heart beating fast and ineffectively. She gasped and attempted to tell Archon to shut up, but nothing but raspy breathing came. She figured this was her limit for the day anyways. If anything, it was shocking and encouraging how far she managed to go that day.

"Relax" Archon said as he places a hand on her shoulder. "Just take it easy, you look beat"

Archer ran to Rakia's side. "Rakia? You okay?" he asked as he shook her shoulders.

Droid never had human contact since he was busy with his forced jobs. But now, he didn't know what was happening to Rakia. He tried to remember this moment where Archer *tries* to save the damsel in distress.

Rakia swallowed and looked up at the two, mind foggy from the lack of oxygen. She nodded, then let her body go limp, laying down. The beating calmed itself. "..blame droid." She managed to joke, half smiling at Archer. "Avenge me..." She said, melodramatically to lighten the mood as she could.

"Anyone mind explaining all of this?" Archon queried scratching his head.

Archer's glowing bow turned to metal. "So this is what it does..." he murmured then grinned.

He swung his bow on Droid's feet.

Droid lost balance for the third time that day and fell backwards.

........

Rakia laughed from her spot on the ground, lacking the will to do anything more. She looked at Archon. "Private issue. I wont be an inconvenience.. alright?"

Archer stood up and held his hand out for Rakia to take.

"I think you should stay away from Droid for a while." he said.

Droid slowly stood up and said, "
I still prefer Arckia and vote for you two to be a couple. I think I may have blackmail soon." he said.

"Whaaaaaaaaaat?" Archon asked as he looked around to the others.

Rakia grinned, lopsided, and took the hand with her shaky one. She pulled herself up, standing on shaky knees. "maybe... I'm not sure how much more I can do today unfortunately...hey.. be nice." She said, first to Archer, then Droid with less then enthusiastic frustration. "Arckia isn't real.. leave it be Archon."

"Okay, okay. What to do now?" asked Archon.

Unknown to them, Droid started planning things to get the two together.

.......

Rakia looked around, forgetting Atlas much to her embarrassment and a feeling of guilt rose. "Hey! Atlas? Where are ya?!"

Archer pointed to a path. "Saw him go that way." he said.

Droid eyed the to-be-couple's hands. They didn't realize they were still holding each other's hands.

BLACKMAIL!!!

"I'll take a look" Archon said as he started down the path.

"Wait! Let me tag along.. please." Rakia said, hoping not to be a deadweight.

"Alright, let's get going." said Archon.

Rakia followed, but then realized in her grasp she was dragging along an Archer. She turned bright red and released. 'don't let the ship get to you Rakia.. its stupid and so not true.. you would know.'

Droid became more observant and noted Rakia's bright face. Blackmail # 2 filed.

Archer felt Rakia release his hand. He became smiled sadly before covering it up with a fake straight face.

Rakia still felt shaky. She didnt want to embarrass herself by clinging to archer.. especially not in front of Droid, but she stayed close, comfortably.

Droid was basically just taking note of their every move. He added another blackmail to his list when Rakia stayed close to him. Wow, who knew writing down blackmails was fun?

........

Atlas sat against the tree, quietly. His bangs hiding his closed eyes, his stance that he sat in would make him come a cross as awake. But he was fast asleep, sure that in his time zone it was nearing 4 in the morning. His expression was delicate and innocent much different from his usual emotionless stare.

Rakia reached atlas, pocking him and noticing no reaction. Her friend lokked... sweet. Less hardened. "Im beat.. can we sleep here for the night? I dont wanna wake up atlas cause he looks comfy."

"That's a good idea" Archon replied with a yawn

"I'm going to find a rock." said Archer. He glanced behind him to see Droid staring right at him so he quickly averted his gaze and started searching for a comfortable-looking rock.

Rakia settled down under a tree, curling up. She took a deep breath, making sure she would not stop breathing in the middle of the night, roll over and die or something. "Night Archer.." she said as he left her side.immediately she was dead asleep. The kind it was near impossible to wake from during that time.

Atlas when poked by Rakia, moved his head a bit mumbling.

"I'm sorry..." Before drifting off once more his head rested on his own shoulder.

Archer finally found a comfortable rock and lied down on the grass then rested his head on it.

"Night." he replied to Rakia and he fell asleep.

Droid stayed where he was and tried to hear what they were saying. He heard something that made him add another item to his blackmail list.

"
Blackmail... list... nearly completed." he said as he walked towards a tree and an acorn dropped, pressing the Shut Down button on his head.

The light died down in Droid's eyes.

......

When morning came, Rakia was half awake and dazed. the first thing she realized was how heavy she felt, as though she had a hundred extra pounds on her chest. She was hungry. How, she didnt know. It was a game.. how could she need food. Unable to find it within herself to get up, she simply groaned and drifted in between dream and reality.

Greetings, player.

"..get rock off my chest.." she mumbled half awake. When rakia actually opened them, she realized it was just one of those days. She leaned herself against the tree and listened with curiosity to droid, who seemed to forget them.

"
I am well, Atlas Randal. What are you doing in the city?" asked Droid.

Atlas sat down in front of Droid, criss crossed.

"We're wandering....All of us are wandering, including you." He reminded the android.

Droid looked around and saw he was in some kind of clearing.

"
I do not... remember..." he said.

Archer finally woke up and stretched. He heard Atlas and Droid talking to each other.

Archer walked over to Rakia, "Hey Rakia, let's go find out what's goin' on there." he said pointing to the robot and Atlas.

Rakia opened one eye. "Android. Open file Arckia... open all data from the day previous. " she rasped quietly in attempt to help.

As soon as the girl spoke, Droid was immediately bombarded with his memories from yesterday.

The blackmail list, the "Arckia" ship, and a bunch of other things.

"
Oh... What... happened?" he asked.

Atlas stood up,

"You where shut off and lost your memory...It doesn't matter now." He took a step back and stumbled a bit before regaining himself and letting out an irritated sigh. He hated mornings, he was most likely to be most on edge during them.

"Droid.. save all memory and include in reboot when starting up." She mumbled before closing her eyes and drifting off a bit again. Good.. the pervert remembered.. Now food or sleep..

"
Saving memory... Including in reboot... Tasks finished." said Droid.

He then faced Atlas. "
Atlas, would you like to learn about my list?" he asked him. By "list" he meant 'Droid's Blackmail List'.

Atlas turned back to Droid before sitting down once more leaning in a bit.

"List?..." He murmured interested as to what he meant by this.

Droid nodded slowly. "
It is a short list but it has quite useful items in it." he said.

He activated the printer on his right arm and a bond paper came out.

Droid's Blackmail List

  1. Rakia still held on to Archer's hand even after she stood up.
  2. Rakia turned red when she realized she was holding Archer's hand.
  3. Rakia stayed by Archer's side even after that.

Atlas stared at the list then back at Droid unfazed by its contents then stood slowly.

"Thank you for sharing this with me..." He spoke dimly, never really having an interest in the ship the robot had put together. And folded the paper slipping it into his back pocket. But perhaps he could use it himself at some point if needed.

Okay... Sorry for the LONG post but The Reaper needs to know what just happened :P )

Archer tried finding the fishing rod Droid gave to Rakia. "Where is it..." he mumbled as he lifted a rock.

He checked behind the tree Rakia was sleeping in and found nothing.

"Rak, where'd you put the fishin' rod?" he repeated his question earlier. He froze when he realized he had given Rakia a nickname.

I. Am. So. Dead. he thought to himself.
