Miles-Miles always brought out Cal's softer side. She only ever revealed this to close friends. He was always someone she could be herself around and often made her feel better. After Catherine died, she struggled to hold their friendship together.


Noah(Beck)-Callen saw Beck as a good guy. He was an older brother figure to Catherine, and she respected him for that. She never really got the chance to know the guy, so after Catherine's death she made it her mission to be friends with him.


Jamie-Jamie was Callen's best friend. She was her shoulder to cry on and listened to her problems, During the last 2 and half years that Catherine was alive, she noticed her and Catherine getting close and asked her why but Jamie refused to tell her and lead her to believe that Jamie liked Catherine as well and started to get mad at her and then at the cabin she let it all out at Jamie. Jamie tried to tell her something but she wasn't listening and the last thing she said was "We're not friends anymore." After that they never talked to each other again


Benjamin-She's always known Benjamin didn't like her. Not many people did. She comes off as rude and closed off sometimes, and Benjamin seems to think she's just a big cry baby. Which, is partly true, but she tries not to let him bother here. He doesn't know why she does what she does and that's not his fault, she tries to be friendly to him. Though its never really been successful.


Peyton-Callen never quite understood Peyton. She was always happy and attempting to make other people around her happy, Callen respected her for that, she did, just found it hard to understand. After Catherine's death, Peyton seemed to be the only one not majorly affected and Callen often wished she could be that optimistic.

Callen spiraled into a pit of despair, constantly searching for the man with the same tattoo, who she believed killed her father. Of course, this involved her getting much better at lying and slipping away from the people of authority. She's considered a rebel and a bad influence. No one but her mother, and Catherine knew the real story behind her acts of defiance.


When Catherine died, Callen did the same thing she did after her father died, she spiraled into another out of despair. She knew everyone thought it was their fault, and honestly so did she. Catherine was the glue that held their group together, and her death was the water that made it dry up and shrivel, before falling apart.

Personality

The first thing someone will notice about Miles is his gentle attitude towards others and the world around him, as if by simple treating something too roughly it could fall apart or disappear forever. And that was always something he was afraid of: losing those that he cares for. At a younger age, his mother contracted cancer. When they found out it was a terminal illness, the family was rocked to the core. As it stood, Miles father, his older brother and himself were all big softies and relied on his mother to look up to and to always be strong for all of them. While it was good they could all share their loss with one another, after she had passed, there was no central support anymore. Surprisingly, it was not his father that took on this role but his older brother. It was sad to see his brother change so much for them, but he had always insisted it made him happier knowing Miles and his father had someone to rely on. With time, they all moved past it and recall her in good light.


When Catherine died, it dredged up all of those old fears and pain and doubled it. It was a reminder and a fresh wave of despair. For a while, Miles locked himself away from everyone. While the group of friends insisted on lashing out at each other, Miles faded away into the background and then altogether. He lost his cheery attitude for a good while and, as one who tended to wear his heart on his sleeve, everyone who looked at him could know he was suffering.


As of now, he's managed to pick himself back up and go back to a normal state, but he's a lot more cautious now, almost waiting to lose someone else he cares for and preparing himself for the inevitable. And for those he's close to, he protects them fiercely. When I say this, I mean not that he's overprotective and weighs over them constantly but that he can be a bit of a worry wart. If they are even a little sick, he'll make them soup, no lie, and keep an eye on them until they're better. While courage is something he usually lacks, if someone is hurting someone he cares about he isn't afraid to go up in that persons face and possibly get beat up in the process.

Callen - Miles has been better friends with Callen than most. She's willing to show her more vulnerable and gentle side to him, something that he greatly appreciates and in return, he likes to do what he can for her. He encourages this side of her as well, but accepts both the softer and rougher parts of her.


Beck - Miles finds himself closer to him than most in the group, in an emotional sense, because they both share the loss of their mother. Still, what wards him away, is what Miles does not understand; while Miles is willing to talk out his feelings with someone, Beck keeps them locked away for the sake of others.


Jamie - Miles has always enjoyed her company because of her kind demeanor, although, he's been smart enough to see the smile breaking around edges. Knowing there wasn't much he could do to bring out what's bothering her or rather that he didn't have the right, he's kept an eye on her from a distance. He wants to help, but he doesn't know what's wrong. After Catherine's death, he would contact and check up on her every so often.


Benjamin - Miles is good at helping those who tell him what's wrong and with sharing his emotions. Other than that, he's not so good at guessing what others are thinking or feeling, in fact he can be quite dense sometimes in figuring out why someone is bothered. That being said, Miles is completely aware that Benjamin doesn't like him although he doesn't know why. The guy won't tell him and because being around him upsets him more than anything, Miles tends to avoid him altogether in favor of not getting yelled at yet again.


Peyton - Everyone had their flaws and Miles never liked how she could be mean to others, while at the same time respected her assertion. It was something he could never do and therefore had a few times where people walked on him because of it. She was always able to make him laugh and brighten his mood. Even after falling back from the group, she was one of the few he kept in contact with.


Elise - While a kind girl, she could be difficult to be around sometimes. He knew she always meant well however he often found her overbearing and unpredictable. He enjoyed being around her to an extent and when she got too be either too loud or brash, he would feel uncomfortable and distance himself slightly. Other than that, he found her to be fun and lively.

Even in her darkest hours, Beck was there to guide her through by holding her hand and going where she may not have thought to go before he was there to help.

It was interesting to view the transition from Benjamin before Catherine to Benjamin after her, but with her death came a lot of rage for the guy, and though Beck completely understands, he finds it difficult to respect him nowadays. He has a very low tolerance for bullies, and for lack of a kinder term, that's exactly what Benjamin seems to have turned into.

Beck absolutely adores Peyton's energy and drive to live her life for herself. It's a refreshing change of pace in an otherwise frankly dismal world, and he admires her ability to want to change the state of despair that seems to surround the group nowadays. Her vibrance really makes him perk up, and pretty much every chance he has to spend with her he is happy to take.

He refuses to let even big things get to him when he's around others because, as a person who always appears stoic in dark times, he knows that reacting can have a big impact on those who he is close with. He is always willing to sacrifice his own emotions for the sake of anyone else; he refuses to sit by and let others be hurt.

Catherine's death brought up a lot of abandonment issues that Beck had tried to ignore in the past. After his mother left, he always had a sense that it was his fault. It took a lot of fake smiles and shitty jokes and new inventions to bury it under happy memories, but upon Catherine's death the guilt resurfaced and for a while it seemed impossible for him to even make the little jokes again. Losing Catherine was like losing a sibling. He wasn't sure if he would ever get over the pain.

But with another few years of fake smiles and shitty jokes and new inventions, he has been able to pick himself back up again and move on. He keeps a photograph of Catherine in his wallet with him, as brothers with lost sisters often do, to remind him of her bright smile. For the most part, he's returned to the person he once was, making jokes and guiding his friends through hardships - Heaven knows he's been through plenty himself, but a big thing that just doesn't seem to disappear is the guilt. His relationships are laced with a hidden anxiety that only he seems to sense, terrified of the prospect of losing someone else, even in a less severe way than he lost Catherine. Even mundane tasks remind him of the things he should have done differently, and he feels as though it's crushing him slowly.

She is protective and loving, she protects the people who can't protect themselves making sure no one hurts them. Throughout school, she got popular for that exact meaning. People started calling her the Protector. Only thing is that people saw her so full of joy that they thought she was happy...she wasn't. Jamie was faking it. Her home life was crashing down. Her parents barley has enough money to get food after paying the bills for her two little brothers and herself. So she got a job and doesn't eat much to give her little brothers a lot more food. She grew depressed and started to self harm until Catherine saw her one day and made her stop and helped her
  
  When Catherine died, Jamie grew more and more depressed but didn't ever show it. She started to self harm again and she was slowly breaking inside. She started to be more fake happy knowing that people needed cheering up. She was being a shoulder to cry on to them but no one was there to be her shoulder. The one who was there for her was dead. She had to take care of herself and she did but at cost. She could never wear short sleeves without hoodies again.
  
  
  Jamie never stopped. She kept self harming because it was the only way to deal with her pain to her. She didn't want to burden other people with her problems. She then was losing weight due to not eating enough but she made sure no one knew of her trouble at home. She kept taking care of her brothers and got a second job just to make sure that she could provide for them. Her parents working 24/7 to keep a roof over her head. The least she could do is make sure there is food in the fridge so they can keep doing that. Jamie kept being that happy girl even though that was a lie.   Jamie is a happy kid. She loves to make people happy and laughed. She would do anything to help them heal and be happy again even give up her own happiness. She tried so much, to be the one for the others that she forgot abut her self. She didn't take care of herself or make sure herself was happy. She just kept on making sure others were. She is protective and loving, she protects the people who can't protect themselves making sure no one hurts them. Throughout school, she got popular for that exact meaning. People started calling her the Protector. Only thing is that people saw her so full of joy that they thought she was happy...she wasn't. Jamie was faking it. Her home life was crashing down. Her parents barley has enough money to get food after paying the bills for her two little brothers and herself. So she got a job and doesn't eat much to give her little brothers a lot more food.
  
  When Catherine died, Jamie grew more and more depressed but didn't ever show it. She started to self harm and she was slowly breaking inside. She started to be more fake happy knowing that people needed cheering up. She was being a shoulder to cry on to them but no one was there to be her shoulder. The one who was there for her was dead. She had to take care of herself and she did but at cost. She could never wear short sleeves without hoodies again.
  
  
  Jamie never stopped. She kept self harming because it was the only way to deal with her pain to her. She didn't want to burden other people with her problems. She then was losing weight due to not eating enough but she made sure no one knew of her trouble at home. She kept taking care of her brothers and got a second job just to make sure that she could provide for them. Her parents working 24/7 to keep a roof over her head. The least she could do is make sure there is food in the fridge so they can keep doing that. Jamie kept being that happy girl even though that was a lie. Benjamin would normally push the other kids away when they tried talking to him, but Catherine was a stubborn one and she continued to talk to him, on and on, even when she was the only one talking and Benjamin stood in silence, pretending to ignore her, while, deep inside, he was listening. Slow and safe, Benjamin opened up for her and became slightly more social. He hanged out with her, and her friends, but always remained quiet when others were around. He never felt comfortable around other people he never knew much of. As he grew up, Catherine helped Benjamin with his undesired will to speak to others and while she managed to crack the barrier just a little bit, she passed away, horribly. It struck Benjamin completely, and changed him forever. The silent, loner boy became the mad, ruthless bully, never forgiving and never caring of others feelings. He never blamed others for Catherine's death, he saw it as foolish, but he did blamed himself as the last time he saw her, was when what he believed after the event, to be when she left the house. Beck - Benjamin always told others, in their short, unmemorable conversations, that he respects the guy for always trying to push people to become better. It reminded Benjamin a little of Catherine, which made him take his time to give him some attention.


Jamie - He never liked her. He can't understand her, or her reasons why she always keeps helping others, always making them happy, always giving them what they want. Fake happiness. Or maybe real happiness? He could never put his finger on it.

Fox - If not the most preferable person to meet in the hallways, Benjamin enjoys every single second with her. The fighting part of course. From their encounters, Benjamin easily realizes that Fox hates him to the fullest and for an unknown reason, not even known by Benjamin either, he likes their verbal fights. Now and then, he tries to walk the hallways looking for her for a short entertainment. He always wandered what would happen if the two sat next to each other for more than five minutes. He often calls her 'Foxy', as to tease her.

Elise - In truth and all honesty, Benjamin liked Elise, mainly for her different attitude on absolutely everything. Highly tomboyish, because of her brothers, Benjamin felt an awkward attraction to her, up until Catherine died. After Catherine died, he envied her for being capable of showing her emotions and reactions towards Catherine's death, while Benjamin tried to hide his feelings, not like someone noticed him whatsoever.

But yelling and shoving people around was never enough for him to make it up one more day, so he went down even more, to fighting. Although he doesn't do it very often, when he is need of money, he goes to his 'circle' and asks for 'cash'. Most of the times, he wins it, but only by using dirty methods and unforgiving attitudes.


Other than his cold aura, Benjamin enjoys music as much as the next guy. Perhaps a little bit more, since he found a way to remind himself of Catherine and her lessons throughout songs. It made him feel good and bad at the same time, good that he used something else than a damn photograph to remember Catherine and bad, because it always remembered him of his own fault. He desired more out of music and with the money he illegally earned, he brought himself an old guitar and learned to play it in his room, the only time he felt secured and left his guard down.

Elise always tall as a girl, she stood at 5' 7" with 137 pounds. Her dark brown hair used to be long and curvy, but she cut it short because she said that "it's too hot". She is slightly tanned, from spending too many time outside.


Your relationship to Catherine (Friendly reminder that everyone used to be close friend with her): Catherine's best friend, they first meet each other when Elise first moved into town (Neighbours). Catherine is the one who greeted first. Elise spent a lot of time with her, seeing her as a sister since she never has one (her siblings are all male). They practically grew up together. The night of the accident, Elise was having fun when she notice Catherine slipping out of the room but she thought that Elise is going to the bathroom. Elise was also the first one to notice that Catherine is missing.


Devastated by the news of her death, blaming herself for not calling her out and broken-hearted because she felt like Catherine is hiding something from her.

• Callen Blake: Loves her singing voice, Elise wanted to push her somehow to take a singing audition or something like that. Elise never really had the courage to push her, as Catherine was always the one to do the pushing.

• Peyton Fox: Elise oftenly gets angered by her antics, but after she cools down she would laugh as she realized how funny it is. Doesn't like the 'bad side' of her, Elise used to try to make sure that she won't negatively affect Catherine. Slightly hated her for not grieving for Catherine.

After Catherine's death, she is so sad that she stopped attending school for a while. When she returned, she tried her best to be the Elise everyone knows but it's hard to keep her smile without Catherine next to her. She purposely distanced herself from her and Catherine's small group of friends, believing that it would be best if she stayed away from them for a while.

Personality (Write more than two paragraph, as you need to explain what changed after Catherine's death): A cheerful girl who likes to joke and laugh, and to make everyone happy. The girl who would reach out her hand to help someone, even a stranger.


People rarely saw her sad, or angry, over something that happened to her. She doesn't hate or spite anyone, even when someone said right in front of her face that they hated her. Catherine laughed it off, she doesn't care about it.


A smart girl who loved puzzle and codes, she liked to challenge her friends to crack her codes which usually contains a funny message or some stupid joke.


Other: Died in an accident out in the snowy mountain 2 and a half year ago. No one exactly knew what is she doing there and why.

Elise always tall as a girl, she stood at 5' 7" with 137 pounds. Her dark brown hair used to be long and curvy, but she cut it short because she said that "it's too hot". She is slightly tanned, from spending too many time outside.


Your relationship to Catherine (Friendly reminder that everyone used to be close friend with her): Catherine's best friend, they first meet each other when Elisa first moved into town (Neighbours). Catherine is the one who greeted first. Elisa spent a lot of time with her, seeing her as a sister since she never has one (her siblings are all male). They practically grew up together. The night of the accident, Elisa was having fun when she notice Catherine slipping out of the room but she thought that Elisa is going to the bathroom. Elisa was also the first one to notice that Catherine is missing.


Devastated by the news of her death, blaming herself for not calling her out and broken-hearted because she felt like Catherine is hiding something from her.


Your relationship to other characters:

• Callen Blake: Loves her singing voice, Elise wanted to push her somehow to take a singing audition or something like that. Elise never really had the courage to push her, as Catherine was always the one to do the pushing.
  
• Miles Malcolm: Feel slightly uncomfortable with his overprotective side, but Elise knew that he is a nice guy. Feels good to know that there is a male out there that's not like her brothers (Elise loves her brothers, of course, but sometimes they pissed her off)
  
• Noah Lewis Beckham: Admire his resilence and calmness, he is like the perfect older brother. Elisa used to imagine what would it be if she, Catherine, and Noah are real siblings. Noticed that something is slightly different from him after Catherine's death.
  
• Jamie Nicole Isia: Elisa always saw her as the imperfect version of Catherine. She looked pretty much the same, but she has her own weakness and problem.
  
• Benjamin Patrick Book: Elisa used to like him, so much that she wondered if she loves him. But after Catherine's death, he turned into something that she doesn't know and Elisa is scared of it that she decided distanced herself from her. Time and space, time and space...
  
• Peyton Fox: Elisa oftenly gets angered by her antics, but after she cools down she would laugh as she realized how funny it is. Doesn't like the 'bad side' of her, Elisa used to try to make sure that she won't negatively affect Catherine. Slightly hated her for not grieving for Catherine.
  

Personality (Write more than two paragraph, as you need to explain what changed after Catherine's death): Elisa was the third of four siblings, and the only daughter. A perfect excuse whenever someone complained that Elisa is too tomboyish or manly. A loud girl who love making friends, loves to stick around people that she liked (In this case, Catherine). A very serious girl who could be easily angered over something small, or cry over small mistake that she did. Slightly overprotective to Catherine, who see sees as a sister.


After Catherine's death, she is so sad that she stopped attending school for a while. When she returned, she tried her best to be the Elisa everyone knows but it's hard to keep her smile without Catherine next to her. She purposely distanced herself from her and Catherine's small group of friends, believing that it would be best if she stayed away from them for a while.
