Jack sighs. “It’s not you Norman okay. It’s Fae. She’s doesn’t think about you and she won’t let you’re family help with all the medical stuff. I’m sorry but I don’t like her. I’ve never seen this side of her before.”

“What the fuck are you talking about?” He spat at him some frowning. “That’s bullshit Jack. She let Jeff pay a bunch of bills off for us.... after the surgery, when I got sick again she kept calling you asking you to come down and see me...” he stopped as jack cut him off.

Jack shakes his head. “She killer Jeff pay, a complete stranger but wouldn’t let me and mom help out. Everytime she called she made it about our argument, about her not you. It was my idea to have you come home instead of stay in the hospital but she didn’t like it when I suggested it.”

“Jeff isn’t a stranger and you know it. He also has a lot more money than you do.... then you need to sit sown with her and the two of you discuss it cause I’m not having this. You’re my brother jack and I will always love you but god damn you can be stubborn. Fae is the woman I am going to be spending the rest of my life with.... sort it out between you.” He muttered and shook his head some hanging up and going back up to bed.

Fae looks up when he comes in and sits up. She sees how angry he looked and frowned. “He’s not coming is he?” She asks softly. “Norman I’m so sorry. I never meant to start anything between you too. I don’t...I don’t wanna come between you two.”

Norman frowned shaking his head. “Tomorrow. I’m going with you down to the shop. The two of you are gonna sit down and talk like grown adults and sort this out.... this is not your fault Fae but the two of you together are being stubborn and ridiculous.... this ends now.” He muttered.

Fae frowns a little and just nods. “I’m sorry.” She says again and gets up, getting dressed. “I’m gonna..umm go make breakfast.” She says softly and fidgets with her hair a little as she talks. She heads downstairs quickly and chews on her lip, feeling awful and stupid.

He frowned and sighed heavily going to lay down again. He didn’t need to be getting stressed out like that. He waited a little while before going back downstairs and slipped his arms around her kissing her head. “It’s not you I’m mad at.” He mumbled

Fae jumps a little when she feels his arms around her, having been off in her own world. She nods a little bit doesn’t say anything, just handing him the plate of pancakes she made for him, with bananas, just like he liked. She turns back around and fixes her own plate. She knew he should be mad at her. It was just as much her fault. “After I eat I’m gonna head down to the shop.” She says softly after a few minutes. “See if Jack will talk to me.” She murmurd and sits down.

He frowned but nodded. “Alright. You don’t want me there?” He asked her softly and sat down, digging into his breakfast happily.

Fae shrugs a little. “You don’t have to.” She tells him and tucks some hair behind her ear, picking at her food. “I don’t want you to get stressed out.” She says softly and finally just pushes the food away. She gets up and heads upstairs to get ready, not feeling hungry.

He frowned some and followed her, pulling her into his wrms. “Hey, relax a bit for me. I’m not letting you go anywhere until you’ve calmed down a bit more. I’m gonna go with you. Cause then after we can do whatever we want and if you wanna go back to bed we can do that. If you wanna go get food we can do that but more importantly... you need to be able to go into this calm babe” he murmured.

Fae sighs softly and lays her head on his chest. She wraps her arms around him and holds onto him. “I am calm.” She murmurs and looks up at him. “I’m just...I feel terribale I’m the reason you guys aren’t talking. You finally started having a relationship and my stupid self fucked that up for you.” She says softly. “I just...I hope I can make it right.”

He shook his head. “We aren’t talking because Jack is being a stubborn ass about all this. You apologised to him already, he’s just expecting us to come grovelling back... that’s not happening. We’re gonna go have a conversation and if it’s not civil then we come home and that’s that.” He told her seriously, kissing her head.

Fae sighs softly and nods. She kisses him softly and pulls back away. She heads to the bathroom to get ready and runs a hand through her hair.

“Hey Fae... when we get home again... I think we have an overdue date with our bed.” He called to her smiling some.

Fae smiles and laughs softly. She shakes her head and brushes her teeth. She does her hair and heads back out to him after a bit. She wraps her arms around him and relaxes.

He stood there with her quietly and contentedly, kissing her head and swaying with her. “I love you.” He murmured tiredly, resting his chin on top of her head.

Fae smiles a little and looks up at him. “I love you too.” She murmurd softly and watches him. “Let’s get going.”

He nodded and followed her to the car, leaning back in the passenger seat and rest his head back watching her the whole way. “So when we get back in the country, Jeff has invited us to come stay at his farm in New York for a week. You wanna do that?” He asked her, pushing his sunglasses down onto his face.

Fae glances over at him and nods. “That’s sounds nice.” She mjrmjrd snd smiles. “As long as I get to play with the animals.” She giggles and pulls up to the shop. She parks and bites her lip softly.

He nodded and watched her some, giving her hand a gentle supportive squeeze before walking inside with her and looking around, giving Danny a nod but trying to avoid Cassies eye contact, letting Fae head through to the back to see his brother while he sat down in a chair at the desk.

Fae waves to Danny and glances over at Norman. She kisses his cheek and heads to the back to tak to Jack.

Norman waited patiently but eventually got bored and headed out back for a cigarette, sitting on the floor and lighting one, frowning when Cassie came out and glanced up at her. “Can I help you?” He muttered as she stared at him.

Cassie sits down beside him. “You don’t come around anymore. Was starting to think you and Fae caled it quites.”
