Fantasy The Random Hotel

The dog creature gaze fixed on her and spoke in confidence "Im a skull dog. A type of demon." Whoa, really? So are you a guest here too?She asked with excitement finally meeting a fellow guest.

Artemis headed down to the main part of the hotel, for just something. She was thinking of going to the beach.

A fracture cleaved through the sky, an inhuman roar bellowed as the portal expanded fully open. Suddenly a more human voice yelled back. "You gannet plug-ugly maggot rotten, manky gormless git! This isn't your damn BOOK! OI. You are not going to thro- NO NO BAAL I WILL" A burning ball of fire hit Ezekiel as he collided with the hotels roof. "Wanker..." Ezekiel slowly raised himself up to a sitting position, he began to dust his pants off, his coat and shirt was clearly incinerated by the fire. And his wings were singed "Awh. Bugger one of my wings are broken.. This is going to hurt like.. Eh.. Hell." He looked around before noticing the minor crater he made on the roof. "Oh.. Double bugger. Well.. Atleast I can live for a while longer before Sha'tana flays me alive." Ezekiel took a single cigarette from his pocket and lited it with some of the burning debris around him. "I hate my day."

Artemis heard the explosion, and was curious. She headed for the elevators, to get to the roof and see what happened.

Ajax looked up at the action going on on the roof from his seat near the squash courts. He shrugged, unimpressed by what just happened other than the incredible pain tolerance of Ezikiel. Maybe I can use him for something one of these days.

Then he shouted, cupping his hands around his mouth, "Mate! I hope you have the bread to pay for that! I can think of at least one person who may very well skin ye' alive if you can't!"

He threw the squash ball that he had in his hands aside then yelled, "If you can still walk, come on down!"

I recognize him from the hotel. I've exchanged a few words with him, he doesn't seem like the evil type.

Ezekiel turned a few pages in the book. "Huh.. Artemis could learn from this... And that.." He stopped at a page and stared at it for a while. "No.. Not yet." He ripped the piece out of the book, crumbled it and put it in his pocket, he then continued reading through the mysterious book.

"This one is what I need for Sha'tana.. Hmmh.. I do have those some of those.. What kind of guests were there in the hotel now?" Ezekiel looked at the sky, the portal had been long gone. He looked over the roof as he heard someone yelling. "Oi, you're that half-ling aren't ya?" Ezekiel slowly stood up and muttered to himself. "I need a masseuse.. My wings and by back are killing me.." He studied himself. Even his body covered in warding runes, sigils and words didn't protect him from Baal. Then again.. Few things protect one from an angry archdemon.. Ezekiel slowly entered the hotel and waited for the elevator. Damn be he who suggest stairs, Noone should walk a lot from that experience.

Ajax looked back at Ezekiel and jokingly yelled, "Nah! I'm a damned circus midget!"

He waited a moment then yelled again, "Yea! I'm a Halfling, brother!"

Ajax stood up and dusted most of the debris from Ezikiel's crash off of his clothes. Then he noticed he had some blood on his hands. He reached to his head, nothing, then to his arms. He had a nasty little cut on his left arm from a rock that flew out from Ezikiel's crash.

He muttered to himself and chuckled, "Oh, I've had worse."

Wait, no come back! yelled Nerissa as she attempted to chase after the demon dog. But the Demon dog soon outran her leaving her in a grandiose room, same style as the rest of the hotel. Great, and now i'm lost sighed Nerissa in agitation.

Nerissa looked around and saw a long table with what looked like chairs lined up all around it. Nerissa noticed the door had a sign on it. On the door was a metal gold tented sign that read in bold black lettering. CONFERENCE ROOM . Then above that was a small skylight big enough just enough to let in some natural light.

Nerissa approuch the door and slowly opened it with caution.
If there is a demon dog then there is no telling what else could be here... Nerissa speculated to herself . Just in view was what seemed to be a door. Whoa a Gym! Who knew this place had a Gym? She spoke to noOne particular. She headed out the door in to another room that was outside...

As Nerissa was headed out of the door that lead from the Gym she heard a voice speak out to her from behind "Hello" Umm Hello Nerissa turned around to be greeted with the sight of the demon dog. Oh, it's you! Nerissa eyes lid up from having found or be found by the demon. I don't think we got the chance to properly introduce our selves, Hello i am Nerissa. She spoke in a friendly manner then waited eagerly for the demon to respond hopefully with an introduction.

"Im Jinx Quinn. Nice to meet you, my friend." Jinx said proudly while holding out her skinny paw.

Artemis reached the roof and looked out at the devastation around her. Ezekiel was in the middle of it, which didn't surprise her.
Casey ordered a soda from Algor and headed back to her room. She got lost, of course.

"Im Jinx Quinn. Nice to meet you, my friend." The demon spoke proudly to Nerissa. Jinx outstretched a paw to Neirssa . Oh, what a nice name complemented Nerissa shaking the demons paw.

Jinx grinned and swayed her bushy tail. She took back her paw and stood up, she started circling around Nerissa.

Ezekiel looked over at Artemis and chuckled. "Hey lass.. That was probably just a one off.. not going to do that again... So how was your day in Hotel pychopath?" Ezekiel took the cigarette from his mouth and held it still flipping through the many different pages in the book.

He must look like a bloody wreck. Not to say the broken wings and the weird tattoos on his whole upper body. Which reminded him that he really should update the sigils.. They dont protect bollocks anymore.

Jinx took back her paw and started circling around Nerissa. With a confused look Nerissa's eyes followed Jinx around as she made laps around her. hesitant to ask what she was doing or why she was doing this.

Jinx stared at Nerissa with dull, red eyes. She opened her mouth wide and shrieked as loud as she could.

As Nerissa's eyes followed Jinx she soon noticed Jinx's eyes. They were a dull, red color kind of like a ghost light. Feeling a bit unsettled Nerissa took a step closer to the door she was by preparing to step out the door when Jinx opened her mouth reveling her sharp teeth inside and produced a high pitched siren noise. Nerissa put her hand on the handle then turn to look and see what Jinx was doing now.

Jinx stopped and turned into a spirit. She looked the same, just...a spirit. She whispered something and disappeared.

Jinx's imaged changed, more ...translucent and then whispered something inaudible in Nerissa ear then vanished leaving Nerissa alone in the cool Gymnasium alone. Well, that was a bit odd...Thought Nerissa exiting out onto the Squash court.

Nerissa stepped out into the brilliant sun light and scanned the court. Just some chairs and tables thought Nerissa. Well, I ought to be headed to the showers to freshen up a bit She remarked glancing over the the sea. Ya'know I think i saw a shower up in the room i am staying in. Nerissa trudged slowly to the hole entrance enjoying the fresh scent of nearby pine trees mixed with the wavering scent of the sea. Wonderful she thought Perhaps i shall open my window to let in some fresh air into my room...what a nice thought. Upon entering the hotel Nerissa notice a lift that led up somewhere. Huh, perhaps i'll take this lift and see where it takes me. She purposed to herself. Stepping into the lift she set it to go as high as it can. The lift rose and rose until it let out at the roof of the building. Here, she stepped up onto the tileing material that seemed to make up the top of this elegant building.

"What happened?" Ezekiel chuckled. "Would you believe me if I said that I went to hell and back again? Then again if I asked whether you would want a smoke with a Nephilim you would probably laugh..." Ezekiel took in the view. "But it's true. I visited Baal. He had my book. You can use it to learn about the starting pathway of using occult magic and sigils." He tried to flex his broken wing. Visible wincing in pain. "So.. Artemis.. Can you patch a broken wing?"

Artemis had, as part of her training, patched up injuries on animals. Some of these animals were birds, and some of the injuries were broken wings. She replied: "Yes, but the stuff for it is in my room."

Ezekiel nodded. "Well..." He threw the cigarette away. "I rather have it healed than having it go back." Ezekiel smiled for a moment. "I'll owe you if you patch it up.." Ezekiel slowly stood up and closed the book. Perhaps it was also a good time for him to get some rest.. He would need his full strength if he were to stop 'Warden' from coming with an army.
