The Princess and The Sol

Sol stretched out and smiled. "Alright. Shall we go tell the king?"

Luna sighs. "He already knows..there's really no point. I'd rather spend the rest of my time with you."

Sol chuckled and placed his arm around her waist and pulled her close. "I'm hungry"

Luna smirks up at him after being pulled against him. "For what my love?"

Sol leans down and nips her ear. "Fruit" he whispers and laughs loudly. "I really want fruit."

Luna chuckles. "Oh yeah? Alright. Let's go get some." She said and kissed his cheek.

He held out his arm, but before Luna could grab on, a little girl with black hair and piercing red eyes took it.


"Brother!! It's been so long! Flora picked me up in the city and brought me with her to see you!" The girl clung to him. Sol smiled big.


"Aria! You little shit " he picked her up and they touched foreheads together, both chuckling softly.

Luna turned to see one of Sol's younger sisters, though this one she rarely saw. "Oh hello there." She said to the girl, slightly confused at firl who she was until Sol said a name.

Aria smiled up at Luna and giggled. "I'm joining the guard!" She squealed

Luna reached out and ruffled the girl's hair. "Is that so? Well one day you might be able to beat Sol here." She said to her with a light chuckle.

Aria giggled and climbed on Sol's back like a monkey and rested her head on his. "I can't beat brother Sol. My powers havent come in yet." She said with a sigh.


"They will Aria. And I bet it will be the most beautiful power in the whole kingdom." Sol chuckled and walked toward the kitchen, holding his arm out once again for Luna

Luna took his arm and walked with him. "Ah yes. My powers took quite some time to come in. I believe mine didn't develop fully until a year or so after Sol left." She said, leaving out a few other parts that had actually jump-started her powers.

Sol smiled and Aria giggled. "Luna! I want to have a power like Sol! His is so beautiful." She giggled softly

Luna nodded in agreement. "That it is. I envy him sometimes." She said with a soft chuckle. "Though I'm sure your power will be even more so."

Aria wiggled happily. "Brother, will you train with me later? I want to show Luna!" Sol nodded, and he looked troubled by something.


"Luna..." He said softly before pulling Aria off his shoulders and shoving them both behind him, his sword in his hand. "Dogs..."

Luna's hand instinctively drifted over to where the dagger was as she too smelled them. "I know.." She said, as she looked around as though one of the beasts might show its ugly face.

Flora walks down the hall toward them, her arm is bandaged and there was a man in silver chains behind her. She looked utterly pissed. "Sol! Can I kill him? Old man said I needed permission from you guys. He almost ripped my arm off!" Flora's hair was turning a very flame red.


"Um.... Ask Luna."

Luna looks put behind Sol. "Uh. Yeah. I'd say go for it, just uh one sec." She said and then covered the eyes of Sol's little sister. "Alright go." She said, making sure the child couldn't see what was going to likely be very gruesome.

Flora turned on the man. A set of pitch black spikes come from her back and stabs the man over and over again. Completely impaling the man on the spot. "Flora... Take him away." Sol commanded and Flora walked off, dragging the body with her spikes.


Aria pulled at Luna's hands and pouts when she didn't see the body. "Awww. Come on! I wanted to see it!! Flora has a cool power!"

Luna let got of the girl's eyes. "I'm sorry Aria, but you did not need to see that." She said before looking up at Sol. "Sol..we need to check the area..but it's too dangerous." She warned, not wanting his little sister to be harmed.

Sol picked up Aria and placed her on his shoulders and nodded. "Aria throw shurikens from mile away. I think she can do this. She has killed dogs before." He stated and kissed Luna's cheek softly. "She's a spider..." Aria leaned and kissed Luna's cheek and giggled.


Aria smiled softly "Sissy, I'm okay." She smiled sadly. "I have seen enough."

Luna gave him a wary look. "I understand that much my dear, but if you're certain she can handle it..I don't see why she can't tag along." Luna said, giving Aria a hopeful smile.

Aria giggled and played with Sol's hair. "But first. I want fruit..."

Luna chuckles. "We'll have to get that later Aria. First we have to make sure everyone is okay. Right Sol?"

Sol nodded and kept his sword in his hand. "Lets move. Aria keep your nose open for anything. You are the newest hunter, you are hightened fir thiss"
