When your human is up for auction, please make sure both the vampire and the human are online. You are free to have other vampires try to bid on your humans (vampires) but ultimately you will be bidding and winning your own pairing human.

This way the human can react to what is going on as they will be brought up on stage one at a time, then when purchased will be with their vampire master or mistress through the rest of the bidding or taken to the vampire's respective dwelling (whatever the vampire wishes to do), thus not allowing the humans any chance to convene with each other. It will also allow the vampire to participate in the bidding and the human can help control NPCS and then when "won" can react to their master or mistress's new ownership.

REPlies to come shortly!
Apologise for the delay- am going on holiday tomorrow (I think they have WiFi so will be active) so prep has been so hectic!

I don't think we both need to be online to do that? We'd all just have to pay attention. Plus wouldn't it be interesting for other vampires to comment on the humans on display that comes one by one? That way it wouldnt just be a weird 1x1.
Didn't realise Nych was up first to bid. Trying to find a reason for him to bid for the first one. I'll get a reply for both him and Maya after work.

I just wanted it to try to be more active than it has been, especially with certain people only replying once.

That sounds fine RI.a RI.a

I have things to do today so I will be out for the afternoon.

Okay, Spirit has suggested something. All humans will be moved to the stage in full view of the vampires with guards at the ready. This will allow all buyers (and NPC vamps) to comment on the different humans and make it easier to decide which to bid on. I didn't join this expecting everyone to churn out replies every few hours or daily anyway. I apologise if I sounded rude or anything. I just don't think it's a good idea to push everyone to reply by a certain time.

This sounds like a good idea. Then everyone can get involved instead of waiting for the previous bid to finish.

Sometimes pushing people for replies is necessary- especially since the start to this took a few days to fully kick off.

Apparently my character was already sitting in the auction room. I don't remember writing that up since the room was locked but *Shrugs* maybe I forgot about writing that part.

I apologize for
A. My post taking so long to get out, I had gotten busy and by the time I returned I noticed I had missed the interaction.
B. If I missed anyone in said post, I'm on mobile as of the current moment.

Attention:

Each human (“item”) will be stricken off as they are won when I get home and have access to strike through on my laptop sometime this afternoon. They will be led to a room with shackles in walls and floor where they will be chained to either away from each other with guards slowly coming into watch them. Once money is paid (will be assumed) and auction is over, the auction will end and humans will go with their master or mistress.

It is up to human and vampire up for sale to keep an eye on the rp to know when it is their turn to be auctioned. If you need help remembering the order of bidding... Fantasy - The Offering |||OOC. I will do one tag at the beginning of each auction to show who is up for sale.
