Lucy had been quietly sitting in the car listening to her siblings converse when Sinead turned to her and asked her if she was okay. She was, but she was finding herself missing James already. The hours she had spent with him the other day were the happiest moments of her life. She was just worried that one mistake could take that all away from her, could take him away from her. Her chest tightened with anxiety and she turned to look at her sister, speechless as to how to explain her hand injury. “Its just extra wrapping for my wrists” She said and pointed to the bandages that still covered her delicate wrists. “And I’m alright Sin, I was just thinking about the last time we all hung out like this….” Carrick then asked what the purpose of this outing was and she gave him a small almost sad smile.
“Well with everything that has been going on, I thought we could all use an escape from the lives that we live.” She shrugged her shoulders lightly. “I just don’t like seeing the family business take such a heavy toll on you all and it hurts me when you can’t go out and enjoy yourselves without having to worry about the next asshole with a gun to come along.” She huffed slightly and looked out the window again. That’s when she saw the said fireworks that James was going to be setting off. Her eyes widened and gasped slightly but tried to keep things calm.
After a moment she looked away and a small smile played on her lips, she hoped that James had gotten out safe and unharmed and was glad that he had finished what he had set out to do. “Windsor’s Club outside of the city is having live music tonight and I was thinking that it would be fun for all of us to catch up and dance and drink.” Her eyes watched the outside pass by once more. “We are nearly there..”

After another 10 minutes of driving, they had arrived safely at the club. Luckily, Lucy had called in and reserved a table for them in the back, having a hunch that they club would be ridiculously packed. The tables in the back and elevated on platforms, they each had red velvet curtains that could close if a group wanted some sort of privacy and it was only for exclusives, so it was a bit less crowded then the main floor area.
“Thank Adam.” Lucy smiled at the tall blonde male who had led them to their table. She had been here a few times before and had gotten to know some of the staff by name. “Anytime, Lucy.” The male gave her a dimpled smile before taking his leave.
“Well here we are loves! Drinks are on me tonight so don’t even think about trying to pay!”
