OMG flash flood! I've never had one of those, worst we've had was a 3.4 earthquake @ShadowedNexus

@Sensei Fox THAT, IS, CRAZY. When we graduate apparently we get a big party and the school is renting out the queen elizabeth theater (Which is amazing because that is a 6 hour drive and we have to stay in a hotel) I remember my grandma telling me her school burnt down when she was little, but she was 8 so they just worked outside for the rest of the year.

Yep. My school was terrible from the administration to the actual people attending. It's why I don't go for high school RP's. Repressed memories and all.

I mean, they refused to let me be in AP classes because they thought I couldn't handle it (I was homeschooled and came to a public school for sophomore year). Even after I made straight A's without even trying, they only let me take honors. They also made me repeat the 9th grade gradually because they didn't think my homeschooling taught me anything. I graduated in the top 20 of my class. They also lost my records when I signed up for tests (ACT/SAT) so I was late doing those.

And then for the general day at my school. There would be 2 or 3 fights a week minimum. The lunch is terrible and limited in quantity (even though you have to pay for it), but you can buy as much ice cream as you want. Case in point: my friends and I bought the entire ice cream cooler on our last day of school just because we could. Then, when school is over you either sit in the basketball arena until your bus comes or stand and wait in front of the school for your ride/drive off yourself. If you're not doing one of those things, you get detention. Oh and sports teams get priority on parking spots which left a tiny section for everyone else. I walked to school and home just because of that.

Oh and water bottles were banned because people kept bringing vodka in them.

At my school, afterschool you can basically just stay there doing whatever you want. The campus is so open and easy to get into that people hang out there on weekends. Like just last week some friends and I hung out and so we walked through the school to get to another friends house (I and that person live very close to the school) and then we all just hung out in the school for fun, also shade cause it was in the 90's that day.

Not all southern places are like that, I lived in Florida up until about 11 months ago, my brothers highschool was.... Pretty much like his actually, a bit better though. Yeah, the south is kinda shitty. My brothers school had a teacher with a contract, (so she couldn't be fired, either the contract ends or she quits) she drove into the school parking lot drunk during the day, got arrested, and still works there.

Yep, but I'm on the meh side of town. The school for the adjoining town is nice like the rest of the town. Although, after graduation, a girl I was dating asked me to her homecoming at that school and I had to walk out because I was laughing so hard at these uppity kids acting just as retarded as my school.

This is why I'm in a fine arts school, crazy shit doesn't happen lots (Plus you do minimal math so :D )

I'll admit did enjoy the brainless masses a bit. I convinced most of the school I was a fortune teller/psychic or something by doing palm reading and tarot cards I got from a kid's book.

Also, pro-tip to surviving high school: if you break someone's leg when they try to fight you, nobody will try to fight you again.

I always follow Ender's example. Kick them in the balls and face while they are down. They won't mess with you ever

Again, fine arts student, we don't fight violently we either A) throw paint at eachother until the teacher kills us B) Throw an instrument at someone (Unless your me and play violin which is pricey and refuse to do that)

Little bit of both, I can't decide what to write on here next and I have to write a short story about a cat for an author thats visiting tommorow

Nope, they Litterally told me to write about a cat, everyone else got a different animal so I honestly have no clue

Watch a video of a cat with a small camera attached to it's collar and write about a day in the life of a cat.
