Ok, soooo three new characters, The Touch Trio, as the Hetalia Fandom lovingly refers to them are coming to Hogwarts, The Bad Touch Trio are made up of the following characters


Gilbert: Albino kid with a ridiculous ego, who in this incarnation has some issues with teacher touching


Toni: Seems dumb at his exterior, but tends to be wiser than everyone thinks. Has an undying love of tomatoes and turtles


Francis: An incurable flirt with a penchant for playing cupid, also has quite a bit of emotional intellect


And as for the cause:


Basically Alice and Rose are discussing how unjust and cruel Wizarding Circuses can be, and how they generally attract and entrap muggleborns who have been disowned and disregarded for their gifts, and reluctant to gain wizarding education, join the circus instead. Rose references a memory of going to the circus once when she was young and seeing a 14-15 year old dressed inappropriately, who had been roped into performing as someone who dances in air without a broom, Hermione greatly disapproved of this performance, I'd assume Harmony shares this memory. Rose and Alice are planning out how to possibly create a resource for disowned muggleborns

The Trio might get roped into the cause... Adorable, untainted innocence is kind of their weakness in cannon, and Alice could easily recruit them.

As a lover of all things chaotic, I think Harmony could be pretty ok with Gil's whole thing, maybe Gil would have a secret jealous quirk. He might have a problem with possible insincerity because of the whole teacher-touchy-business

Also, Teddy loves bubblegum pink, parties, dying his hair crazy colors, and has some clingy quirks, I think he's the literal perfect match for Alice
