I would think Francis does... As of now he got kicked out of Boxbatton with Gilbert, so he would know a little bit, and Toni's easy to talk to.

Oh, ok, cool. Just checking. Maybe if Francis has some issue they could create a cute friendship support system, where they all help each other take care of their problems and stuff, Gilbert and Francis could make surprise visits to Toni's room and send them owls often to make sure he never felt too alone. And Toni and Francy could help Gil out when he was having an anxiety attack or something and bring him to an empty classroom to deal with it or take his papers from the professors for him so he wouldn't have to come into direct contact with them, or try to align their schedules with his. And they could help Francy with whatever he's got going on
