Gabe sighed and held Marilyn close.


"Its alright." Bennett stopped.


"You two stay here, and get down. I will go get her parents. Marilyn what are their names?"

"Avery and Gabriel River."

Bennett nodded


"I'll be right back. Get down on the floor and wait until I come back." He said before getting out of the car and going into the building.

Marilyn did as Bennett said, and sucked her breath in, her heart hammering against her chest like a wild animal.

Gabe put his hand on Marilyn's shoulder.


"Hey, everything will be fine." He smiled at her warmly.

Marilyn smiles tightly, nodding. Everything will be perfectly fine... She shakes her head at the myriad scenarios of things that could go wrong forming in her head. Everything would be fine with Gabe there with her. ,

"Make room kids." He said. Gabe got off of the floor and climbed into the back of the van. "Marilyn where is your sister?"
