Outside ioavolir. Zyxom wanted all the NPCs away from the War room. Cause, you know, the Supreme Beings aren't entirely certain they can trust the now conscious digital avatars of their creation. He'll probably walk out of the city towards the nearest sign of habitation and ask whatever human, goblin, or slime he comes across for information, in as a polite a fashion as is due.
