@KalenNighteyes Yes, we are using Mount Justice as the MAIN base, but there is another base located near the Atlantis. Keep in mind that this base is mobile and is pretty much a big ass destroyer ship loaded with advanced technology, even for the year 2097, and a shitload of weapons and underwater vehicles.

Okay, since Barry Allen created the Speed Force with his chemical experiment, and every step he takes he generates more and more speed force(which is why nobody can steal his speed). And since Bart Allen inherited the Speed Force fully, pretty much he generates the Speed Force with every step as well, does that mean my character, Theo, can also generate the Speed Force? Making him faster with each step he takes? And resistant to speed stealing?

Unfortunately for Ryan he has seen a lot. When he was young his mother and father, Richard, and Rhonda, were killed by a dark force, along side his two brothers, Randy, and Ricky. After that he grew up with his grandmother, who without a lack of trying wasn't around much. Typically flying off to some mission for the justice league. But he has also been kidnapped a lot and used as bait to attack his grandmother. His life has been a mess but once his grandmother retired and started the process of training him, things became easier, his over all life improved. Because when he wasn't being kidnapped, at school he was being bullied for his weight. But the training he went through whipped him into shape, Literally. 


When his grandma passed away he was devastated, mostly because he was an orphan after that, but he was 18 and he was in College, so he didn't end up in the system like he knows some kids can.

Apologies. For once the website didn't pop up a notification for me. I'm not well versed in the comics (or Young Justice *yet* Currently watching the series!) so I'm not sure how it works there. I only have the CW show to go off of. I can't honestly say one way or the other about how that would work. I only found out recently how my character's power works, though apparently it can be stolen from her like Jesse Quick's was at one point.
