Yu swallowed hard and slowly lowered her hands.


M-my name's Yubale...but you can call me, well, Yu. Like I said, I'm sorry I was following you...


Yu took a few cautious steps forward, making sure to stay a good distance away.


I just wanted to ask you. What is this place? I woke up here a few weeks ago by a river and you are the first group of people I have seen since.

[The Jackal]

Nicko laid the bow down which promptly dissolved in the sunlight "I haven't seen people in a while" He said as he dropped down to Grimm's side, slowly kneeling down and picking the hissing cat up "Its okay, Grimm" He whispered to the cat before it's hissing halted and it fell silent as it's eyes stayed trained on the girl that had invaded his masters property. Nicko looked the girl up and down for weapons and nodded in satisfaction to find no weapons on her.

Anna tilted her head and stepped forward a bit. "My name is Anna this is my big sister April, and our friend Violet." She said pointing at each individual. "You're in the Forest Biome." Anna finished. April lessen her guard a bit when Anna and Ocean talked to Yu. @Dxni @Neon Stack

 

[Maki]

"Is this your hut?" Max asked him, slowly turning around to look at the person.

 

[The Jackal]

Nicko looked up at the destroyed hut "Used to be" He said softly before looking back down at Grimm who had shuffled from his grasp and dropped to the ground, slowly walking over to the large tree behind them the ghostly cat walked through the wood of the tree and disappeared. Nicko had ignored the cat and had continued to look at the girl, even though she had no visible weapons it didn't mean that she didn't have magic in a way "Mind me asking why your here ?" He continued quietly.

 

[Maki]

"I heard someone whistling so I went to check it out. I'm assuming that was you?" She asked Nicko.

 

[The Jackal]

Nicko nodded "Yes, that was me" He stated before looking up as the sun sunk behind the canopy "Okay.... First off: Do you mind me asking your name ? Second off: Do you have anywhere to go for the night ?... Cos its gets dangerous out here after dark" He stated before looking up at the canopy above them, a few rays of orange light flickering through the higher of the branches.

 

[Maki]

"I can handle myself." She said with an edge to her voice, ignoring the first question. "I've been living her for awhile, I know what to do."

 

[Neon Stack]

Yu looked around nervously.


Forest...great...Look, I'll be honest, I have no idea how I got here. The last thing I remember is sitting on the shore in Ust'-Khayryuzovo; whats left of it, and looking up to see one of those big transporters come barreling out of the sky. Next thing I know I woke up a few miles from here next to a river with a suka of a headache.





Yu rubbed the back of her head and grinned.

Anna blinked and stared at Yu. "Wow, that's one heck of a story." She said scratching her chin. "Well I don't know what... Ust'-Khayryuzovo..is but since it seems by your story that it blew up, I don't want to know." Anna said chuckling a bit. "Tell you what. We're heading over to a friends house to report something if you want to tag along you can and maybe we can help you clear things up." She offered smiling a bit. Anna didn't trust Yu that much but she couldn't leave her confused. @Dxni @Neon Stack

Yu let out a sigh of relief.

Yu looked into Anna's eyes with a blank expression.





I know you don't trust me. I can tell by the look on your face....I won't hurt you or your friends. You have my word.





Her blood pressure skyrocketed. I won't let her know how I know that yet. Not until she shows her abilities first.

[The Jackal]

Nicko shrugged, wasn't the first time people have ignored him... Wasn't the second time either "Okay then.... Hope I don't see your corpse" He taunted before entering his shadow form and floating up to the large cut out in the tree, waving as he floated. Landing on the branch he exitted his shadow form and walked into the small cozy room, looking down at Grimm who was glad that the horrid girl had left.

 

[Aero]

Anna nodded and was about to turn around till her eyes caught Yu's and her blank expression. "I'll keep you to that word." Anna said with a small smile after a few minutes of silence. Anna turned around and motion Yu to follow. April watched her sister a bit shocked. 'My little Anna grew up.' She thought and continued walking with Violet. @Neon Stack @Dxni

 

[Dxni]

Violet stood silently through the rest of conversation, eyes narrowed she crossed her arms. 'She didn't really answer our questions, but I guess what she said was enough...' Violet thought silently before turning to walk again as April did the same.


Ocean analyzed Yu while she talked taking noticed of all her movements, 'Yu seems to be telling the truth...no matter how odd it sounded.' Ocean stood the test of them as she waited for Yu to follow, making sure she didn't do anything tricky.

 

[Star]

Star glancing around her surroundings. Not many people about today. She needed to get to town but who knew what settlers came. She looked about her small forest field before she darted towards the trees and walked towards town.


Dase brought his supplies that he needed and pet his lynx that sat at his feet. He just needed to find some honey and he was good. He also needed wood to start a fire tonight. Glancing around he looked for a vendor. Or at the very least someone to help him find what he needed.

 

[Am2aM]

Akari woke, up and looks around for her pet Lily....'where could she be?' She thinks, then starts looking around her grassland for the small Fox....'Maybe she went to a different area?' She thinks to herself, than tarts walking toward the mountains to check there first..
(Sorry I haven't said anything in a while..)

Akari started going through a tiny valley,which was now covered in mini purple flowers in have of her footsteps.... But she looked around and couldn't find lily...... She also wasn't being careful and was in plain site as she walked and her white dress and purple flowers looked translucent to her surroundings as well as her piercing tealish purple specked eyes and shiny golden brown hair....

Yup nodded and proceeded to follow the group, showing a slight grin.


At least I won't be alone anymore. Thank goodness.

 

[Aero]

April lookes at Violet. "As I was saying where did you get the digital map?" She asked tilting her head. "It's really cool looking!"


Anna on the occasion glanced back at Yu still a bit suspicious. 'Well she hasn't done anything yet...' Anna thought and when she saw Yu smile her suspicions started to lower. @Neon Stack @Dxni

 

[Dxni]

Watching Yu walk in front of her she nodded, starting to walk she began kicking a rock. Glancing up at her every so often to make sure she wasn't doing anything, she started to hum.


"Oh uh...my dad, he gave it to me before I left. He wanted me to see how different and dangerous it is now by comparing it to the map, so that I'll go back." Violet said as she turned it on and a hologram of the whole earth appeared.

 

[Aero]

April looked at the hologram in awe and poked it. "I wish I had a cool hologram map thing." She said still staring at it. @Dxni

 

[Maki]

Max kept walking through the forest, frustrated that she wasted her time with that stranger. Not really knowing where to go, she kept on walking through the forest.

 

[Neon Stack]

Yu looked at the hologram and her face lit up.


Woohhh. Is that a free electron diffraction emitter?!





Yu leaned down close to the device and stared at the hologram in amazement. Examining it from every angle she could.





This was only a theory but the texts say it couldn't be done! Incredible! They even used a sinusoidal zone plate to create a reverse fresnel lens to stabilize the image!

[Spotine]

Madi smirked as she looked out at the group. "Well it looks like she's been caught." She said, referring to Yu. Madi suddenly realized that she hated hiding in the trees, and would rather come out and face the group. But she couldn't. She couldn't let April know that there were other people from space.

 

[The Jackal]

Nicko stayed inside his little tree cut out for a few seconds while stroking Grimm's fur, he smiled at his spirit cat's dark and cold fur before eventually lowering Grimm to the ground and walking out of his cut out, he looked around before entering his shadow form and floating in between the tree tops, he made sure to stay low and keep out of the sunlight in fear of dissolving in the sunlight. A few minutes of exploring and he noticed a large group walking through the forest and what looked like a space person hiding in the trees nearby, floating over to the space person he stayed quiet until he was sitting on the tree next to her. He exited his shadow form and tapped her shoulder twice before standing and looking down at her.

Madi was watching the group still when she felt someone tap her shoulder. In one swift move, she turned around and pulled her gun on him. "State your name and business." Madi said, her voice stern and demanding.
