Fantasy The MPC Rushes Story, Cont.

Latest update on William: he's still in the hospital. He's had blood drawn, an EKG, and a CAT scan, but I haven't gotten any information on results yet.

William's test results all came back normal. I still don't know if they have any idea what was wrong with him, but he's leaving the hospital and says he's feeling a bit better.

I'm so glad hear that. Well, the bits about doing better and leaving at least.

Morning, lovelies!

I mentioned yesterday that the husband's first MPC shipment arrived. I should have known he was too smart and too steeped in geekery to be fooled! :P First, major tactical error on MPC's part: inside the mailing envelope was a second envelope postmarked 2000 and supposedly lost in the mail until now. But they used our current address, where we've only been for two years. He also immediately picked up on the Cthulhu origins. So, he knows it's a game but hopefully doesn't suspect me yet!

I just realized I had a dream about you guys last night. We were all together playing a game, though I'm not sure if it was a board game or video game, and you had the cards I'm about to send today (^U^)

Aww! I know, I love that we've all hit it off so well. It's crazy to think that a rag-tag bunch of troublemakers on a random forum would end up being such great friends so quickly! We really, really need to make an IRL meet-up happen!

I'm surprised we all get on so well, but very pleased by it, though...

I just have a couch for now ( -_- ")

Though I'm looking into getting a place of my own with more room. 500 square feet doesn't really give much room for arts and crafts(> :D )

Ooo, craft space is so important!

In our next house (even though we have zero plans of selling this one any time soon!), I really want my own mini dance studio. I was lucky enough to have a bonus-room-turned-studio at the house we rented in Atlanta, and I really miss that. Much easier than moving the living room furniture and using the reflection in the TV for a mirror!

Technically I have a sewing room. I say technically because yes, it is the room where all of my sewing stuff lives, but I don't do any of my actual sewing in there. It's too full of bags and boxes and piles of things for that, so I have to hoof my sewing machine and serger down to the dining room when I want to sew (> :D )

The classic dilemma! I don't sew myself, but my friend who makes most of my costumes was laughing the other day about the fact that she needs multiple storage boxes at her house just for my fabric and supplies. :)
