The guardsmen, noticing the look in your eyes, led you out of the door and apologized to the parliament, saying you had some other issues to attend to before you could meet with parliament. He led out the door and down a hallway with a small detachment of guards. Now, safely out of earshot of the nobles of your realm, he stopped the guards and asked you "What would you like to do, now, my lord?"

Feeling relieved from having to stand awkwardly in front of the nobles, I took a breath. I replied back to the guard, "I think I'd like to see something eye pleasing, like a pond or lake."


"Take me there." I said smiling.

"Your wish is my command, your grace."


The guard turns to his left and opens a small, old door. He leads you through a room that seems it must be from the old days of the original castle built here, hundreds of years ago, and into small stone tunnels heading down at a slight incline. After about 10 minutes of walking, you are led to a small, hidden garden you never knew existed deep in the fortress of your fathers. The grass is overgrown and the bushes are wild looking. You can see a small path, made by someone small walking through here often. It seems in disuse, and the grass and bushes are starting to overtake it once more.
